Another thing I often do is quickly research some "adjacent" names on these reports. People may question unknown publishers of articles that mention the key name interesting us (Cyrcadia), who may lump well-known companies with other "fly-by-nights". Plus, you might run across another investment, right? Well, in Googling some of the smaller business names in that Prudour News list, I don't see many are publicly traded (as in LLBO's stake in Cyrcadia) but they actually appear pretty authentic and up-and-coming. So, in researching a few completely different businesses mentioned, I came across a blog post in Psychology Today (a pretty reputable periodical, no?) and found a quick mention of Cyrcadia by them in a June 18, 2018 article titled "The Future of AI in Healthcare":

https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/the-future-brain/201806/the-future-ai-in-health-care?amp under the last paragraph headed, "AI for Oncology"

AI for Oncology

Equity-funded startups in AI oncology include companies such as Freenome, Globavir Biosciences, CureMetrix, Notable Labs, Cyrcadia, Enlitic, Entopsis, Insilico Medicine, OncoraMedical, Pathway Genomics, Proscia, and SkinVision [12]. Flatiron Health, a New York headquartered AI technology company focused on oncology backed by Google Ventures and other investors, was recently acquired by Swiss pharmaceutical Roche for $1.9 billion in 2018 for its massive curated datasets for decision support and electronic health record platform [13].

When you look at the footnotes cited in that paragraph (12 & 13), it mentions Roche - - another possible name in the buy-out speculation (by me, anyway) due to the connection with Cyrcadia Asia's board member Claudia Dyckerhoff, Roche AG and Clariant AG):
