That original article was released Sept 5th by US News Group
-Word for Word.
Im actually fine with them
-Taking even more funds out if needed, to strike fast into this market and hit it hard while its hot, new, and players are getting on board.
-All this nonsense about gaps filling and yada yada yada.
-OMG went from .30 cents to over $13 dollars in less than 2 months with getting Mcdonalds involved with them in Asia. How about that Gap fill boys? What gap, do the math on that 2 month rip.
-That's why I said trying to time this is dam near impossible. You dont know what contract may get announced, and how fast it will rip the stock up hard. Get the engineers and programmers signed which they had job postings months ago for blockchain / ios, get the tech package crypted and wrapped together with the coins, and let it rip into the market. There is major upside in this just in Canada a lone and they are trying to stretch it further. Im wondering if this new package they are putting together and rolling out, could be the reason more announcements have not been made yet down in Silicon. I dont know, Im tracking the followers on twitter, facebook, glancepay, instagram, watching the reward postings they are offering, and new job listings.
-The fact is, if you are out sitting on the sidelines and something major gets announced and the stock doubles in a day, you are going to be sick because you wanted some miniature pull back for a gap fill on limited volume. We know the risk / reward here.
-Gaps need to be watched a lot more closely with high volume juice, not low volume bleeds.
How about this one....
After Hours Time (ET)
"Time" is the time of the trade Eastern Standard Time.
After Hours Price After Hours Share Volume
16:03:13 $ 2.08 Low 200
16:03:07 $ 2.08 Low 1,000
16:00:28 $ 2.0885 High 138,677
-A little bit of coin on the table there.....
If you are trading it, you better have a diamond built spinal cord
-Just look at the action the last 2 days or even week. I would love for 1 trader to predict what this stock is going to do tomorrow or the rest of the week from here. Give me a price close for tomorrow or by weeks end. Put it in writing.
-1.69 tested twice with severe bounce both times week over week with severe flush outs on stops. A double bottom week over week. Now a hammer candle sitting on the daily with volume off a .40 price dip and raise.
-Oh, and what potential news could get announced tomorrow if any that could provide a huge swing, either way? What potential news the rest of this week?
-Technical and charts are important. Anyone that read Bill Oneil or investors business daily knows a few things about charts too. But trying to predict open to close with or without news on a daily basis for a brand new company like this and everything that is going on with it in multiple sectors on a pure spec growth play when the majority dont even understand what the company is even doing or trying to do, you have a better chance swimming the pacific ocean.
-Id rather read actual news then someone telling me gaps need to fill.
The difference between you and me DD
-Is that you are concerned about dilution
-Im interested in growth and rapid expansion. What's the REV look like next quarter, Ive yet to see 1 person even try and guess it, including you. With 30,000 users of the glance system, and zero royalites that have kicked in 1 time since the signings of 3 different companies with stock options and royalties, you may see Rev North of 500K.
-Now that might sound paltry and small on the short end of the stick, but the rev doubles again Q over Q. But this is about adoption and new use. I should have saved the last rev link I found but cannot find it now, where projections were posted around 25-30K rev weekly before the 30,000 users were announced. I cant find the total user count of glancepay going back 4 months ago.
-Lets say 25K in rev. off 30,000 users weekly. Whats the rev going to look like when they have 100,000 users, or, 1 million users, etc.., or 5 million users
-You are looking at short term trading gaps. Im looking for REV targets and expansion.
-Ive yet to see 1 person counter my argument in the Cannabis sector in Canada. Although Ive supported my thesis with IMB making a sales pitch to the Canadian government to support my exact claim. Proving that other joker on this board wrong.
-Could this company get hacked? Certainly... But this is a gamble stock spec play and we both know it. I was clear on my stance from the start any trader could get burned fast on this. Any short could get burned fast. And any long could kill it with a hack free system getting into crypto and bitcoin.
-Im also watching job postings. A new posting again was released last night, for a senior administrator. If the company is hiring and paying multiple people 100K plus salaries, obviously they see things a little different then other people.
-Play your cards as you wish. Ill hold for now.
No public address but Silicon Valley job postings like this one
-Also numerous job postings in Vancouver, most with blockchain / ios

The reality is Chaka
-This is still very much indeed a spec play. But there has to be a ground basis for it. You cant control Marijuana and fraud with credit cards and SQ hardware, you just cant. And anyone saying cash is going to support a 10+ billion dollar Canada industry that is in its infancy is an idiot, especially if the the CN government controls ALL operations. The same goes on the US side a lone. Online MJ to purchase is on the horizon. Hence, Paybyapps.
-Blockchain, Crypto, Bitcoin, Paybyphone yea, that is enormous upside in the weed sector a lone that allows control and security.
-I like this firm on just those grounds and platform a lone. The food and restaurant chain is another element.
-I wouldnt even put a future price tag on this. And as I mentioned, the more others get hacked and while this firm stays hack free, skys the limit.
-The rev isnt there yet, but trying to guess future growth on this and how fast is all speculation. I also like the track history of the 3 leaders running this ship.
-For those trading it and I said in one of my original posts, you can get burned fast either way. Get hacked, it will tank. PR announcements and growth, it will fly. Those trying to time it on some goofy chart material with whats on the table with this company, good luck, you are going to need it.

-After a little more research, my conclusions stand on this for the future of Marijuana.
-So the dopes out there that dont understand Weed regulation with regard to credit card companies and with Apple, Google, Paypal, cant touch it.
-Now enter Silicon Valley, the hottest Marijuana sector and Glance setting up shop.
-Now, who's blockchain and crpto takes the business by storm. Place your bets on THAT company.
Interesting, Building a digital messaging system like Whatsapp
-Whatsapp was bought out by Facebook for $22 Billion.
-Installing a messaging platform with Crypto blockchain that provides message and document sharing with encrypted cyber security
-Very interesting Press Release
Like I mentioned, someone is going to take the business in Marijuana.
A paybyphone app TRACKS the entire detail in general from the payment of the phone to the bank, not a lie off a credit card receipt changing the name of the company or consumer using a fake or stolen identity or card for illegal purposes.
In Canada, it is undetermined if the stores selling the product will be government run only or not. In America, it still isnt controlled anywhere near the Canadian level will open at.
In Canada, this is anticipated as being an explosive business from launch from day 1. Paybyphone offers the fastest service, with a hack free system, for now, for fast transactions, with Elite tracking ability. And as I said, no American company under Federal Law can touch it.
Now enter Silicon Valley.... The future Weed Capital in the States
-And on top of the fact, it is being debated whether food sales laced with Marijuana in them will also be released at launch....
Under the US Control and Substance Act It is Illegal
-To use any American credit card, App, or anything else to buy Weed or any other substance.
-The only reason small players are getting away with it is because they are changing the transaction detail under the receipt with a different headline. Smurf players
-You think major Companies are going to take that risk crossing the boarder into Canada? When they have ridiculous stiff laws on illegal use, trafficking, DUI, etc.. in Canada? The potential lawsuits from the Federal level could be astronomical.
-You think Canada is not going to patrol this? You also think firms are just going to collect money from people and put it in their piggy bank until days end? You know how much risk that is for theft?
-We're talking about a $10+ billion dollar industry here, in Canada a lone.
-I would also suggest taking a look at Silicon Valley and what else is there... Its on the verge of becoming the weed tech capital of the United States. What a shocker. A month ago Silicon Valley just got a Weed Trade Association. If I was Glance, I wouldnt even have announced what it was doing building Marijuana Apps.
-Of all the places to set to set up Shop in the United States. New York, LA, Chicago, Silicon Valley is the one chosen.
I dont think you fully understand how this company works.
The app was designed to save time while generating rewards for using it while preventing fraud.
They are promoting restaurants with a discount system by using the service while driving business to those restaurants. The objective is saving money and speed and business promotion.
When is the last time you got an email from Visa saying go to this restaurant today and get 15% off or a free $10 coupon.
Glancepay provides speed and savings. So while you are getting discounts at restaurants or wherever, you are also collecting reward tokens in the future by doing so.
This saves the restaurant money or whoever and drives more business while having instant transactions go through, cutting out the middle man, and reduces cost to the service provider., while also reducing credit card failures in service markets for credit card declines for whatever reason the decline was for.
This saves the consumer money with additional awards from the service provider, and to use award tokens at new providers.
It prevents theft, including identity theft. And it removes hardware like SQ uses. Over 1 billion users got affected by a hack job from yahoo alone.
The deal that went through today came from an equity firm with over $4 billion in assets.
At least understand the product and what it does or what it is trying to d.
Why not short it?
You are confident it is going to go down, short it. If you are confident the tech is dead, short it. What are you waiting for? You could make money on the way down and the way back up. I dont understand these types of posts.
Oh... Because 1 PR release will crush you in a single day. People that talk without skin in the game amaze me. At least make a position in the firm, either way.
Are you an idiot Lao? Serious question.
-No American company can touch the Marijuana market in Canada. It is illegal under Federal law. There has to be a way to purchase Marijuana in Canada. So your Google, Paypal, Apple, and everyone else with American apps and credit cards cant touch it, not Canada based. Banks are also steering from it because of risk, an No american bank can touch it either.
-Ill low ball the number severely, there are 2.5 million pot smokers in Canada a lone. Are they going to all be paying in cash? What Canadian company will take this business and with what app?
-That a lone is enough to call this a safe play for now, besides the fact, the company has no debt.
-Ill put money on it this cash advance is the direct result of buying into more firms, like they have already done 3, for return in ownership to get this app into as many peoples hands as they can. The more people that have the app, the higher the growth. This is an expansion move while no one else has the the same design concept, meaning, no one that I know of.
That Plus The 3 headed monster in management.
You have a guy running it that was successful with Paybyphone that signed up 10+ million people in 100 or so countries.
A girl that has taken 100 different companies to IPO and is making deals with new companies that are going to IPO while gaining ownership in those companies.
And arguably the best fintech guru in the world added to the team.
Ray Charles can see this potential vision....
The only other question, how can you get rapid expansion the fastest before someone else trys to duplicate the same concept. Perhaps in the US in time, but in terms on the Canadian side, nothing but crickets on the very
very far horizon.
There has to be reason to sell
Paybyphone with Crypto and blockchain with for now (hack free) system with bitcoin future tokens with benefits to both consumers and companies with Marijuana inroads. Copyrighted and Patented. And no debt.
The question outside of future revenue, who is the competition? In Canada, in the US, on the marijuana side?
Who is the competition at this moment in time with the same concept and design structure with a current hack free format? Who? As I see it, the answer is basically no one at this point. Not 1.
Thats the beauty of this. Its brand new in brand new hot markets all wrapped into 1 without competition, and as an added bonus, they are from Canada, which adds even more value to this since it destroys all American competition in the Marijuana sector getting into Canada since no American company can touch it.
The adoption of new users and companies signed
Will drive this hard. Any announcement of a major US deal and all bets are off for gains in a single day.
-Controlling Canada and Cannabis is only 1 driver. Get this app in New York or LA, and watch out.
-The next earnings report will be interesting as well along with the staff size in Silicon Valley when it opens up. Rev will increase, the guess is by how much...
-Just dont get hacked... Thats the overwhelming key. Keep it clean and keep it simple with speed. I also disagree with the other guy on SQ. The Tech in the Apps here lining in paybyphone with benefits and speed could crush Square and crush credit cards in time. And with players jumping on board, could crush it fast.
Its getting pumped
New tickers on yahoo and google.
Obvious why Us News is pumping it with the warrants..
Want to see the volume at end of day close and would like to see it explosive.
Anybody trading this could get burned heavy, either way. Shorts got smashed previously, and the short interest declined.
I dont give a rats ass about some chart analysis garbage penny pinching. That Clay chart is a joke. This is a spec play....
-A rookie knows a 2.27 on volume means explosive break... Thanks, Rookie.
-Watching the Canadian market....
The problem with Marijuana in Canada for everyone else is
How to buy it. You cant use standard things like Paypal because Marijuana is still illegal through federal law in the States and every other country except Uruguay unless for medical purposes. This is the same exact problem with banks and financial institutions.
So if a reward system is developed using paybyphone to buy marijuana while also giving customers discounts, they are going to sign up for this service, especially when there is no other competition to speak of.
Hence the partnership with Cannapay. Cannapay designs or is designing phone apps for the sole use of Marijuana. Glance offers the rewards system using the phone app to buy and purchase. And owns almost half of Cannapay.
Glance is going to do the same with other firms. They are buying into firms, and the CEO and COO also said this, they are going to be buying into more at partner levels for rapid expansion. Both commented they want to steer from dilution, but this is word-speak only.
But here is the sweet spot. You have money drivers coming in through multiple sources. One cant even guess how big this will become.
But I do agree with the COO of this firm. Paybyphone is the future, and credit cards are going to be in trouble if Paybyphone is hack-free. This is the sweet spot here. Word of mouth will spread, the faster it spreads and the adoption of users, the more explosive the revenue, thus the price of the stock.
Unlike other companies, this isnt some gimmick company or stock. There looks to be an action plan taking place.
Looking at the large scale on this, 18,000 users used glancepay.
In August, which was the reported / estimated number. Their revenue was 250K last quarter, and we are talking a paltry 18,000 people at a few select locations.
Do the math on this. An estimated 2.5 million people in Canada smoke pot. And we are only talking about Pot. Not restaurants, Not hotels, Not Bitcoins, not pot smokers around the world, just Canada and Pot.
It was estimated, rough estimate, that when pot becomes legal in Canada, 30% of the Canadian population is estimated to use it. That is over 10,000,000 people, just for pot! 10,000,000 Million!
And we are only talking about Marijuana, lol. And the US cant touch it, lol.
That's why this has enormous potential, because it is an auto in to get this tech in peoples phones fast to use the service while partnering up with other firms so people use it even more. The more its used, the more money made. Simple math.
Not sure how anyone is going to buy them out, unless they are in Canada.
They would have to completely break the licensed agreement with Cannapay, where they own almost 50% of that company, when a subsidiary is developing multiple Cannabis brands. Cannapay is currently building 2 additional mobile phone apps directly for the purpose of marijuana use. They can target and are targeting additional markets that are legal or for medical purposes internationally. This was stated in the licensed agreement.
I cant see how a US company can touch this. Nor do I see why they would even think about a buyout when they can put a stranglehold on the Marijuana market a lone.
There would have to be major restructure for this to take place, and this was a deal that was inked less than 3 months ago. This is also a market, as I said, no one has access to unless you are in Canada, US firms like Paypal cant touch it.
This was the from the Q3 report. This is about who and what they can sign and ink. Ricky's was the Restaurant sector. And they inked a Best Western / Sands Hotel, 1 of over 4000 under that brand throughout the world. So we are in the test phase, and 2 big players in 2 different markets, restaurant and hotel, have already signed up to try it. Shall the Tech work without hack, this can potentially spread like lightning. Marijuana sector with little to potentially zero competition is extra juice in the Motor.
Outlook
"For the fourth quarter of 2017, based on already signed deals, management expects revenues to exceed those of the third fiscal quarter of 2017. Management expects to continue launching its mobile application in many more Canadian restaurants during the fourth period of 2017. Management expects to generate increased revenue from Glance Pay Anywhere, which enables merchants to send bills and securely receive payment to and from customers in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2017. The company also expects to receive monthly revenue from its licensing agreements with CannaPay Financial Inc., Activepay Distribution Inc. and Euro Asia Pay Holdings Inc."
There is more to this little gem here.
The cannabis market in Canada. US companies like paypal cant sniff this market in Canada, since it is illegal. Banks also dont want to touch it, because of risk involved.
That leaves pay by phone companies in Canada to conduct business directly with this market.
What this boils down to, someone is going to own this market and probably have a monopoly on it, in Canada. We could be talking about an 8-10 billion potential market, just for marijuana, in Canada. And that could be a lowball number.
So this firm is striking deals with companies that are about to IPO for trade, has millions of shares of ownership inside of these companies, and will grow cash just from the success of other companies performing well while they and the company they have ownership in take control of the market. We are talking to the tune of what, 10,000,000 shares of stock.'
As Glance grows, and these other firms grow, with the assumption that they do conducting business together, you can see how this cash cow on this side of the sector looks very promising since competition to enter it is not only scarce but challenging for any one else to take it over.
So its not just the tech here. Challengers like paypal cant sniff it, and neither can anyone else outside of Canada.
The proof of how this company is differentiating is with the deal with netcoin.
The difficulty with bitcoin is the time it takes for the transaction to go through which is long.
This firm is using bitcoin to switch into glancepay for dollars immediately, to have instant access for money spending without time wasting for transactions.
Netcoin is setting up shop in over 4000 locations to become bitcoin tellers in Canada.
These are fresh deals coming out of Canada. And they are the leader by far to take over the Canadian market. That's why I said, the idea and concept behind this without getting hacked, is dam near genius that can turn them into a Power Player and dominator, quickly.
Credit Card Theft
Credit Card theft was on the rise in 2016, up over 16%, over 15 million victims and 15 billion+ in losses. It was estimated identity theft was over 150 million Americans just for this year a lone.
Technology to stop this from happening to make payment safe is important.
Sales in the restaurant business, just in Canada, estimated roughly $80 billion last year.
If this company just cleans house in Canada with the major players and with the cannabis industry to boot, they can make quite a bit of money rather fast. This saves the restaurants money, the consumers money with coupons, and can prevent theft.
Its a total no brainer assuming, and I highlight the word assuming, they dont get hacked. Im not sure how long its going to really catch on, but if / when it does, this is a potential rocket ship. This also may in time put a huge dent to credit cards as everything is switching to mobile.
As long as no one hacks the technology and the expectation is growth Q over Q, even without any new contracts in the New Q, with expectation on Rev growth Q over Q, and / any future hacking of other techs companies in the future while this tech stays hack clean, could drive this stock hard. This buying power is about future growth power.
A rookie can see the volume domination here.
Market Cap, PE, etc.. should be ignored for now. This is about future market control and domination of who can take it. This is potential related, but this stock price may be laughed at hard in the near future when some people waited for pullback.
A Clean $10 Mil in the bank to play with is an added bonus.
I should have also pointed out, the owner of the Ricky's store, along with Fatuburger's 150 + locations, also has Buffalo under its network, another 20 with an additional 70 under development. So we are talking potentially 240 new stores added to 90, just from 1 sole customer already inked. Just 1.
Looking at this stock
-This is about future growth, not current earnings. If you are interested in a company with a long list of earnings for the last 30 years, this isnt the company fou you.
-Targeting bitcoin, crypto, and the Marijuana fields. There is a worldwide market for this, but who is going to be the main players and in what areas. Best tech will squash competition
-The company controls the Canadian paybyphone market on a very small scale. They inked a deal with Rickys that has 90+ / - locations, whereas, the same owner of Rickys owns Fatburger, which has 150+ locations, and is a new potential major market and perhaps a major US future deal.
-They inked a deal with another company for a 30% share of stake of future holdings. They plan on buying more companies out
-The tech is copyrighted and patented. I find this important because to date, there is no fraud and theft yet and the pay by phone glance pay strives on protection against theft. This is still a very big problem for all their competitors.
-Uber just got hacked. Many other major markets in the restaurant chain are trying to develop their own apps for pay by phone for ease of point in sale and time savings. If their technology gets hacked, they will dump it for one that is not hack able, possibly this one.
-Canada is planning on legalizing marijuana July 2018. This is a potential huge opportunity to clean up on the Canadian side of the border with this app and not even worry about any other country. How many billion is anyone's guess.
-Recently hired a pair of tech gurus and is now hiring an entire engineer team strictly for the United States build out.
-The diversification of this firm is what I find impressive with multiple income streams in the future, not a 1 trick pony.
-Lastly, the chart. This is Thanksgiving week, the company has the highest trade volume for a week period in its lifetime when holiday trading dips trading volume.
-The company is sitting on $10,000,000 in cash.
-Bitcoin and Ethereum exploded. If this company can get in and dominate the cannabis industry just in Canada with tokens and bitcoins and Glance Pay Restaurants, and continues to add just a couple new restaurants with major deals in the US, income and cash should flow in. But lets take out the US side. Ricky's is the one of the top 50 biggest chain restaurants in Canada. If this company can take over Canada a lone, growth could be very big. And the restaurant industry is growing rapidly in Canada.
-Glance Technologies is coming out of Vancouver and looks to be potentially targeting Toronto to get a major launch out, potentially. Interesting enough, the last company that tried this approach, lulu athletica, also from Vancouver in a different sector, did the same approach, and that stock went form $2 dollars at one point to $180 or so with a stock split in clothing.
-I see a brand new market with high risk / high reward. MGMT stated Q4 earnings would beat Q3, with no new contracts. If contracts are signed and more companies, Canadian, American, or Worldwide jump on the bandwagon for Anti-Theft Technology, Growth could be huge, especially, if / when others fail and get hacked. Interest in this stock has clearly picked up, Volume through the roof on a holiday week.
-I wish I heard about this company earlier. Good luck to all here invested.
