They would have to completely break the licensed agreement with Cannapay, where they own almost 50% of that company, when a subsidiary is developing multiple Cannabis brands. Cannapay is currently building 2 additional mobile phone apps directly for the purpose of marijuana use. They can target and are targeting additional markets that are legal or for medical purposes internationally. This was stated in the licensed agreement.
I cant see how a US company can touch this. Nor do I see why they would even think about a buyout when they can put a stranglehold on the Marijuana market a lone.
There would have to be major restructure for this to take place, and this was a deal that was inked less than 3 months ago. This is also a market, as I said, no one has access to unless you are in Canada, US firms like Paypal cant touch it.
