Someone buying GMGI a couple of years ago would realize 10x their money, even at these low levels now, in the last year, you could have doubled your money. Millions of shares were bought up during these time frames. People have many reasons to sell. Often folks have reasons to take a handsome profit as well. When the typical average profit is 10% a year in the market, a 100% to a 1000% looks pretty good.
My money is on the continued great GMGI fundamentals. Shares continue to fall into stronger, longer hands. It's a no brainer, this company will see at least pennies, in my opinion. After that, the sky is the limit. In the longer run, fundamentals always win. I actually own the stock :)
Very strong profits and growth, and still a very solid high profit margin for GMGI Golden Matrix Group.
Granted, but followed by 4 mil in Buys. mmm?
4:1 Buys, great news and we are down.?? Plus can't get to the board all morning. Do you smell anything?
Golden Matrix Second Quarter Revenues Expected to Exceed $870,000; Up 22% on Revenues in Like Year-Ago Quarter
9:20 am ET February 18, 2020 (Globe Newswire) Print
via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Golden Matrix Group Inc. (OTCPK: GMGI), a technology-driven company that designs and develops social gaming platforms, systems and gaming content, today announced that for the second fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2020, the company expects to report revenues exceeding $870,000, up 22% on revenues of $713,542 recorded in the second fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2019.
For the first six months of fiscal (July 31) 2020, the company expects to report revenues of about $1.75 million, a 30% increase on revenues of $1.35 million recorded in the first half of fiscal 2019.
Golden Matrix also said Q2's operating margin and positive cash flow are expected to be consistent with those achieved in the previous quarter. The company's Q1'20 operating margin of $545,888 was 62% of revenues.
Golden Matrix revenues are derived primarily from licensing fees received from gaming operators located in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region and integrated with the company's state-of-the-art GM-X platform.
"Despite concerns over the Coronavirus," said Golden Matrix CEO Anthony Goodman, "we have delivered another strong quarter and our business, being an online technology business focused on a rapidly growing segment of the market, continues to move forward at a brisk pace."
About Golden Matrix

GM! Considering Goodman is the largest shareholder, why would he do anything to dilute his holdings?
Wake up zjohns025, I smell a headline coming soon :)
GMGI is the ten bagger plus, IMO the longer term and bigger winner, an investment. For the short term flipper, and swing trader you need bit higher priced stock, more volatility, high volume, a tighter spread, etc. However, as real statistics have shown over the years, even 95% of the experts loose money in that game.
I'll just keep loading up on the dips here, a little patience pays very well in my experience.
That's their call, I prefer waiting for the bigger payday on GMGI. I don't see a better long term investment. If you are a flipper or swing trader, there are better stocks out there. Instead of "saving" us from our ignorance.
You're right nbketz4! Loading up on those support level dips is good business.
Most charts, as do their readers seldom see very clearly into the future. Perhaps the short term flipper or swing trader can benefit from timing. However, fundamentals always tell the longer story better in my experience.
I think I'll hold on to a few million shares a bit longer, I think your prediction might be a bit low. A penny or two is only a headline or two away.
But reaching .01 cent and holding that for 30 days, etc. Plus meeting the other requirements for an OTCQB Tier upgrade is quite real IMO.
Where does the nonsense of a Nasdaq uplisting come from? Someone asked it in the conference call, which was not even addressed. There are no plans of this, its not even logical. Perhaps a simple Tier upgrade to the OTC QB, which would be very beneficial to investors because of the added exposure to Institutional Investors.
Plus, what benefit would a R/S be to shareholders? Which CEO Goodman is the largest? Why would he? Let's get real people. Enough BS, do your homework.

I also think we have grossly under estimated the impact of 5G. This platform brings more data faster and further, with virtually real visual quality. China and the APAC region are deploying this at a tremendous rate right now! GMGI registered users went from about one (1) million to eleven (11) million in a few months recently, imagine how 5G will affect those numbers.
There are already 126,000 new 5G base stations deployed in China. Deep into the region, reaching billions.
All the 300 prefecture-level cities in China are expected to be covered by a 5G network by the end of 2020, according to China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
“We are planning to firmly develop the expansion of 5G and seek to cover all prefecture-level cities with 5G network by late 2020,” the Ministry said.
And it does not stop in China, all of APAC Region which GMGO covers is doing the same. "The Asia-Pacific 5G market is anticipated to expand at an overall compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 166% and will be worth of USD 64.22 Bn by 2025."
APAC is over a dozen major countries, over half the world's population. One of the latest developments in the world of technology has been the steady rollout of 5G. The technology refers to the fact that 5G is 100 times faster than 4G, the current standard, and can reach speeds of 100 gigabits per second. 5G has been pegged as one of the biggest tech coups of the decade, but how will it benefit those who play online casino games?
Well, it means that console-style graphics can be expected for mobile games. An expanded fast virtual casino, more table games, other "live" players. A virtual casino reaching billions more.
A few headlines from the APAC Region, effects of the virus that actually benefit GMGI.
"There were unexpected beneficiaries within the Asian gambling sector in the wake of the Coronavirus outbreak.?The Philippines, which is home to one of Asia’s largest online gambling sectors saw a dramatic rise in activity across their platforms. This legalized online gambling mecca for Asian citizens has been serving the Chinese people dutifully during their hour of need. "
"When people in China are forced to stay at home they go online. We have seen a massive surge in online gaming as a result of the virus."
"Some of Manila’s largest online casinos are reporting a huge surge in account registrations, deposits and general betting activity across their platforms. It appears that due to the draconian style restrictions being imposed across China to control the outbreak of Coronavirus, gamblers are unable to move freely and mostly unwilling to risk exposure to the new virus. This has, of course, resulted in a massive demand for the only fully licensed and legalized online gambling industry in Asia, as thousands of new customers flock to the cloud platforms to fulfill their gambling needs."
"The country has been seeing?major sector growth in baccarat, table games and roulette. These popular games are easily replicated in the online sector. Manila has long served the needs of Chinese players, and largely depends on wealthy Chinese customers for a huge proportion of their revenue intake."
“There is nothing to be concerned about,” said William, a visitor from Hong Kong, as he sat playing virtual roulette in a surgical mask.
You are the concerned one, give him a ring.
Indeed! :)
GM, I agree with all of you, there will be good news next week, next month, six and months from now.
That's nonsense!
What happened to the reference for a R/S? Slip your mind?
GMGI Buy Volume 2,739,272 Sell Volume 860,232 (3:1 Buys) this morning
Waiting for your reference.
Please reference your statement.
The OTC market only requires a stock to be fully reporting, audited, and have a clean bill of health, then maintain a share price of (1) penny .01 for a period of 30 days to file for an upgrade in Tier to OTC QB. Which then exposes the stock to a much larger audience of Institutional Investors. NO R/S required.
This is the obvious next step, and higher Tiers as well on the OTC to Goodman's future vision to the Nasdaq. No need to be on the Nasdaq to reach dollars.
Fastest-growing market overview.
"According to the experts’ reports, at present, the fastest-growing market in the world is the Asia-Pacific region. In general, the Asian-Pacific market has a tendency to increase gambling revenues, as well as the spread of legalization. Nowadays, countries with legalized gambling make huge profits, and in states where gambling is illegal, offshore casinos are very popular. Below, we will take a closer look at the major countries in the gambling market of the Asia-Pacific region."
Good morning! I completely agree. This flu virus is dreadful, however, I suspect keeping the public at home in Asia and the slowdown of sticks and bricks casinos will benefit GMGI bottom line revenues. It's obvious gamblers will turn to their smartphones, tablets and laptops.
Good morning everyone. Watch where you step, a lot of crap around here.
I only consider Buying a stock if I see it warrants the owning through some redeeming quality, like GMGI. I prefer quantitative facts I can check, generally not just unjustified opinions. The Balance Sheet is a good place to begin along with other facts.
Flipping a stock, on the other hand is more of an application of Technical indicators and chart applications, along with the Behavior and Crowd Mentality. It's often short lived and requires volume you can depend on also. It can be profitable, but tiring, boring over the years.
I may spend some time on a board if I am learning a stock's behavior and flavor if I don't own it. Generally speaking, if I don't support a stock and own it, I leave. I don't hang out and piss on the crowd's shoes. Ethics are important. What goes around, does go around.
I have been in the "market" hands-on in every aspect possible, for over 50 years. I do as much DD as possible, and when serious, I often physically visit the company and CEO. Nothing like boots on the ground. I continue to find GMGI a good investment and the conversations with the CEO support that.
With this current price leverage, you can stash millions of shares for a small investment, then it matters little if it only goes to a nickel, dime, quarter and never sees a dollar, IMO. All winning hands.

has much to do with fact or fiction
Could be more than one news release in near future. There was more than one deal n the works, plus a heads up or actual quarterly earnings numbers soon.
So true, and stated eloquently.
This stock isn't even fit for flipp'n, it's only a half cent, the spread is often too wide as well. I don't know why any short term flipper would even bother to try and influence any movement with negative comments? go figure...
I see GMGI as a company that has a great balance sheet and very decent fundamentals for a penny stock. Facts you can find with your own DD. A potential good longer term investment in my opinion.

I'm not referring to stocks that move due to 5 minute hype, and are unpredictable. Nor am I referring to stocks that have no value and return to their lows while you're changing channels. I know the game and flipped for decades. You're right, stocks won't move just because of fundamentals, only 97% of the time based on thousands of companies.
I'm talking about real profit, real opportunity. GMGI has the potential to be a "dollar" stock and can be bought and leveraged now. Not just a tenbagger, but a real winner, a life changing pick. Grab at least a million shares at these prices, imo. More if you can afford it.
Why GMGI? What are the issues when picking a "penny" stock?
The Fundamentals are your best evidence when selecting any stock investment. So what's the problem? Sub Penny stocks have NO fundamentals! They collectively have NO earnings, NO capital, NO sales, NO cash. They do have debt. It is rare if you find anything more than a list of goose eggs, just zeros on most of their balance sheets.
(GMGI) Golden Matrix has Fundamentals, Great fundamentals. The most Important Factors in stock selection are the Fundamentals.
The Earnings growth, the Strength in the Industry, the Management and experience, high profit margins, and low debt. You will find all of these positive factors with GMGI and 9 straight quarters of earnings and growth, no toxic debt, and a couple million dollars in the bank. All of that in an industry growing at an incredible rate and so much more. You won't find it elsewhere. Yes, my opinions, however also the facts.
You're quite welcome TG.
Good morning:)
Times and laws are changing in many APAC countries.
Macau has legal Land-based casinos, sports betting and poker but it doesn’t acknowledge online gambling, that is, Macau does not license online gaming. So, online gambling is not regulated in the region which, for most of the part, translates into online gambling is legal. You can bet online without worries. Online gambling is illegal in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, so, these are the main regions that provide players to Macau.
Although most of the online gambling is illegal in China, it is still very popular in the country. Players use internationally licensed websites for betting options and online casino games.
In India, in Sikkim, the government now has the authority to issue licenses to Casino operators.
In July 2018, Japanese lawmakers approved a bill that officially allows casinos in the country. Three casinos in the form of integrated resorts will be established in different locations.
According to new developments, the Japanese government has announced that the Casino Administration Committee will be established on January 7th, 2020. TOKYO (Jiji Press) — The government launched a body to regulate casino resorts on Tuesday. The Japan government intends to proceed with its plans to introduce casino resorts. The new Casino Regulatory Commission, affiliated to the Cabinet Office, has the authority to issue licenses necessary to run casinos in Japan and impose administrative punishments for irregularities, including the cancellation of licenses.
Online Casino Sites in South Korea. Throughout all Korea online casinos are becoming more popular due to the fact that there is only one casino in this the country where local residents can gamble. However, most of the casino games including roulette, blackjack and online slots Korea residents can also play on the web.
"So you think that's an opportunity, the time these casinos need to buy one of these online operators? I think it's a wake up call. It's not just in Asia, it's in the US too!" Says a casino expert.
“Daily online gambling is up 90% over the Lunar New Year holiday compared to last year,” Ader told CNBC’s “Squawk Box” on Tuesday. “That’s an unbelievable number, and it raises the issue of should land-based operators be converging around the world with online operators. That’s really the growing trend,” he said.
