The OTC market only requires a stock to be fully reporting, audited, and have a clean bill of health, then maintain a share price of (1) penny .01 for a period of 30 days to file for an upgrade in Tier to OTC QB. Which then exposes the stock to a much larger audience of Institutional Investors. NO R/S required.

This is the obvious next step, and higher Tiers as well on the OTC to Goodman's future vision to the Nasdaq. No need to be on the Nasdaq to reach dollars.
