Where does the nonsense of a Nasdaq uplisting come from? Someone asked it in the conference call, which was not even addressed. There are no plans of this, its not even logical. Perhaps a simple Tier upgrade to the OTC QB, which would be very beneficial to investors because of the added exposure to Institutional Investors.

Plus, what benefit would a R/S be to shareholders? Which CEO Goodman is the largest? Why would he? Let's get real people. Enough BS, do your homework.
