Thanks for sharing! I'm hoping news...really good news...comes before year's end, but I can wait and will wait if it comes to that.
Looks like it’s a news website. You can find out more info by clicking on their profile in ST. Hope it’s not a pump piece, but haven’t watched the video.
My guess is they are trying to keep their tax burden low as they are trying to ramp up business in other subsidiaries which will likely incur heavy costs and not wanting a big tax bill on top.
I am also curious why it would not go to boost words, though, but maybe for same reason to offset taxes.

You are right. I think everyone is just a little antsy because everyone is in anticipation mode.
Hoping so!
OK just reading for fun from Washington Business Journal ( WBJ ) about S-1s and quiet period:
"This is why you need to develop a communications strategy, along with an advertising media buying schedule, in advance of any planned IPO.
For example, you can't be seen as trying to inflate your opening-day potential if you are simply executing a media-buying schedule you had planned before writing your S-1 or red herring."
I found it interesting because of statements from Alex regarding planned/scheduled PRs.
Pretty sure that’s not right. I have Schwab and it has said that same bid/ask all day for all my pennies. iHub quotes seem more accurate today. I think Schwab has something up with their website today. Had other issues this morning.
Thanks for the reassurance. Just got my average down. Still in the red. Hoping it goes up from here and I'll consider selling some of my higher priced shares for a loss by end of year if we don't have some major development before then.
Not familiar with the buy stop, but figured the limit order above ask would have acted like a market order up to that limit. When I entered the order Schwab even "warned" that this order may fill because it is above the current ask. IDK. Thought it was fishy, but maybe I just triggered some programming bug.
Anyone else notice orders for HGEN being automatically cancelled multiple times on Schwab?
I put in an order and it was automatically cancelled without being filled even though my limit order was above ask price. I had to reenter it 3 times.
Here's part of my chat with Schwab
Yes. But the order kept disappearing without being filled. If I hadn't been logged in and checking I would not have noticed that it just got automatically cancelled. What's up wit that?

That is very odd. I'm trying to see if there is anything that stands out as an issue.

I'm sorry but from my views I can see the orders were cancelled, but I cannot see why they were cancelled. Your orders were the same up until the last one that finally went through.
If you have the time I would recommend calling 1-800-435-4000 and requesting to speak with a broker. If you believe this could be a tech issue that could happen again, they can help simulate it and document it for our tech team to look at.

Hmmm...I'm up 3500% on news of products and developments and expecting a lot more. How bout you Vilone? I'd say that's pretty positive. Sounds like someone's late to the party and wants to be a drag.
Less than 2. “No penny stock” Dad’s looking to load again!
Wow! Nice and informative article. Thank you!
Thanks for the insight. I'm not making a living from trading/investing, yet, but maybe getting closer.
Gusty, you holding all?
Every time it goes to 21-22+, I think to myself, I ought to harvest some profit and reinvest, buying more shares once it drops 18-19, sometimes lower as has been HGEN's nearly predictable pattern. I could have probably been investing with "free shares" as much as it's happened. Kick myself every time, but every time I also think, as soon as I do that the dam will break and HGEN will fly out of my reach! LOL, terrible cycle. I'll just hang on.
OK trading in narrow range to keep shorters out. Was worried shorters trying to drive it lower to cover at a better profit or was just someone trying to get cheaper shares. Just seemed a little too "intentional".
Thanks
So someone or some entity appears to be restocking the 3s whenever they are bought at 10K shares a pop to hold it around this level?
Yes. Thank you DonDon. I think someone is finally showing their true colors.
Thanks. Just expected the rally to at least reach our 52 week high, then drop back to $22-23. But...this is HGEN...
Yay News :(
I never understand the drops with news like this.
Are the identical trades right at the end of the session shorts closing positions?
Definitely not a bad ROI. He’s always reminding me to harvest my profits. I can say I’ve been burned by not heeding this advice...but not enough times that it has sunk in through my thick head, yet :) This one just feels different. Hope it achieves the level we’re all holding for.
Lol! On a more serious note...my dad who warned me against penny stocks, but who ended up buying UATG earlier this year...SOLD his shares for a measly 22k profit! Now I’m throwing up my hands at him. This thing is just getting started :)
Lately he's been putting things out during the last hour of the trading day. Builds anticipation.
Thank you!
From your research do you expect to see more big gains before Q2 report this year or do you expect it will be after that?
I appreciate all your input and would really love to learn how you and others go about digging for information other than from the filings. You and Bobbar seem to have a great system.
I liked this excerpt from Stock Down on Good News :
So, when you see people saying it’s a “sell the news” event, ask yourself, “Do I believe in the long term prospects of this company?”
“Are they growing?”
“Do people or companies like and use their products?”
Yes? Then you should consider holding.
Walk away from the computer. Watching your stock drop will just frustrate you. You’ll stress out. You’ll get angry. Your heart rate will go up. You might be tempted into selling just to protect your gains, which relative to indexes are probably pretty good.
But if you hold forever, you might make more money. A lot more. Why settle for 1.45x when you could sitting on a stock that goes 307x?
Just wait. Investing is all about patience.
Eventually, Wall Street has to let the stock behave naturally. Either they’ll facilitate a buyout, take the company private, or just stop manipulating it and let it behave normally. In most cases, if you wait long enough, you’ll win.
Unfortunately, this process can take a long time. Some stocks are manipulated for years before being allowed out of Wall Street Jail.
Good luck.

Don't think it will take years for HGEN, but it sure feels like it's been years already.
Yes. I’m really not surprised. Had hopes that it was turning around today though.
Thanks! Hope so! If this works out I may be able to retire early and be available to help care for him when/if the time comes. Stocks have been his “hobby” since he retired. He’s a quiet man so this has been a good way for us to connect.
Ha! Thanks. I’m learning slowly but surely.
Thank you. My dad introduced me to trading about 4 years ago and his most important advice was don’t put in more than you can afford to lose. He got me started on some big board stocks and let me roll with it. When I told him I had picked up some penny stocks he throws up his hands and tells me I need to leave those penny stocks alone! Well guess what? My dad is the proud owner of some UATG!
I was only replying to Cmblol for his claim that flipping was more lucrative than holding long. My average is .0005. I held about as many shares as you until the first run to .039 at avg 00082. Sold the higher priced shares. Now down to about half the number of shares I had originally. Wish I had held them all . Would have been nice to see it touch a mil this week. I still think I can see it get to a mil account value soon. Been in UATG 3 years. Just follow the chatter here mostly. Appreciate everyone’s input and help with understanding the reports and other DD posted here. I’ve only been trading about 4 years now so still learning. You might call me a noob but not a psycho :)
Yes that's what my trading platform is showing for my percent gains for UATG. BTW I'm a woman, so you can call me "she" LOL.
I like my 5000+% gains here already and climbing.
Hurts because I don't have anymore funds to be able add on the dips
Wow... :(
