Next Q report not due until May, so it looks like we have a lot longer to wait for a Nexboard update.

Xeri ever gonna file something so we know what F is going on with Nexboard.

As suspected, just MM games. Toying with shareholders. Just had 394k buy at .022 now OTCN puts up an ASK at .02. Senseless games here. Why ask less than what was just paid if not just playing around.

I remember when Xeri would put a PR out a month and they were excited about what they were doing. They had an ad on Ihub once. Remember Theinklab, nano lubes, movychem, Halo, the military advisors they added. Lol, was that all just a bunch of nonsense to pull wool over our eyes? Then the JVs with Movy and XTI came and went. Now a lawsuit, a product called Nexboard that still hasn't finished testing and a PR every 6 months. Doesn't look promising when you look at it from the beginning of XERI through today. And still no word on Nexboard progress.

And clearly this lawsuit will drag on forever, so i could care less. 500M is never gonna happen. They'll be lucky to get anything. Nexboard needs to happen and happen when they say, no more delays or extra testing to string this out even longer. Can't wait to hear what they say at the end of March as this is when we were told testing would be completed.

Nexboards final fire test certification was/is expected DURING the companies 3rd fiscal quarter of 2024.
I doubt it at this point. But, they still have 9 days i guess. Just like Xeri to drag it out to the very end of the 3rd Q. I feel another disappointment coming. Brace yourselves for another sting along.

Can we get an update from this company please? It's the last 3rd of March and nothing. Are they going to wait until the last day of March to let us know what's going on? Only to string us along for another 6 months? We've only been waiting for years for them to come through with something. I just don't trust that we're going to get the news I want. I want to know that Nexboard and the Durever line is complete, certified, all testing done, a manufacturing site ready to go for the first big sales order from whomever.......NNC, Billy Bobs Homes, i don't care who. Now they have until 3/27 to respond? Lol, this is absurd and i knew it would be like this, motions that delay the lawsuit will just keep happening. On the 27th XERI will file a motion that'll give XTI more time to respond. Nothing will get resolved anytime soon. I don't care anymore about this lawsuit, let's get some updates on Nexboard and some sales contracts. Seems like everything they do is met with delay after delay.

Well, XTIA is gonna be trading on Nasdaq in 30 minutes and 0 news from Xeri. I don't care what anyone says, that isn't a good sign for Xeri and the lawsuit. The merger would not have happened unless they settled. I do believe XERI would have told us something about that by now if there was a settlement. Or, it was dismissed for some reason and Xeri got diddly. Xeri probably would not have to say anything about that if it was dismissed. XTI and INPX rolled on with their plans as if there was no lawsuit at all, so something seems fishy.

Then why no PR from Xeri. It's ridiculous how uninformed they keep us. My guess is it's not good for Xeri otherwise they would have said something by now. And, Smarty hasn't posted anything. That's unusual in itself.

Did u really expect this to move up a day before a 1 for 100 rs. Nothing but garbage here. Especially the ceo. I'll wait for XTIA to get shorted tomorrow before making any investment.

RS tomorrow, Merger Wednesday, Dilution Wednesday, shorting Wednesday will all lead to the pps being hammered the rest of the week. I can see the pps dropping half of it's after rs value within the first hour of trading. It's not gonna be good.

Looks like XTI is going to be listed on Nasdaq on the 13th after merging with INPX. XTIA will be the symbol. INPX pr came out earlier today.

And still no communication or updates on anything. Great, another week like the last 100!

If/when Nexboard gets certification and the Durever line of products, still not sure what they entail, are also certified; i would think NNC would simply do a licensing deal to manufacture the product in their plant in Africa. Not sure what that deal would look like, but hope it is a reality very soon.

It'll just get extended again. This how our court system works....delay, delay, delay. I'll be shocked if anything gets accomplished before end of the year.

It sure would be nice to hear from Duffy again. Maybe we could actually see a full size Nexboard panel one of these days. You know share with the investors what they've so diligently been working on for the past couple years. News on the lawsuit would be nice. Anything would be nice at this point. Last March i said it would take until beginning of 24 to see sales contracts and was told it would be sooner. Always something to delay progress with Xeri.

Ok, but it says Q3 for final test, so July, August or September. I'm sure it won't be in Q3 either. Sounds like the lawsuit is getting dismissed on the 16th. Great start to 2024.

Quarter 3 until the "final" test for Nexboard. Looks like another year will go by before this product is ready for contracts. Just getting kinda ridiculous. They're moving this along at a snail's pace. Q3?? The never ending story of Nexboard.

Well, i guess xti isn't going to settle. Extension time is up and no news on any settlement. Xti did get a china patent.

1.1M traded at .0165. Disgusting! How is this ever gonna reach ath again. If it touches .05 people that have been accumulating at .01s will be selling. Driving the pps back down. If it sees .10 again I'll be shocked.

Unfortunately this market is very corrupt, more so than I've seen before. Shorting, naked shorting, scam companies, market manipulators, etc. If Xeri announced a contract or 2 by March I'd be shocked, but let's say they do. I believe the pps will certainly start moving up, but not very much since so many would sell that feel they've been stuck here in a lost investment. Then shorts would jump on it. In this criminal market where very few tickers are allowed to run, i don't think a contract or 2 would get this back to .58 by March, maybe later in the year with more contracts. But, not expecting it. Nothing would make me happier to see .58+ by March though.
