It may tell us just how long it will take for our investment to be worth nothing and the doors to permanently close.
I agree wholeheartedly about the IoT part. It's a big unknown on just how huge it will be.
The $35-$40 will be difficult but I will definitely welcome it.

What about a halt to trading? But who's watching the stock market anyway? It's the wild west pretty much and these gunslingers can do anything they want to milk money from investors.
That's some serious dilution delusion.
That's what you call the 8 milly slap happy.
It makes "milly slap" promoters money if they're on the clock.
I own stock and the banter is absurd.
Sloth
It can't get much worse here. You need to slap this thing silly to get any benefit from it.
Slappin a dying horse. It may kick here and there.
Nothing to get really excited over. The excitement to me is that I wrote off this stock a couple/few years ago and now people are talking about it, they have an updated website and, I guess, they are attempting to become current on their filings. These are positive developments but are only a few steps in many that need to happen for them to be a viable company.
All in all, I’m really happy to see this stock still breathing after all this time. It’s really a miracle that they have kept their doors open over the past few years.
Hopefully, we will all be really surprised.
Sloth
I think we will see 4 maybe 5 zeros soon if that's possible. This thing is done.
LOL. The corpse life. This ship has yet to settle on the bottom of the sea but it's very close and nobody is gonna rescue it.
Crooks!
To my limited IT Knowledge. The website was last update 11/16/2016 using:
javascript:alert(document.lastModified) pasted into url when viewing website.
Sloth
But everyone is making money here according to them. Yeah right. Did the company buy some paid promotion company?
Never know. I like the updated website. I have a glimmer of hope now that I didn't have for years. Anything is better than nothing.
Fingers crossed.
Sloth
I own shares here but I find it funny that with all the new people promoting (pumping) this stock, it just can't go up. This stock has one foot in the grave. It would take a miracle for me or anyone to make money. It's impossible to sell share on an uptick with nobody buying and a truck load of shares being dumped by the company.
People here are making money flipping it. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink...
Good one,
Sloth
I Can't believe this stock still has a heart beat. Nice to see some people following this still and that there's still some interest. Hoping that there is brighter days ahead...lit by LEDs of course.

I was scammed by another CEO of another company that basically put out false PRs. The CEO is James Turek of Plasticon (PLNI) and he was sentenced to 18 years in prison for defrauding all of us.
I was contacted by an FBI agent about testifying but I never had direct contact with Turek so the agent didn't need me but other investors did testify.
The agent's name is Joseph Moutz.
His email is Joseph.Moutz@ic.fbi.gov
He emailed me this after I contacted him:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for contacting me. If you would please provide a telephone # I would like to speak with you (there is a 3 hour time difference). We are trying to identify some investors who are not the day-trader type who had direct contact with James Turek and believe they were defrauded. My tel # is 859-246-4713.
Thanks,
Joe
I know Myth has some concrete evidence about false PRs that I would like to send to Mr. Moutz.
We need to:
1. Collect evidence
2. Contact Mr. Moutz and send him the evidence.
I know it would take me a long time to compile the stuff which I believe Myth has.
Let's get the ball rolling. I would be glad to contact Mr. Moutz and tell him we are getting stuff together to send him and get his advice and help.
My personal email is islandersloth97@yahoo.com. We need to share our info (email addresses, correspondence with Bickel, past PRs, etc.) so that we can try to get justice for what I believe is a crime against us.
Here's Mr. Turek's fate from Plasticon (another company I had high hopes for).
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=80446286
We need to get a small, strong group of people who are willing to step up and fight Bickel and company.

HTDS's subs exist but I don't think people who invested in HTDS will benefit at all from any success of Mellow Hope. HTDS is just a shell for them to raise money. I don't think there's any chance of a ROI translation for HTDS investors...unfortunately.

Those are some of the Sino UJE clients that disappeared supposedly when S3 came out and said that the company no longer was part of it.
Some B.S. going on here. They disappear and re-appear with the son under a company that sounds almost identical to Sino.
These guys really should be investigated.

All I have is Richard Browns (which is IR address). I forgot to send off email too. I will try when I have more time.

Unfortunately, I think we will just stop trading and become worthless whether we sell or not. The stock symbol will soon become an assigned number and be worthless. We will then have to file a Form 8949 (worthless stock) on our return for the year that the stock was deemed worthless. That's how these cowardly CEO's let their shareholders know that the stock has no more value or they've bailed on us (just walk away until the sand runs out of the hourglass). Then they're done with it.
That's what I think will happen with RDWD.
Sloth
He's probably just in China with our money and enjoying it.
I wonder if we can start writing this thing off this tax year.
Sloth
I believe so. Last time I asked for an update (months and months ago), he responded and said he would ask them to do so. I will send one off tonight. I don't spend much time drafting it. Just the basic -"Can we get a friggin' update please" type of thing.
Sloth
Send emails to them. I will do again. The last SH letter (which was long ago) was because I asked a couple times. I've asked again in more recent history with no luck. I will try sending more here this coming week. Maybe if several of us do, they will respond to us.
We can only try.
Sloth
Even if you're right which I hope that you are, the share structure has once again been destroyed by dilution. I surely hope they don't have the brilliant idea of doing another reverse split to reduce the OS. That would kill us shareholders.
I know some company's shareprice can go up with huge shares outstanding but I don't think Cyberlux can. If they can actually start doing considerable amounts of sales, they will need to address the runaway share structure by some means to help us out.
Unfortunately, management doesn't seem to care a lick about us since they haven't addressed us in years and since they aren't shareholders themselves, it doesn't give me a whole lot of hope that they will do something like a share buy back or reduction.
Sloth
I sure wish Cyberlux could partner somehow with Duke Energy or a similar, established company interested in renewable energy. They're located very close to one another and seem like they're looking to achieve similar goals (kind of).
Duke Energy, Chapel Hill Collaborate to Advance LED Technology in Lighting
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -
The town of Chapel Hill and Duke Energy Carolinas have initiated a 12-month test program to evaluate the use of Light-Emitting Diodes (LED) for use in outdoor street lighting.
Duke Energy Carolinas will replace 10 existing high pressure sodium lamps with new LED lamps on existing streetlight poles along Franklin Street from Columbia to Henderson streets as part of the test.
"Chapel Hill has built a reputation as a leader in sustainability initiatives on social, environmental and economic issues," Mayor Kevin Foy said. "Partnering with Duke Energy Carolinas on this project aligns well with our strong focus on sustainability."
LED technology produces a white light that enhances the color spectrum. It has been used in traffic signals, accent lighting, outdoor signs and retail refrigeration equipment. For electric utilities, LED technology has potential as an energy-efficient option for outdoor street and security lighting.
"We are very pleased to partner with the town of Chapel Hill in this effort to evaluate the potential for future applications of LED technology across our system," said Joni Davis, vice president of local government and community relations for Duke Energy Carolinas. "LED technology may hold future potential for reducing both energy consumption and equipment maintenance costs without compromising safety or customer satisfaction."

Ambient Corporation Reports Results for the Third Quarter 2012
Total revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2012 was approximately $10.0 million compared to approximately $16.9 million for the same period in 2011. Total revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 was approximately $33.3 million compared to approximately $44.8 million for the same period in 2011. The decrease in total revenue during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012 as compared to the same periods in 2011 is the result of the Company's largest customer's decision to modify their timelines for installation in the field.
Gross margins for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011 were 42% and 44%, respectively. The Company attributed the stability of its gross margins to the commercial scale of production and deployment achieved over the past two years.
President and Chief Executive Officer, John J. Joyce, commented, "The strength of our balance sheet is enabling us to make the strategic investments necessary to leverage our differentiated technology in global markets. During the quarter, we released the newest additions to the Ambient product portfolio, the Ambient MicroNode and Ambient MiniNode, as well as our Power Quality Monitoring (AmbientPQM) application. These new products provide utilities with even more flexibility to meet the needs of their grid modernization projects in a cost-effective manner. Recognizing the additional value of our expanded platform, our marquee customer has placed orders for these new products, which we expect to deliver over the next six months."
Mr. Joyce concluded, "We continue to focus on expanding our customer base. An enhanced product offering, proven technology, and strategic additions to our sales organization have helped to substantially increase our opportunities within a relatively short period of time. Interest in our solution is gaining momentum, and we believe we are well positioned to capitalize on such opportunities in the near term."
Research and development expenses for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012 were $3.9 million and $10.9 million, respectively. Investments in R&D increased $975,000 and $3.2 million, respectively, from three and nine month levels reported in 2011 as a result of additional personnel, consultant expenses and other expenses necessary for the continued development of the Company's communications nodes, enhancements of the AmbientNMS® (Network Management System), and other product development efforts.
Selling, general and administrative expenses for the three months ended September 30, 2012 were approximately $2.9 million, representing an increase of approximately $1.1 million from approximately $1.8 million for the corresponding period in 2011. Selling, general and administrative expenses for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 were approximately $7.1 million, representing an increase of approximately $2.1 million from approximately $5.0 million for the corresponding period in 2011. The increase in selling, general and administrative expenses for the three and nine month periods reported in 2012 resulted from an increase in personnel costs and increased activity regarding our efforts to market the Ambient Smart Grid® communications platform, as well as costs relating to the restatement of our financial statements.
Net loss for the three and nine months ended September 2012 was approximately $2.4 million, or $0.15 per share, and $3.8 million, or $0.23 per share, respectively. This compared to net income of approximately $2.4 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, and $8.3 million, or $0.49 per diluted share, for the same periods in 2011. Non-cash expenses included in net loss totaled approximately $2.7 million during the nine months ended September 30, 2012, consisting of depreciation expense, stock-based compensation expense, write-off of deferred finance costs and mark-to-market adjustment of warrant liability.
Cash and cash equivalents totaled $15.3 million as of September 30, 2012, compared to $18.0 million at December 31, 2011. Total working capital was $13.4 million as of September 30, 2012, compared to $14.3 million at December 31, 2011.
This action lately stinks. Probably somewhate due to this:
Ambient Corporation Stock Downgraded (AMBT)
NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Ambient Corporation (Nasdaq:AMBT) has been downgraded by TheStreet Ratings from hold to sell. The company's weaknesses can be seen in multiple areas, such as its deteriorating net income, weak operating cash flow and feeble growth in its earnings per share.
But then again you don't open subsidiaries in Europe if you're not thinking big and growing.
Better days ahead.

We could be in similar boat. BTW - I invested in this POS too.
I. Summary of the Case
On June 22, 2012, following a two-week trial, a jury convicted Turek of all thirteen counts of the indictment: eight counts of securities fraud and five counts of filing false tax returns.
The evidence at trial showed that Turek was the president, chief executive officer and director of Plasticon International, Inc. From 2004 to 2006, Turek caused Plasticon to issue billions of shares of stock to himself pursuant to false and backdated promissory notes. The promissory notes falsely claimed that Plasticon owed Turek more than $8 million as a result of loans he had made to the company. Turek frequently directed his secretary, Judy Paynter, to backdate by several years promissory notes payable to him.
To evade SEC rules limiting the sale of stock by an officer or director, Turek feigned giving his Plasticon stock to various nominees including his children and his deceased aunt. Turek then caused the nominees to sell the stock into the market. As a result of these sales, Turek received more than $11.4 million personally and through LexReal Co, LLC, a shell company that he owned and controlled.
To create investor demand for the stock that his nominees were selling, Turek issued press releases falsely stating that Plasticon was profitable and that it owned patents worth millions of dollars. Turek also falsely stated in an interview broadcast on the internet that he invested millions of dollars into Plasticon and that he had been working for nothing for three and a half years. Finally, Turek made false statements in Plasticon’s SEC filings in which he falsely stated that he had loaned the company millions of dollars when he had not. As a result of Turek’s false statements, more than 8,500 investors purchased Plasticon stock and lost more than $18 million.
Turek filed false tax returns for himself for the years 2003 through 2007. During three of those years, he reported no more than $36 in total income. For the entire five years, Turek failed to report more than $12 million in income on his tax returns.
II. Advisory Sentencing Guidelines Calculation
Sentencing begins with a properly calculated advisory sentencing guidelines range. Gall v. United States, 552 U.S. 38, 49 (2007). The government agrees with the Presentence Investigation Report (PSR) prepared by the United States Probation Office.
In the PSR, the Probation Office determined that the defendant is an offense level 41, criminal history category I. As a result, the defendant’s advisory guidelines sentence is 324 to 405 months incarceration.
III. Section 3553(a) Factors Call For Guidelines Sentence
In imposing sentence in this matter, the Court should consider the need for the sentence to reflect the seriousness of the offense, to promote respect for the law and to provide just punishment for the offense. 18 U.S.C. § 3553(a)(2)(A). Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3553(a)(2)(B), the Court should also consider the imperative that the sentence in this case clearly and strongly deter others from violating the securities and tax laws of the United States.
For years, Turek engaged in a massive fraud in which he swindled more than 8,500 people out of $18 million. The defendant’s misconduct had a devastating effect on his victims, some of whom lost their life savings because of the defendant’s scheme. Gene Guhne lost more than $500,000 from purchasing Plasticon stock in reliance on Turek’s false statements. Turek also cheated Mr. Guhne personally by selling $50,000 of stock to him, taking Mr. Guhne’s money, but not delivering the stock certificate for several months until after the stock was worthless. Steve Zaccarelli invested in Plasticon stock the money that he had saved from working two jobs for several years. He lost it all. Frank Meleshko, a disabled retiree, lost a sizeable portion of his retirement savings by investing in Plasticon stock. Chris Wildfoerster met with Turek in person and spoke to him several times on the telephone. Turek repeated the lies he made in the press releases by telling Mr. Wildfoerster that the company was profitable and owned patents worth millions of dollars. At Turek’s recommendation, Mr. Wildfoerster purchased Plasticon stock and lost more than $100,000. These individuals and thousands of other investors all relied on the false statements that Turek made to swindle them into buying stock that his nominees were selling. The defendant stole not only the victims’ money but also violated their trust, particularly those whom the defendant personally conned out of their funds. Finally, the defendant’s crime has the grave consequence for the economy of undermining confidence by all investors in the public securities markets.
While the sentence recommended by the guidelines is quite lengthy, it accurately accounts for the defendant’s position of trust as an officer of a public company, the immensity of the fraud in which the defendant engaged and the ruinous harm the defendant caused thousands of people. Accordingly, the government requests that the Court impose a sentence consistent with the advisory guidelines range in this case.
IV. Conclusion
For the reasons stated above, the government requests that the Court sentence the defendant to 324 months in prison.

I wonder if this is in response to the needs of the foreign markets. Mini and micro. How small are they? Sounds good though.

yeah right. Who's buying when there's been no volume for months. How do you short sell a stock that hasn't had a bid/ask for months. This is weird indeed but I don't see it a positive or negative.

Progress Energy Carolinas to retire Lee coal-fired power plant Sept. 15
In addition to retiring older, small coal plants, the utility's fleet-modernization strategy also includes building new natural gas-fueled combined-cycle units on property between the Lee Plant and the Wayne County Energy Complex.
The new, 920-MW natural gas-fueled combined-cycle facility and corresponding natural gas pipeline extension is expected to begin commercial operation in early 2013.
"This new facility is an important investment in the future of our customers and communities," said Lyash. "I am proud of our continued commitment to Wayne County and to spurring economic growth in the communities we serve."
Of the normal complement of 79 employees at Lee, 65 were selected for positions within the new Lee Plant or have been placed in similar positions within the company and 14 are retiring with the company's severance programs associated with the merger with Duke Energy.
Great to see they're not screwing over long-time employees. A good company must treat its customers, the community and its employees with respect.
