Just checking in with team VPOR! This one is really going to move soon IMO.
Thanks for the honest insight there Craig, I appreciated it.
The letter from the CEO was only a few weeks ago though right? That was a pretty big update quite recently, and dilution is hardly unusual in a development-stage biotech.
It sounds like there are a lot of people that are down quite a lot on this one, I really hope they can make some of their money back.
If there hasn't been any changes to the company's circumstances, I guess I will just continue to hold this and wait for the trial results when they come.
Thanks Craig. Last time I checked in, they weren't going to make their 'end of Q2' deadline as they were still working on clinical trials, is that still the case to your knowledge?
The CEO (who I don't think is a con artist) said a few weeks ago that the company is in the best shape in it's history. Has this changed in anyway?
If the company is actually failing then I will take my small loss and move on, otherwise if this sell off is just bored money looking for something else to do in the summer time, then I think I will pick up some cheapies.
Can someone please tell me if the recent sell off in ENDV is a reaction to a specific event? Or if it's just bored, frustrated money moving on?
Apologies, I don't follow this ticker that closely.
As soon as one or two high profile purchases are made in the MJ industry, any company that even remotely looks like buyout potential will see a boost in PPS IMO.
Hi Danny, thanks for that and I definitely think that Brett and Mark could conceivably build PNTV into an industry titan in our own right. I am just thinking more about Mark's comments about making the company a take over target one day.
IMHO, big corporate money will only be able to ignore the Marijuana space for so long. The whole industry is becoming bigger, more lucrative, more legitimate and more accepted by society every day. I suspect many big pharma and large drink companies are already eyeing up potential targets in the industry. One day, I think our multistate network of grow ops, our Las Vegas headquarters, our wide variety of high quality products, our consumer database, Weedtv etc etc.. these things alone make us attractive as a buyout, and that's before we consider any of the lesser understood catalysts on the horizon like High Stakes, Michael Berk, JV's with other firms, our dispensaries etc.
Anyone still on the PNTV train when everything plays out will be selling their shares for dollars IMO.
Yup, I honestly think Mark and Brett have the drive, maturity, experience and vision to execute on their business plan, and turn this company into a prime takeover target one day.
We will be in dollarland by that point IMO.
I thought so too. You can really tell these guys really do care about shareholders and shareholder value. I just wish some of my other investments on the OTC were led by people that are this conscientious!
My take away from the update yesterday is that it seems like they're doubling-down (forgive the pun) on edibles. Mark alluded to it before being somewhat shut down by Brett. They mentioned they were going to have a big kitchen and they want to work with some top Chefs on new edible products.
Given that MJ lounges in Vegas are probably still a couple of years away, investing in edibles now would seem like a sound option.
Wow, that's awesome. Can't wait to see what you find out on Thursday, Apostle. Enjoy!
It was very decent of them to do that impromptu update just to put investors minds at ease. The company is clearly going through an accelerated period of growth, looks like lots of interesting stuff coming down the pipeline!
They didn't really say anything that wasn't already public knowledge.
Although they did respond to my email in a timely manner, so they passed that test anyway!
I just received this email from RSII...
I am a new investor so I thought I would email the company to ask about when the pain cream will be available to consumers, and when the ticker symbol will change. (Seeing if I get a response from the company is part of my DD).
They sent this reply, it doesn't say anything really so I was not going to bother posting this ihub, but in the end I thought I would post it anyway.
'Hello Peter,
Thank you for your interest in Rising Biosciences. Unfortunately, all we can tell you now, is to keep an eye out for our next PR.
Have a great day!
IR Admin'
Yup, looks like a bunch of stop losses got taken out.
Some lucky people will get to pick up some cheapies here.
Thanks ZPaul, I think that was pretty much the last update I heard too, but it's a little old now. I was just wondering if the outlook had changed at all?
SFOR longs, please excuse the interruption. I've been holding a core of SFOR shares since about March and am looking to jump back in properly with a bigger purchase in the next month or so, but I just had a couple of very quick questions first if I may.
Are we still on course for big numbers in Q3 & Q4?
Are there any major developments in the lawsuits expected in the near future?
Thanks in advance!
Pete
I've been looking closely at different MJ plays out there recently, and have been shocked at some of the crap I've seen trading at 0.5 or even 1.0+
PNTV can EASILY justify a much higher valuation IMO.
PNTV could leg up at any time, we're expecting a number of major PR's over the next few weeks and months.
Best to buy and hold this one.
Great little update there from Mark, nothing too explosive in these MoneyTV interviews but it was great to hear the boys double-downed (sorry for the Vegas pun) on the high demand and stocked up on product. He's also right about the prices too, I've worked out that Vegas prices are about 2-3 times my local prices here in Toronto, but the fact that tourists are prepared to pay the premium prices to give their sin city experience something extra is massively encouraging for the future.
Also, was that a new PNTV logo in the background?
Very much achievable imo.
Welcome Sly, there are plenty of extremely friendly and super knowledgeable people on the PNTV train.
IMO, you're just about in time, we're expecting some pretty major stuff to be happening over the next few weeks and months.
Go PNTV!
If the next PR from Brett & Mark is as big and as close as I think it might be, PNTV will zoom to 0.3+ pretty quickly IMHO.
Those sound like positive signs. Thanks for taking the time to do that Estate1, it's greatly appreciated.
Any chance you could please PM us the info Estate1?
We all should frankly, the countdown to full Rec is on now.
Catching up with the sell total! GO PNTV!!!
Plenty of hands ready to take those flipper shares.
I second this. I loved DJ, but I haven't seen him in a while. I think he mentioned he cashed out a while back due to some family pressures.
I love that Marijuana in Vegas is still a news story. Those alcohol distributors might have done us a favour in a weird sort of way by prolonging the exposure rec MJ in Vegas.
Nelly, I dipped my toe into the water with the Hamiton, Ontario based firm you brought up the other day. Perhaps Nosa would like to hear about that one too? If anyone can do a drive by of ACG, I'd love to hear what you find out! Sorry to interject in the conversation, I'm looking for Canada based firms ahead of our own green rush due in less than 12 months!
No doubt this is a long term hold, but like you said, if September goes well and they start dropping big PR's on new products or prototypes, I can definitely see us going to double 0's or higher in the short term.
Anyone else feel like something big is imminent?
Oxford, England originally.
Live in Toronto, Canada at the moment.
Awesome buddy, I'm really happy for you and your family.
I too am not a rich man and have taken a few bucks profit also, but since investing in PNTV I can safely say I am considerably less poor than before If you've got about 140k @0.035 left, then we've got almost the exact same amount. Let's see how far this train goes, I suspect it could be a long ride!!!
Entirely doable IMO
Nothing can keep PNTV down!
I really like the look of the company, and having seen their most recent trail of PR's, it certainly looks as though they're executing a logical business plan. I just have some reservations on how the company does/will make money.
For example, do they have a grow op to supply medical and rec markets? Are they going to be selling their seeds in Canadian Tire one day? Do they want a Home Cultivator in every home (I live in a high rise condo and I could definitely see anyone without a garden wanting one of these).
Nevertheless I do like the company, I think they could be a great takeover target one day. I just want to be sure the company is run by commercially minded people and not a bunch of enthusiasts with some good ideas.
Initially I thought Brett was exaggerating when he said they were assembling a team of 'rockstars' to grow the company.
With Jason, Geoff, Cory and Michael Berk, I can now see that he was not exaggerating.
This guy sounds awesome! Imagine him running the entire facility when it's fully complete.
So is their angle the 'grow at home' market? Because I quite like that as a way of diversying away from the usual MJ plays out there. Also, I think the home growth market is going to be huge in a few years and I've not really seen too many competitors in this space yet.
Can these guys really pull this off though? Is there a plan for the rec market when that starts next year?
