" the FDA threatened the providers and drove them into a multi-year series of tests."
There is no doubt the FDA made them cease sales for a claims made complaint, but if you talk with people in the industry you would learn that by revising disputed claims there is a high probability the product could have been back on the shelves. This was not a unique experience products are pulled and conflicts resolved all the time. Why didn't the company pursue this....yes there was a political component as well but that did pass as well. My position on this has been expressed before so I won't rehash.
I have no position in this stock or ever have.... I was just one of those that experienced extraordinary results and now hoping they go bankrupt and someone buys the rights and brings the product back. Not much of a chance for that because these types just keep R/S'ing and selling stock while collecting their salaries....this can go on for years so I hope you are a very young person. Oh yes and you could say bitter.
I may buy some after the next R/S....when it gets back to this level. For those hoping for a return to Anatabloc hope for BK and someone getting the patent that's not so greedy.
(Patent Application No: 2014-528385) for a pharmaceutical composition or dietary supplement containing anatabine or a derivative or isomer thereof.
Is this not just Anatabloc to be sold in Japan as a dietary supplement under patent....and they couldn't get it back on the shelf in USA?
Too bad they decided to go greed. LOL
Oddly, from a random but i believe reliable source, there are Chinese working on "duplicating" the primary compound...problem is how will it be known if successful. I certainly would travel to recoup the youth lost at the hands of these incompetents.
Until then I will hope for a swift end and reemergence of the product produced by responsible parties (for the first time). LOL
Sorry, but who are the good guys here....just as they defended against some money grabbers looking to exploit the company's FDA woes....they could have defended the "false claims" case against the FDA with similar results. If R/Sing value from stakeholders for years to come in pursuit of a $300 pill is the metric that defines "good guys"....you found them and get what you deserve. Me....I'm hoping for bankruptcy with a responsible party picking up the rights and bringing it back.
No offence but it's a long winded way to say....pump and dump.

At this time of year my guess would be Elf on the Shelf....
No RCPI
Very well
So who's the bigger reprobate here the dude selling AB $100 for 300 tablets or the ones trying to win the pharma lottery for $100 a tablet....it's kind of interesting to watch the result of greed...going broke. Never owned it and never will (stock).
Thanks to whoever posted about bromelain....taking with reduced dosage of AB and seems to work. Still hoping someone will counterfeit it and sell abroad. GLTA
LOL now that was FUNNY
I told you a long time ago after talking with people in the industry they could have had AB back on the shelves in short order if they wanted to make minor changes in the marketing and labeling scheme. Greed has overtaken this group and they see $300 a pill and not 300 tablets for $100. Since I have never owned the stock nor would I hope they get what they deserve and the patent goes to the highest bidder and is introduced for what it is a Godsend for the many who benefited from the product. Yes, I have about 300 left and am a little bitter.
Naresh Soni could bring the product to US (4g) standard in his sleep.....why not?...again, no interest in stock but am in product.
Anyone know why they don't have a product for sale with a US carrier? TMobile is famous for weak service in outlying areas and would be a great fit. No stock but interested in product.
Hope you're a teenager and can live forever....just as this was Zvi's publicaly funded "hobby".... no difference now just a new hobby master. LOL
You have a better grasp than most. The only thing you left out was the delay and how much they save by deferring payment for years and the concept of the NPV of their money and what their ROI is on that amount (especially since the prospect of penalty is nil) . If you are in this stock for a NOK/MSFT payday you better be very young....chances that this tag make a payday are slim. But they will wear it out on this board. JMO
This is not a retailers stock in fact truth be known they'd like to see all of them gone. And if you really believe the major holders and institutions don't know more than retail....well there's always the tooth fairy. JMO
If you are interested.....approx. 12:00 pm new 52 week high 54.93 vol 387.6k.....2:15 pm additional 90k shares took it down to 53.65. My guess someone wanted a substantial chunck and wanted it today....hopefully not filled and close at new high or the MM gets to walk it down. GLTA
What "clinics" did they open?
Read CAREFULLY the PR that caused the frenzy.
From an earlier post....
I really don't care and this is not for the P&Der"s, but for the poor guy in at much higher levels. This one really wasn't even close and has had a much longer life than it should. What started it?
- Molecular diagnostics company Genetic Technologies Limited (ASX: GTG) (NASDAQ: GENE) ("Company") is pleased to report that up to 6 new breast diagnosis/treatment centres are expected to begin offering BREVAGenplus(R) to their at-risk patients in a systematic broad fashion in the January to March timeframe, with a growing number of additional new breast and imaging centre customers expected to follow later in calendar year 2015.
A rambling almost incoherent sentence filled with so many ambiguities it almost sounds like a SNL script.LOL
Starting with: "up to 6 new breast diagnosis/treatment centres "....what they don't know how many?
"are expected to begin offering BREVAGenplus(R) to their at-risk patients" what? they're not sure LOL
Love this...."to their at-risk patients in a systematic broad fashion" well at least they got the broad's part right.
And the rest is same old stuff.
Good luck and hope you can get out
By Monday this will open at 3...good luck
"Novartis 10 percent stake!! Breaking news!"...
Being on stock message boards over 15 years that tops as dumbest....a real Gruberite
To maintain the integrity of the thread there were No analysts asking questions....just the Barclays flunkie pinch hitting.

I've seen some shameless pumping but this.....Novartis 10 percent stake!! Breaking news!.....what did they decide not to go to lunch and buy 400 shares. LOL
Know your product folks.....this was like throwing the hind quarter of a cow into piranha invested (pun intended) waters....frenzy until you get to the bone....be sure the bone doesn't wind up in an unintended place.
On the macro front these kind of events are indications of a broader market top. JMHO and GLTA
Wild ass guess....last reporting period 37.1 mil.....reported 1.65 bought through this date....or approx 35.5 mil outstanding. 145 mil left to buy at near current prices another 3 mil and whalaa could wind up with 32.5 mil outstanding....which might lead to CC's with NO questions asked.
19/1000 is 'nineteen thousandths'. Thousandths are the third decimal place, so 19//1000 is .019.
Percent are hundredths, the second decimal place. .019 = 1.9%
So what's the question?
How do you convert 19/1000 into a percent? So is it .019 OR .019 of 1%
Anyone know why the company did a 1 for 2 RS instead of a 20 or 30? In some cases it's because revenue is imminent....case here? Don't own any but own IDCC who has invested here before and has lots of cash.
NYSE....in the first minute of trading IDCC was stuck in the mud at 50.37 on 1800 shares traded....no way to go except UP or Down....oh the horror. LOL
Not really....Wilson could fumble snap from center....fumble handoff....runner gets stuffed.....shlit happens.
Perfect analogy....Why buy the cow when the milk is free....(or at least until you can sue for payment).
Nature of the beast.
" Still can't figure out who bought those Jan. 70's that expire tomorrow"
Probably the same MM's that sold most of the 5000 calls down to 52.50 that will expire worthless to a ginned up public. You do the math.
Thanks for the Bromelain lead...been on it for about 2 weeks and have seen a marked improvement with my pain issues. Thanks again.
Sell the telcom and keep the M2M and cash....win, win big for shareholders.
Greed has caused these guys to go for the brass ring....they have no interest in selling 300 pills for $100.....but 1 pill for ????. Those who bought and supported the product were just guinea pigs and are going to be left high and dry. Pissed?...you bet. JMO
Just curious, is the product for sale? Called and got an answering machine no return. I assume it is carrier specific....anyone carrying it? tia
I don't think you people get the context of greed I was referring. Look I hope that you who are invested make double or triple your money back, but you have to understand what these guys have done.
Talking with people a lot more knowledgeable than me it appears that the company is not interested in the product returning to market as a nutraceutical for pain relief. Their willingness to fight the FDA and go the 5 to 10 year route for various indications means they don't want to sell 300 tablets for $100, but 1 pill for $300. Good luck with that....don't think they have the horses (ever hear of Denderon). JMO
What happened here? My interest is in the product anyone know the status.
"Regardless of FDA issues, neutraceutical path is/was a deadend business model...at least for now without full scientific validation of efficacy and backing of medical/research community."
Horse manure....someone will be out with it rebranded in six months. This died because of greed....pure and simple.
Just curious. I have no interest in the company because I own no stock, but the product has been life changing for me. The revelation the consumer OTC product is no more so what keeps anyone from taking it offshore to produce? Isn't it a synthetic anyway? The Chicoms have a burgeoning elderly population and pain would have to be an issue. Any chemists out there I'll fly anywhere to get it.
. Ending cash and short-term investments totaled $732.7 million.
A .10 cent dividend increase per quarter would take it over a dollar (1.20) and speak volumes
