EAPH is down by about half since that post. What's the problem? Something left out of the financials?
Some "business." Better to take what's left and invest it. Maybe buy something.
Better than falling for a lying pinky scam like EAPH's sales pitch.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=2000&en=(today)&id=p28228718560
Still no .025 bid. Anybody tired of waiting for the EAPH blastoff that's never coming should take it if it's offered. Even less of an offer would be a blessing compared to holding this ticker all the way into the trips. Lots of people have been way wrong about EAPH, and this latest batch of "investors" is far from the first to be victimized by this scam.
Reading pinky PRs is not the same thing as DD. Pump and dumps like EAPH lie in their PRs to pump up their worthless stock. They hire salespeople to lie for them anonymously online, too, to help them sell it.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=2000&en=(today)&id=p28228718560
Got a link to your source of information about EAPH shareholders' state of mind?
EAPH obviously has to spend a lot more time, energy, and money on investor public relations than they do on product research and development. That's because EAPH is a pinky pump and dump kind of "pharmaceutical company."
This is about as good a rally as they get anymore. It can't even get to three cents a share without falling back. If the bid gets to .025, better take it and find something else to wait on. EAPH is dead money.

Thanks. Please post links as more information shows up. And be sure to keep the SEC posted, too. I would get a big kick out of seeing this EAPH scam finally shut down.
When I read the first paragraph, I see something about a "previously announced Closing Agreement." Sure sounds closed to me with money changing hands and all, but with pinky PRs it's hard to tell what they're really saying or not saying. Especially EAPH PRs. It takes EAPH several tries to say ANYTHING.

Yeah, really, jack. Where is this secret garden/mine/dump?
Here is the pr:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-19&en=(today)&id=p55806282931
Nowhere in it does it explain why the location of the place is being kept secret.
If accurate information is so easy to find, how come nobody has been able to find that aggregate/dump location?
More and more shareholders getting all they can stand of holding the EAPH stock they got sold to them, getting rid of it as it gradually goes back to subpenny levels, doing something far better with the money that's left.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-19&en=(today)&id=p55806282931
Volume getting thin. This could go down fast.
Once again, please provide a link to the location of this land. A legal description will do. "Accurate information is easy to find."
EAPH is a likely candidate for getting shut down any day now for fraud.
Got any aerial photos of that gravel pit? Maybe a latitude and longitude? Anything other than "GUARANTEED" big future revenue claims? People familiar with EAPH have been hearing that stuff for years. Look where it's got us.
It's amazing how scammy EAPH is and still be allowed to be in "business."
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-19&en=(today)&id=p55806282931
Where is this land that EAPH supposedly bought, and where did EAPH get the money to buy it? I'm not seeing it on the financials. Is anybody? Several of us have been asking for a location for this place, but nobody seems to know where it is, other than "north of Toronto." Why is that? And now it's "prime zoned agricultural?" Can you provide a link to its zoning or at least a location for this alleged place? Accurate information about EAPH is a lot more difficult to ascertain than some would have others believe. Links matter a lot when making claims. Got any links to sources? If not to a location for this place, then at least to the "prime zoned agricultural" part. EAPH tells lies to sell stock. Everybody knows that by now, so it's best to provide sources for claims that involve information.
There's no reason to think negatively, just think about the good, profitable things that could happen with the money that's otherwise dead, lying in EAPH stock, wasted, being ripped off by lying pinksheet scam artists.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-19&en=(today)&id=p55806282931
Please provide a link to that "easy to find" information. Thanks.
By the way, some of us are still curious about the location of that Alliance aggregate mine "north of Toronto." Got a link to that?
How about the office of "Windsor Pharmaceuticals?" I hear they've moved to Panama now. Got a link to that address?
It's amazing that EAPH stock is still for sale, given all the bullshit the EAPH insiders and promoters have put out over the years to sell it. Absolutely amazing. Some of us don't think they're going to get away with it for much longer, and that's a good thing.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-19&en=(today)&id=p55806282931
People should realize by now that when EAPH puts out a prediction in a PR it's no indication that anything in particular is going to happen, especially if it involves the PPS going up. EAPH's insiders are proven liars. For example, wasn't that iBliss deal supposed to have been done and over with three or four bogus PRs ago? People have learned not to put much if any credence in EAPH's PRs or financials. That's why the chart looks as sick to death as it does.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-19&en=(today)&id=p55806282931
So what happened to interrupt the "uptrend?"
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-18&en=(today)&id=p14243041270
Weren't we supposed to be up around twenty cents a share months ago?
Something left out of the financials, maybe?
Right you are, sir, if one could have put that much money in EAPH at the time without doubling the price per share. But it should also be noted that a $20,000 intestment in EAPH at one time would be worth about two cents now. EAPH stock is obviously not a buy-and-hold type of investment. One is lucky to be able to get in and out with a profit at all. Like other pinky pump and dumps, so-called pot stocks. etc., it's for short-term traders, promoters, and insiders only.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-18&en=(today)&id=p14243041270
Wrong about what? Is this the chart of a successful management story? A wise investment opportunity?
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-18&en=(today)&id=p14243041270
This is true despite some what turned out to be pretty ludicrous bullish predictions being made at the time.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=128268376
Looks to some of us as if EAPH is working its way right back to subpenny levels as more and more of their pumping and forward-looking statements turn out to be false.
There is a big difference between due diligence and reading EAPH's pinksheet PRs.
They do if they can borrow the cash and never pay it back, especially if they can borrow it from a crony and spend it with another crony, especially if they can borrow it in the form of convertible debentures, and just pay the money back with dilution. That's largely why EAPH's long-term chart looks so scammy. It's a scammy "company."
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-18&en=(today)&id=p14243041270
Then where is that morraine gravel dump property located, other than "north of Toronto?" Is "Windsor Pharmaceuticals" in the same office with them? Why aren't people clamoring to know? Are they willing simply to take whatever bad deal the EAPH insiders want to shove down their throats, hoping that somebody's finally right saying the stock PPS will go up? The EAPH story is certainly not one of success or competent management, by any stretch of the imagination. There is something very wrong with the story told by this chart, and it's STILL BEING TOLD!
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-18&en=(today)&id=p14243041270
Amazing that such a scam could still be running after all these years of serial failures, and ready to dilute even more any day. How bad can a "business" be and still be in "business?"
Whatever the EAPH insiders cooked up, it was not an arms-length deal to benefit EAPH shareholders any more than the rest of their squirrelly deals have been over the years. EAPH is a scam with its investors as victims. That's all it's ever been, all it ever will be. The people promoting it should be jailed.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-18&en=(today)&id=p36763290055
Falling for an EAPH sales pitch can be bad for one's financial health:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-18&en=(today)&id=p36763290055
One should be especially careful not to buy EAPH rallies. That's a certain loser. Always has been, always will be.
Yep. The insiders can only get away with ripping off shareholders for so long. It's amazing that they have gotten away with it for as long as they have and people are still buying EAPH stock at any price.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-18&en=(today)&id=p36763290055
Somebody calling himself or herself J. Brown has been at work spamming you guys. Please stop it, "J," whoever you are.
It's not as if we're asking for much. Just some latitude and longitude numbers so we can find this place on a map. When people talk about a place, they should at least know where it is. But things are different somehow in the land of EAPH. People are just supposed to believe, buy, and hold, no matter what.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-18&en=(today)&id=p36763290055
Thanks, Sam. We're pretty sure to have one in the process of folding up here. Couldn't happen to a worse bunch of scammers, either.
Right you are, sir. The SEC is about to put an end to this sad, long story. It's a shame that they've let the EAPH fraud go on for so long.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-16&en=(today)&id=p95062965190
The only way EAPH can stay in business is to keep selling stock. They can't keep selling stock to stockholders, because after a while they quit buying it because it's worthless. After a while they're just OOB. That's why that "stockholders only" Forum won't work. The sooner EAPH gets delisted, the better.
It's amazing that EAPH's insiders have been allowed to keep selling stock for as long as they have.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-16&en=(today)&id=p95062965190
So what's the location of the newly-formed, newly Panamanian "Windsor Pharmaceuticals" and that Alliance gravel pit? Come to think of it, where's EAPH's other latest imaginary friend, iBliss? These are simple questions. Where are the simple answers? At the Forum? I don't think so.
People need to get their money out of EAPH while they can before it gets delisted.
They've been reported. Now it's just a matter of time until they're OOB.
Got any legal descriptions for EAPH's "partners?" (AKA imaginary friends) EAPH and its promoters can't seem to come up with any. Anything on the Forum? No wonder EAPH's history is one of bullshit and miserable, scammy failure, headed for the Grays, trips, and delisting.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-16&en=(today)&id=p95062965190
If info is so easy to find, what's the address of that gravel pit or "Windsor Pharmaceuticals" in Panama?"
Or that Jamaican pot farm, for that matter? EAPH is a volcano of bullshit. One bullshit story after another, year after year. That's why their long-term chart looks so bad:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-16&en=(today)&id=p95062965190
How about an address for that aggregate mine or "Windsor Pharmaceuticals?" EAPH has been known to lie in their PRs. For years and years. They just use disclaimers on them so they can get away with all those false forward-looking statements. That's why their long-term chart looks so bad. Scammy as hell.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=EAPH&p=W&st=1995-09-16&en=(today)&id=p95062965190
Other than EAPH PRs, got any evidence that "Windsor Pharmaceuticals" even exists? How about an address? Tax returns? Anything? Sounds like "Alliance Ventures" to me. No evidence that they even exist. No wonder it takes so much wind power to sell EAPH stock. Their PRs are totally make-believe. Neverland. Bullshit. All they have is imaginary friends.
Pure Gray-sheet quality stock. What a joke.
How about a legal description? Got one?
Pretty funny about "Windsor Pharmaceuticals" becoming Panamanian somehow, too. The EAPH insiders are obviously just ripping off their shareholders by means of these shills. It's a way of life in the pinks.
Maybe .002 where it was last fall. EAPH talks big but delivers small, like all pump n' dumps. That's all it's ever been as far back as you care to go. EAPH's failures are no accident. It's all their insiders know how to do: brag, lie, and fail. And steal from shareholders.
