My opinion is they need a partner ASAP. 1-2 cafes per year isn't fast enough. They're leaving waaaay too much room for a competitor to come in and take over the market...
Again, I'm going to plead with true investors here, let's again reach out to management and demand they do more to communicate with current shareholders and attempt to attract new ones. Their silence is hurting us...
This stock was at this level first week of January 2017... that's not OK. Especially when there's a real company here. No idea why management ignores investors the way they do...
Management runs this as if it were a private company... problem is it's not. It's a public company.
Unfortunately, I don't think they have the experience to run a public company. Until they sell the company or hire others to run that part of the company, I don't expect much from this stock. Just look at the chart... not a pretty sight.
That it's relatively unknown is the problem...
Let's spread the news to other boards to get more eyes ??
Hi Maddy... I want to have the optimism you have but to be fair the peanut gallery has been right for several years now. The stock is down to well under a penny... as much as I don't want to admit it, this stock has been a disaster for almost 5 years now. I wish the bears had been wrong, but stockprice says otherwise...
I wish people were loading up, however, there's been relatively low volume for years now...
Not sure but penny's stocks run on momentum all the time.
Ok, pink sheet investing world. These stocks run on momentum, and the company isn't doing much to get any... there's numerous things they could do to tell their exciting story... but they don't. Stock price says it all. Period.
Yet another reason this company is so frustrating... a little engagement with the investing world and they could get this stock really moving... but alas we sit in the gutter with very little volume. Most frustrating stock ever!
Exactly... even if there was a buyout, what would be the cost per share? The company has let the SP fall so low, they've put us investors in a bad situation...
I'm not doubting they've improved the running of the underlying business, but that's not what I'm talking about. I think we need to separate handling of the cafes themselves vs. handling the public side of the company, stockprice, attracting new investors, getting the investment world excited about the company etc. The latter has been almost non-existent, hence stock price is in the gutter, and has been since before covid...
Until management here steps up and makes a concerted and consistent effort to increase shareprice, I unfortunately expect this stock to flounder... they've let this become another flipper stock, along with so many pinky scams. If management allows the stock to be manipulated with no resistance... you get this performance.
Exactly! I've been saying it for years now. Their silence is the major reason we've been in decline for many years now...
I'd differentiate the day to day running of the company itself - which I believe they do a good job - and the handling of the public and investment side of the company - which has been completely neglected.
Lol... we've been saying that for 5 years.
Wrong... I invest.
Hi Go Bucs... since you seem to be the only shareholder Ben appears to speak to on a somewhat regular basis (he doesn't return my emails), does he have any short term plans on focusing on shareprice? Attracting new investors?
I know his go to line is that they're focusing on building the underlying company, which is great... but why can't they do both. It's really not fair to shareholders to be neglected like this. We had ZERO trades today, and we're down about 90% in 5 years.
Any insight is appreciated. I've never been invested in a company before where management seems to view the investors as a nuisance...
They really do need someone with deep pockets to swoop in and make this happen... current management deserves credit for getting it this far, but they're overdue for a partnership.
Would be helpful if all of us spread the news here letting people know we have a penny stock with millions in revenues...
Pump? They don't even provide updates when we beg, let alone pump.
Care to elaborate?
Management doesn't protect its shareholders... when a company acts that way, imo its predictable what's going to happen to stock price.
We all know this. What's the point of posting it several times per day?
Yep agreed.
Right, but they list as their business address a condo in California that appears to have been sold last year. It's also on the market again per Zillow. I guess we're assuming this is a fraudulent address?
What does that mean? The address listed as their business address is incorrect?
Looks like their so called business address is for sale again in Irvine CA. It sold last year as well.... any thoughts as to this?
Hi Plow. I don't think the main complaints are with the ctuall running of the business, but rather the neglect of the public side of the company. Lack of consistent communication with current shareholders, lack of engagement with potential investors, etc.
I agree OTCs are high risk, but disagree that the huge loss us longs have taken (down near 95%) are completely on us. We need a management team that also looks out for us and helps protect our investment. Right now we don't have that...
No one knows about it...
I think because management back then was putting out a ton of information and engaging investors. They got people excited and made it seem like a great place to invest... they were also riding some of the Marijuana legalization momentum.
These penny stocks generally run on momentum and this management team hasn't done anything to create excitement. Which imo is who stock price has plummeted and management gets criticized non stop...
No one knows about the stock... let's spread it around the different message boards. Momos stock picks, etc...
I don't disagree but your efforts would be better placed contacting the company directly. Ben responded to me the first time last week...
Uummmmm, no.
That it's an actual company, unlike many penny stocks. That it is has millions in revenue and a ton of potential. That it ran in 2017 to .235, and with the right news should run again. That management is terrible at running the public side of the company but its potential is huge. Stuff like that....
Keep spreading the word on different message boards ??. If management isn't going to help itself, we shareholders have to take matters into our own hands...
I think as investors we need to start spreading FUNNs news around on various message boards. It's a small cap stock with millions in revenues, but few know about it. Let's do our part and get stock price up...
Small cap stock with millions in revenues... #FUNN
