panipoo, do you realize that you failed in your fiduciary duty to yourself when you decided to believe charlatan davidson rather than ista.
git, the slight creep up in share price suggests they will be announcing more than disastrous results. If clyde has the slightest shred of integrity he will insist that samples are check assayed by a reputable lab. I am not sure if he has that much integrity. But if handy dandy randy helped with the sampling then dandies $10 worth of inquart will have rendered assays from any lab invalid.
panipoo, there is nothing for money to flow from unless they sell el cap to a company interested in the iron for future (years from now at earliest) production. that will be <$0.01/share.
Clyde promised to get the samples to auric by 18th. Maximum of 2 weeks are necessary for assays. The results should be in hand by the end of the week.
A very important question is - Who helped Clyde collect the samples?
Panipoo, if those laws were enforced stapleton would be in very big trouble, BIG IF, shareholders relying on the SEC have there heads in the sand, only way is personal lawsuits
too bad they have outlawed being drawn and quartered, that is what stapleton deserves
Panipoo, are you refering to arrogant people who post lies like this?

Davidson saved the company - without him there'd be no extraction, ECPN would have been finished. Yet on that toxic forum you have people trying to deny him his due. Trying to call him out in nefarious ways. They must not be shareholders because without DD they'd be broke!
There is one and only one reason PM concentrates from el cap have never produced any significant revenue and never will. They are worthless and DO NOT CONTAIN ANY SIGNIFICANT PMs. That is the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
panipoo, the concentrates aren't stolen, they are hidden. They are hidden to help you promote the myth that they are more than worthless dirt. They are not. they are totally worthless with nil PMs. because of this indisputable truth they are best kept hidden. Visible they would just become more conclusive prove of the fraud committed by stapledbum and crew.
some are wondering why the missing cons are missing. They are missing because they are more conclusive evidence that el cap has no PMs. When it is proven that those concentrates have nil PMs then legal activity against JS, DD and the rest of the conspiracy to defraud ecpn and its shareholders will be greatly strengthened. No doubt the cons are being kept hidden on advice from Arly.
panipoo, add false and misleading statements, corruption, fails in fiduciary duties, failure to disclose material information, conspiracy to defraud, etc etc etc
From interview with Brian Dalton CEO Altius
Before ending the interview, we did a few rapid fire questions; bull or bear?
Gold – Agnostic
Silver – Bullish
Copper – Mega bull! Geology driven supply challenge which is the best force possible to have at play
Nickel – Very Bullish
Zinc – Very Bullish right now
Iron Ore – Super Bullish
Uranium – Short-Term Bull, Long-Term quite pessimistic
Lithium – Bullish that it becomes a real commodity, Bear short-term on price
If handy dandy randy doesn't get to help clyde this week I expect there will be a pr coming out in 3 to 4 weeks very much like this one from 2009.
February 04, 2009 07:30 AM Eastern Standard Time
RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. (OTCBB:ECPN) reports that confirmation test work performed at a major commercial laboratory failed to duplicate the encouraging gold leaching results reported on December 10, 2008. The assay results from the confirmation test work indicated gold head grades of less than 0.004 troy ounces per standard ton. The confirmation test work used four 500g composite samples from El Capitan deposit drill hole material, all of which were finely ground (80% passing 17µm) prior to initiation of a 10-day leach cycle.
Ken Pavlich, ECPN President & CEO, stated, “While we know that the test procedures used were not precisely the same as those employed last fall that led to the positive results discussed in the December press release, we have every confidence in the personnel, equipment, and procedures involved in the current set of leach tests performed at this Canadian laboratory. Consequently, there is no reason to question the accuracy of the reported results.”
Mr. Pavlich continued, “While we are troubled by the conflicting gold value determinations between the current tests and those conducted late last year, we must place further investigation on hold until we have evaluated all strategic alternatives available to the Company considering both ECPN’s financial position and the current capital markets.”
git,
Auric is a a worry, based on the news items on their website their clients are exclusively scams. ecpn ilst and irld. They couldn't find a scammier list of clients than that.
The critical thing is to get an entity with cash to get interested in the iron. And fast before ecpn unravels. The PMs have had 15 years to prove themselves. They have proven themselves to be non-existent in every one of those many years.
git, yes even a honest management could seem to be trying to keep the scam going if they use handy dandy randy to collect the samples. Clyde is tainted. There should be a independent 3rd party expert study to finally put the myth of PMs at el cap into it's grave.
Panipoo, I assure you that I am not a legal expert. I can recognize an a bonifide precious metal mining scam like ecpn but have no idea how to get the culprits put in jail where they belong. Sorry I can't help you more.
git, there are many legitimate companies that are focused on finding value. The fact that el cap is a PM scam would not deter them in the least if they thought there was value in the iron.
panipoo, I have been unerringly consistently against the scammers. The new management is showing signs of being honest so I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now.
However there are worrying signs they will fall back into a cycle of BS generated by tainted samples. Get true 3rd party expert evaluations of the PMs if you want, but do not let past workers anywhere near. Better yet invite mining companies to have a look and sample, only insisting that they send you their results.
DR, no doubt handy dandy randy collected the april samples and prepared them for shipping. Do you know how much gold it takes to turn a 10 kg sample from zero gold to 0.36opt? $4.80 worth. handy dandy randy always helps Clyde out when he comes to el cap so no doubt he will have a hand in the samples Clyde collects.
Guess what DR, there are no PMs. That has been shown without doubt.
The chinese are experts at PM extraction. Why would the concentrates be sent back from China if they were full of PMs?
git, do you have access to a feasibility study that was done secretly at el cap? If not how do you know the magnetite deposits are worthless? My gut tells me that too, but my gut is not always right.
git, If the iron assets have value, companies looking for iron assets would try and acquire, every chance in the world, if they have value. Big If.
Joe, It will not be easy to find a partner. Big mining companies act too slow. Medium sized iron miners tend to mine, concentrate and ship. That will not work for el cap because it is too far from port. They need to find a iron/steel producer within shipping distance or on that is interested in developing something nearby. There could be some company that fits but a bit of a long shot to find quickly.
Maybe the best option is a royalty company. They take a long term view and tend to be aggressive. Their business model is to invest in quality assets for a long term royalty. One that invests in iron deposits is Altius. They are cashed up and ecpn debt would be a small fraction of their current income. And they would insist on participating in management to protect and maximize the value of their investment. JS would not last a second. There are other similar Royalty comapanies.
someone should tell ol clyde not to get handy dandy randy's help when he goes to test the chinese cons.
Amazing BU out. Current management accusing directors of conspiracy to bankrupt company and steal iron deposit. Joe told us this and now ecpn has actually published it.
All concentrates previously shipped are returned or missing. The plan to save ecpn is borrow money and recover PMs from the cons returned from China and the missing cons while having a sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride, and company spirit.
Better come up with plan B. I can't imagine anybody sane opening their checkbook to lend money and none of the concentrate have any PMs worth extracting. My advice:
Immediately increase authorized and start selling paper to get solvent or at least slow the rapid sinking. Put total focus on iron which is the only thing ecpn has of possible value. Put together a presentation and send Clyde on a dog and pony show to mining companies and steel producers. Be prepared to give up significant equity to serious parties willing to quickly inject funds to save the company from total collapse. Stop paying anything to scam artists like charlatan davidson and lying larryloo. Find a competent lawyer(s) willing to go after conspirators assets pro-bono or for a %.
The BU:
"The company currently has no on-going operations at its New Mexico mine site. Twenty tons of head ore concentrates which had previously been shipped to China have been returned and are currently at the mine site. The AuraSource 1 machine is on the mine site. The company had recently shipped approximately 2,000 pounds of head ore hyper-concentrates to Canada for further processing, but the location and status of such concentrates is not currently known and is under active investigation by the Board. The containers were sealed prior to shipment and hopefully remain intact. If the concentrates are located and returned and are in their original state, they will be smelted and refined as quickly as possible.
Financial State
The company currently has over $1,000,000 in accounts payable and has a minimal amount of cash available. The Company’s most immediate potential cash sources are from processing the concentrates returned from China, and well as processing the concentrates previously shipped to Canada, if the shipment can be found and recovered. In the interim, the Company will be looking to borrow funds via short term loans.
We understand that there is currently a group of shareholders and current directors who are actively considering forcing the company into bankruptcy. We fear this is being done with a view to purchase the mine assets on a highly discounted “fire sale” basis, thereby wiping out the current equity and perhaps even debt holders of the company. This would be directly against our mission statement, and the majority of the Board is doing all it can to avoid this result.
Mission Statement
The mission of El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. is dedication to serve its shareholder with the highest integrity, maintaining compliance with industry standards, consistently striving to maximize return to the shareholders, insure business matters are conducted in the highest of ethical standards, deliver business with a sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride, and company spirit.
Future State
The company will be actively pursuing numerous avenues to maximize shareholder value. We will begin testing immediately the Chinese concentrates and developing an operational plan to eventually turn them into revenue. We will continue to develop the iron ore potential. We are currently developing a Business Plan which will include specific avenues to limited production, ongoing marketing and sales objectives, and prospects of a sale and/or a joint venture partner."
2nd quarter 10-Q almost late and still no 1st quarter 10-Q. What are they hiding from shareholders?
git, Joe is the most reliable poster for ecpn ever, beats ol ista hands down. So I believe it all. Makes sense.
Good idea for the scammers to get ol duncan reid on board. he has relevant experience.
"Duncan-Jeffy sold TRII's assets to a Canadian Microcrap scam Cobalt Tech mining in Dec 2016. It has since merged with another Canadian scam. Where he got a ton of stock in the other scam in exchange for cancelling the debt note he held in TRII. Other debt note holders may have gotten something in the transaction. SHs end up with the worthless paper shares they bought. No 8K was filed for this material event. Another black mark against the SEC for not demanding one, and suspending the stock.
TRII itself is an empty zombie shell. Now that Duncan-Jeffy has a valid business license, he can sell the shell to another scammer. He just needs to file a form 15 first, and sell the shell before the SEC delists it. Current SHs get diluted out before the next scam takes off. So, it doesn't matter what the A/S, O/S, or float might be. "
poor ol False and Misleading jonny stumblebum ain't gonna be drawing his $20,000/mo no more. He will prolly resign from the board soon to make it easier to unload his shares.
Will Gay and Balding be able to pick up the slack? We don't have much to go on as to their expertise in false and misleading. They have good credentials in that neither has the slightest clue about mining so they should be able to give false and misleading a pretty good shot. Time will tell.
Ol mining scam tainted Smith is coming back to "maximize the value of the PMs and iron at el cap". Of course he has been doing that almost continuously since 2004 with little positive effect so I am not sure what difference him coming back will make. There ain't no PMs at el cap so it will be easy to maximize the value of the PMs. The maximum of nil is nil so he will not have to do anything and the value will be at maximum.
Iron ore many hundreds of miles from shipping will be tough. He could change the words "massive" and "vast" in the gamba blurb to "huge" and "enormous" and put it out again under his name.
Panipoo, good buddy ol pal, I would love to break bread and drink wine with you at a shareholders meeting. However, if you haven’t heard, ol stapledbum is really scared about facing angry shareholders on account of ista being 100% correct about nil PMs at el cap even though stapledbum has been saying the opposite. All I can say is if yer bumm be stapled shut, of course yer gonna be full of it.
So anyhow there ain’t gonna be a sit down meeting. There is gonna be a virtual meeting. Kinda like a conference call but high tech. I heard they are gonna let you hook yer game controller to the meeting and shoot virtual rocket propelled grenades at the presenters. Of course the virtual rockets won’t do any real damage but but the virtual shooting of them should distract and calm down some of the really unhappy shareholders like hdoggy.
the USBM established magnetite resources at el cap in the 1940's. It is much too far from port to sell on the world market. However theoretically you could build an iron plant in New Mexico and produce steel. NM has a bit of coking coal too. They have a depressed economy which might result in govt incentives. If real it could put a value of el cap of $0.01 to $0.03 per share. After costs and debt repayment shareholders could get as much as $0.0005/share
They aren't building anything yet. I would say the are still studying the feasibility. Lots of questions to answer for that. Do they know how much asbestos is associated with the tremolite in the ore?
get, yes there are very good signs that the scamdogs in ecpn management are yet again (with your help)hoodwinking shareholders into believing el cap has great value. It will probably work just enough to be able to sell enough dilution shares to fund the continued scalping of shareholders by culprits and cohorts
get, there is an awful lot of time, money, effort, studies, permitting, construction, politicing etc. that needs to happen between looking for a plant site and producing steel. No sign of nutin yet.
get, what makes you think there is any connection to el cap? whispers from lying larryloo? That is a proven reliable source of disinformation.
git, ecpn issues comedic PRs about their studies they do not actually publish the comedic studies, too bad, the one thing they are good at is being laughable and they are missing the opportunity to be more so.
get, what shred of evidence is there that that steel mill site has anything whatsoever to do with el cap?
get, the fact that there is iron ore in an iron skarn deposit at el cap has been well known since before the 1940s. what is totally false is the statement that there is 480 MT of minable inferred reserves of iron ore. There has been only a tiny fraction of the drilling needed to determine this. Clyde reckoned there might be 30 MT based on current drilling. There has been zero engineering environmental social feasibility etc. studies to determine if it is minable. Mr. false and misleading stapleton is at it again.
What proof do you have that a site is being secured to build a steel mill. Or that that steel mill will take el cap ore? Any serious effort in this regard would require a thorough feasibility study looking a a large range of factors. I have no doubt that a company could be kicking tires and looking at a New Mexico location as a possibility for building a steel mill. They would be also evaluating other possibilites and will pick the most feasible. Actual construction and production is years if not decades away. If they were serious at this moment in time, and planning to use el cap ore, then there would be frentic activity at el cap evaluating/proving/testing the el cap iron. But the only recent activity is a low level academic geologist visiting for a few days and collecting some consulting fees.
Dr. 5, ol Maria Teresa has nil mineral exploration or mining experience. Her total lack of experience or cognizance of the mining world is demonstrated by her saying she identified minable inferred reserves from a prospecting trip. She did all the engineering and enviormental studies to determine the minability? She is quite the expert. Really just a hack who does not have a clue. Her relationship with charlatan davidson is a real red flag.
Why have they never ever had any real experts do studies? They have employed AMEC to write simple reports asking for premission to drill. AMEC is capable of doing complete studies of the PMs and the iron which would be very credible and cost a very small fraction of the money they have burned away for nothing. Instead they do BS with non-experts and put out illegal PRs. Yes illegal. There is no way they can claim minable inferred reserves.
facts, there is one and only one reason el cap has never produced any significant PMs and will never produce any significant PMs. That one and only reason is there are no significant PMs at el cap to produce.
yep get, I got no life, just exposing scams so more people don't get conned out of their money. Obviously a bit of a failure as a superhero, I didn't convince panipoo
