the USBM established magnetite resources at el cap in the 1940's. It is much too far from port to sell on the world market. However theoretically you could build an iron plant in New Mexico and produce steel. NM has a bit of coking coal too. They have a depressed economy which might result in govt incentives. If real it could put a value of el cap of $0.01 to $0.03 per share. After costs and debt repayment shareholders could get as much as $0.0005/share
