Someone just put in a 900K@0.022 order. Obviously, caught fills much lower but most fills where 2 or above. Wow.
Shouldn't that be "who is whom?" ;)
Those quick news blurbs only create quick flippers which prevent runners. Look at what his tweet did two weeks ago. I'm actually glad we've had two weeks to flush out the flippers.
#TeamESMinerals I really don't understand the love that this board has for CTR. Count me as Team ES Minerals.
What news are you expecting? She already tweeted the filing.
Peter Thiel turned $2k into $5B via pennies
Peter Thiel invested in under $2k in his Roth and now gets to live tax free
Given the share structure and PPS, the company would have to spend about $75M up front to get that desired effect to the goal of 1B shares. There are a lot better things a start-up can spent that amount of money on.
Market Makers never run out of shares.
Share Buyback NOT in 2022! She didn't give a date and was deliberately ambiguous to be kind to your question. ANY essentially start-up company doing a share buyback would be STUPID. Use the money to grow the company instead.
Do any of you know ANYTHING about running a company? Or, do you just want to make a quick buck and leave the company in tatters?
Based on a 1M share ask placed at 191 effectively capping the trades for the day. Whoever placed that sell order could have placed it at the 194 bid at the time. Who places that large of an order at 3:52; UNDER the highest bid?
Unfortunately, someone offered 1M@0.0191 at 3:52pm and that set the ceiling. They could have set it at 194 or 200 for all the good it did them.
You can't buy "some" of an acronym. SPAC is not a company. There are companies that are SPACs. If you are asking which companies are SPACs then the question is on which board do you want to trade? If the NYSE or AMEX, google "NYSE SPAC company" and look for lists.
Are you joking or do you not know that SPAC isn't a ticker but an acronym?
The problem is that some people are lawsuit happy in the US. Brokers have been successfully sued because they let their clients do risky trades.
It's a matter of which entity is capable of abiding by international laws and the laws of each country. The Canadian trading houses have seats on the US exchanges just like Fidelity has one on London's and Toronto's. Canadians have an account with a Canadian house making that part of the transaction internal to Canada abiding by Canadian laws. The Brokerage firm is the international player abiding by the laws of both countries and any treaties not the person. If you had an account in Canada then YOU would become the international player instead of the brokerage.
I can buy stocks on the London or Toronto exchanges through Fidelity. My transaction with Fidelity is local to the US even though I am buying a UK stock. Fidelity is the international entity. This, of course, assumes the stock in question is ONLY listed on the LSE.
That's why I started researching Li; wanted tThat's who my suppliers are. Hopefully, they're better than the Columbians or Afghanis.
Are you saying that Penny stock traders are bipolar? ;)
#*&! Market Makers. Price dropped to 16, so I put a bid in for the next ask. Someone else gets that. I up to the next ask. Gone again. Not chasing. Bid sits for about 1/2 hour. Finally, I grab the next ask 2 ticks higher. Minute and 2 seconds later the MM drop a 1M shares to plunge the price back to 16 flat. Pure manipulation.
May he RIP and awake to find a treasure trove of the best nuts.
While George wouldn't be an investor, inventors and scientists LOVE to show off their projects. San Diego is only 2.5 hours from the Salton Sea. It would be perfectly normal for a company such as ES Minerals to invite George out to the project site to show him around, especially as they have a WORKING geo-thermal power plant there since 2012.
I know that joke and seems very apropos for MM's. They have a real job to do that is critical but their side hustles ...
Possibly with RM. They haven't finalized that yet.
LunaTic, so in this case, I'm guessing STXG, CFGN, and OTCX are saying, I'm here but don't want to actively trade. I will if you pay me enough. Or, is it that if they are here at all, they have to maintain some public position so they've posted fringe prices. But, in reality, they are actively buying and selling for their own purposes outside of being a MM?
My thoughts exactly. I really don't want one that Bill Gates has already invested in. Not that he's not a good investor. To that point, he will want a return on his investment and that means we are competing with him. That's a competition I'll pass on.
ESMinerals is my favorite choice for the RM. They are the closest to becoming operational.
What happened yesterday to $EXBX. Sudden drop at close. NO trades today? ??? Checked OTC, it says Pink so wasn't delisted?
He's not the CEO, he's a Custodian. There is a huge difference. Custodians are prohibited by law from diluting, etc. They may issue minor amounts of shares to cover expenses incurred.
Someone just got put on ignore. Not even worth my time to hit next.
Is there a general board for all of Krista Mgmt's tickers?
Mine just posted today.
Lazar sold the shares in the sale agreement. Go back to it last November.
$CUBV 0.0156 x 0.016 Float 494M, OS 2.9B
News per company due week of 10/11
This was not a GS shell. It was a Lazar play.
Mine are in a ROTH so completely tax-free.
Wished I had a LUNA-tic amount of shares.
I dunno. Imagine the accounting headaches on that. ;)
Hope you get to enjoy those.
Good on you. I rode XMET from trip-3 to a penny and a half.
Is that 750,000 shares or dollars?
Can't predict the peak price until we know who the RM candidate is.
About 2.9M shares by my count. Someone needed $15k really, really badly.
