LunaTic, so in this case, I'm guessing STXG, CFGN, and OTCX are saying, I'm here but don't want to actively trade. I will if you pay me enough. Or, is it that if they are here at all, they have to maintain some public position so they've posted fringe prices. But, in reality, they are actively buying and selling for their own purposes outside of being a MM?
