Got my bids in for gap fill.
Why reinvent the wheel? If you've already connected some dots, why not share with us?
Yes, "the technicals" will "change" so that ICLD will once again be life-changing... until "the technicals" say it's a scam... right before "the technicals" tell us it's a zip code changer....
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and you've shared yours. But why are you following this stock so closely? It's a serious question. When I sell a stock because I don't think the prospects are any longer good, I lose interest in it, move on, and try to find a new one... kind of like relationships actually. lol. Unless you're still in love with ICLD, I would think you would have lost interest and not care what she is up to but would be out trying to find a new love. Unless... you're still in love?
What $57 million? You mean $5.7 million senior debt? They paid down $20 million of their SENIOR DEBT in SIX MONTHS!!! Do you know how remarkable that is? Subordinated debts have less priority, but they will get that taken care of too, especially since they are securing new contracts left and right. From Tuesday's PR:
Mark Munro, Chairman and CEO of InterCloud, stated, “In 2016, the Company began a systematic restructuring. The changes included the sale of certain assets to generate cash and reduce senior debt. Our senior debt now totals only $5.7 Million; which is down from $25.7 Million in June of 2016. The senior debt reduction along with the subordinated debt reductions since June 2016 now total over $27.4 Million. This is a significant and important reversal. Our team remains focused on eliminating or restructuring the remaining subordinated debt in order to reduce interest expense and increase the shareholder equity of the Company."
Really? What's changed?
Not just them. How many people do you think are looking for a confirmed bottom? Once the buying starts, they'll be jumping all over each other and chasing at any price because they know it has only one direction to go from there. The thing is... unlike the first run, the base is higher now, meaning more shares are locked up than at the bottom of the first leg. If news about asset sale drops, all bets off! We will be a rocket ship!
I can tell you that you're not the only one who thinks so.
Senior debt is the debt that takes priority over other unsecured creditors if a liquidation of a company occurs. The fact that the CEO is trying to wipe out the senior so quickly is what I believe is leading some people to speculate that a buyout may be his goal... either part or all of the company. Remember this from Tuesday's PR:
"Our team has focused on several highly remarkable use cases in healthcare security and analytics, tier two carrier orchestration and automation, and deep machine learning analytics and automation for IOT applications. Recently, two companies with similar software platforms to InterCloud's have sold for over $100 million each. These events give us even more confidence we are in the right space at the right time."
Informing shareholders of a $1.6 million dollar contract was a sign of desperation and a ploy to prop up the share price? Dude, you're losing it. lol. This company traded on the NASDAQ and the CEO plays with the big boys of Fortune 1000 companies. This is not a pinky CEO. He's trying to get things done. He hates these debts. I think the asset sale news is going to shock everyone... just a feeling from the way he's restructuring this company. He may even be setting up the company for a buyout for all we know.
You're looking at the stock from a day to day standpoint. Technicals are only one aspect of trading. Fundamentals and speculation about the future are others. Charts reflect the past and can only serve to spot trends and other indicators that might be able to predict future movement, but technicals are not a crystal ball. They can't predict when news will drop or how big the news will be. If technicals were all there was to trading, no one would need opinions or analysis. We could just rely on charts.
If you are including prior days, then you could say the same about ICLD. It''s gap was filled two days earlier. lol. Anyway, here's another one. There are plenty of others, but I can't remember them all, nor would I have time to post them all. The point is not all gaps fill, especially runaway gaps.
Lame.....
Showing strength going into power hour.
No doubt about it!
Yep, lots of accumulation at these levels.
I think we're going to see nhod shortly.
$4 million in contracts so far in March, and it's only the 16th. Now that the company has etched a name for itself through business with big name clients, I think we can expect lots of new contracts all year.
Glad to hear you say that. We can disagree on whether or not we believe this company can turn itself around, because the truth is no one has a crystal ball, but when people imply or state that this is a scam company with a scam artist CEO, dem's fightin' words! lol
At .0398, it would be a little over 14 million shares. We do that kind of volume in the first 10 minutes of a trading day. lol. However, we still don't know about the asset sale, so until then, the jury is sort of hung.
It's a public company. He doesn't give himself a salary. It has to be approved. It's also possible that he didn't realize just how toxic convertibles are (they were not always an OTC company) and is why they are now willing to go so far as to sell an asset that brings in $11M to pay off $4M... anything they have to do to get this monkey off their back.
You make it sound like he purposely screwed shareholders, but the fact remains that the CEO bought $150k worth of stock in 2016 between .25 and .80 per share. He also bought $100k worth of stock in 2015 between $1.26 and 1.44 per share. When the company was trading on the NASDAQ, he was only buying a few thousand dollars worth here and there. I would venture to guess that he wants the stock price up. That is why they are restructuring the entire company and doing everything in their power to reduce or eliminate debt, secure new contracts, and cut costs.

Stop buying. Let's fill the stupid gap already, then you can buy on the way back up. lol
Thanks, and GLTY too.
Ok, got a bid in for another 500k @ .029 in case that stupid self-fulfilling gap fill prophecy as to take place.
I see you were a mod before most of us got here. Did you miss the run? If so, it must have sucked to miss a run on your own early pick. I get it.
Ok, that time I saw a .0634 trade go off, and it shows as the hod on TDA. lol
Got it!
I thought it would be better to buy after the r/s, hmmmm??? You people are a riot! lol
Let's at least get to 1x revs. Sheesh!
We are trading at 0.2 revs. Seriously???? lol
Come to kitty!
Actually, market cap is around $20 million now. Revs are $80 million. We are trading at .2 revs. lol
He never said after r/s. Stop changing the narrative!
Sunny says it's going to .25, so take that to the bank!
Of course not. That way he can make stuff up on message boards for other people who didn't bother to do any DD. lol
Being pushed down. You can see it. We are at their mercy right now until they cover and are ready to move it up.
Well, let's see what their asset sale consists of.
I didn't see it, and it's not showing as hod.
We all know they have some left on the convertible. It can't be that much more, as I'm sure a lot was converted with the insane volume here during the past couple of weeks. The company also announced another asset sale soon to pay off more of the debt.
