Informing shareholders of a $1.6 million dollar contract was a sign of desperation and a ploy to prop up the share price? Dude, you're losing it. lol. This company traded on the NASDAQ and the CEO plays with the big boys of Fortune 1000 companies. This is not a pinky CEO. He's trying to get things done. He hates these debts. I think the asset sale news is going to shock everyone... just a feeling from the way he's restructuring this company. He may even be setting up the company for a buyout for all we know.

You're looking at the stock from a day to day standpoint. Technicals are only one aspect of trading. Fundamentals and speculation about the future are others. Charts reflect the past and can only serve to spot trends and other indicators that might be able to predict future movement, but technicals are not a crystal ball. They can't predict when news will drop or how big the news will be. If technicals were all there was to trading, no one would need opinions or analysis. We could just rely on charts.
