Thanks and that's a good point.
Does this company have real products? It does look interesting to me, but that they have only 2 full-time employees makes me suspicious.
From 2017 Q2 report:
"As of June 30, 2017, we employed two full-time employee, Charles Townsend who serves as our
Chairman of the Board, Acting Secretary, and Acting Treasurer, and Inas Azzam who serves as President
and Chief Executive Officer. We consider our relations with our employees to be excellent."
If ACS gets paid $4M per quarter, 20% of that will be $800K, which is about the break-even point for SFOR based on the current run rate. Kay said the deal is very sizeable, but did he ever say we will be profitable?
One thing I really don't understand is why our revenues in the 2nd Q decreased so much as 53.7%. Where are our old customers? Do they now all pay to ACS and we only get 15%? And in the meantime, our cost of revenues increased 22.7%. How could this happen?
Results of Operations
FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2017 COMPARED TO THE THREE MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2016
Revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2017 were $58,736 compared to $126,890 for the three months ended June 30, 2016, a decrease of $68,154 or 53.7%. The decrease in revenues was due to the decrease in our hardware, software, services, maintenance, and support sales.
Revenues generated consisted of hardware and software sales and license, services, support and maintenance sales, revenue from sign on fees, and recurring transaction fees. Software, services, support, and maintenance sales for the three months ended June 30, 2017 were $58,136 compared to $125,429 for the three months ended June 30, 2016, a decrease of $67,293. The decrease in software, services, support, and maintenance revenues was primarily due to the decrease in the sales and support of our software products. Hardware sales for the three months ended June 30, 2017 were $600 compared to $1,461 for the three months ended June 30, 2016, a decrease of $861. The decrease in hardware revenues was due to the decrease in sales of our one-time-password token key-fobs.
Cost of revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2017 was $3,753 compared to $3,059 for the three months ended June 30, 2016, an increase of $694, or 22.7%. The increase resulted from the increase in third party processing fees related to our revenues. Cost of revenues as a percentage of total revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2017 was 6.4% compared to 2.4% for the three months ended June 30, 2016.
No matter what the price is right now, if the IPR is denied, this stock will be more than 10 cents. Otherwise, it will be back to trips right after.
Total victory vs complete knock-out.
Aug 31 2016 is one year ago and that info is too old. It is now 4.8 billion shares outstanding.

where she did say "no immediate plans for a reverse-split, increase in the authorized or additional financing through floorless, toxic convertibles debts."
Now it does look like Mark used HSN to thwart the pain everytime when bad results or bad news were released. Maybe that's why we had 2 HSN showings this month, the first one before the 10Q and the second one after the 10Q.
But this time the 10Q was way disappointing and deals are again delayed, some longs seem not buying it any more.
Or is it a tactic in the litigation to gain sympathy from the judge so Mark just has to postpone any good news?
Not trying to discourage anyone. But according to the following website, how can a company that small with $70,000 in annual sales be any helpful to SFOR?

I think we have passed the selling frenzy after the bad 10Q, which should be the final bad news before the IPR decision in mid October. Now we are in the live-or-die final countdown till then.
Today's low volume means almost all us longs are now holding. People who still don't have enough tickets will try to get in and inevitably provide stronger support than usual.
It is also the final chance for people to chicken out and sell.
Definitely interesting to watch and of course it is just my opinion.
This stock is not for flippers who want to get rich overnight. But for investors who can afford to lose and wait, $0.0001 is definitely a good entry point for grabbing a big pie instead of chasing at $0.0002.
See for yourself that their revenues are increasing for the past 3 years. And after reading the company's news and updates for the past 6 months, it is my best bet among all the $0.0001 tickers.

"The Company has eliminated its past toxic convertible debt and is currently working with the remaining non-toxic debt on settlement solutions that will benefit the Company’s shareholders and expansion plans going forward."
"The Company further confirmed its intention to pursue up-listing and stated that there are no immediate plans for a reverse-split, increase in the authorized or additional financing through floorless, toxic convertibles debts."
How many people are quietly watching this stock and how much money are waiting to get in or get out? You can tell from IHUB statistics.
This board is currently not in the top 50 most posted boards, but it managed to rank 30th in the top 50 most read boards. Do your math.
Timing is everything. It doesn't matter how many times you fail but the outcome of your last game. If you don't win the last game, people who don't understand how hard it is to run a business will always call you a scam.
This company is turning around and IMO is the gem among all the 430+ junkies of 0.0001.
Their revenues are increasing and may exceed $1 million this year.
2013: $381,000
2014: $683,000
2015: $711,000
2016: $843,000

Can we see the company turns profitable in the next 10Q which should be out in around 20 days?
It is so funny that some people seem to like George Waller to say to the judge "Let the infringers keep delaying and we don't really need their money. The later they pay us, the better. We will be just fine."
There are million scenarios that could make shareholders worry and anyone who can not afford the loss should just sell. I just hope for the best and look at the bright side.
If CEO wants to sell the company for better, the not-so-fair agreentment with ACS must be changed and patents that are sold need to be bought back. Is it likely that preferred A series are issued to ACS to make all this happen? I think it is a win-win for both sides.
Anyway, it's just my speculation on the bright side. As I said, I will hold till the end. Win or die.
So everyone should play with what he can afford to lose. There is always risks as an OTC shareholder. SFOR is running out of cash and if Mark sell the ProtectID and OOBA patent for another $9M, then yes we're done for.
But at least SFOR still owns the OOBA for now.
I remember last year in an e-mail posted by someone asking about buyout, did Mark say that buyout will not happen from patent infringers but probably later with a project partner that they are working with? Things are getting more and more interesting.
It will be a pain watching the crash happens, so I have simply placed my bid orders to refill back the small portion that I sold and will be outside gardening all day tomorrow.
It has been almost one year since the three lawsuits were filed. If you have held up to this point, why giving it up right before the possible settlements? Especially for shareholders who were lucky to buy at trips and have 7 figure profit up to this point, can you imagine how many figures the profit will become? Is there any other penny that you are willing to bet on with 7 figures?
Win or die. I will hold till the end. Destiny is all.
"a sell order for a few million at a couple bucks"
It sounds like you are selling tens of million dollars in one shot. Most of the brokers would not allow you to do that and you need to break it into smaller sell orders.
Today marks my one-year anniversary when I took my initial position in SFOR. I didn't do much DD until the next day, Friday the April Fool's day. I didn't really understand what I had in hands until it was 15 minutes before the market close when everything I read on that Fool's afternoon told me "this is The One." I rushed to the market but not much I could do in minutes before market close.
Was it Monday yet? During that weekend, I could never sleep. I kept searching and reading about SFOR on the web and I hated myself for being an April fool who didn't get to know SFOR earlier.
To celebrate my anniversary, I am offering some bid support @ 0.017. Come on, sell to me! Drag the price lower! I want to be an April fool again.
A new update for GuardedID is available this morning. The bug that I have experienced on my Windows 10 and reported to Strikeforce since the last update in January has been fixed. So far so good.
IMO it's finally time for the TV commercial and a Best Buy PR.

It's interesting to see a pinkie having more shareholders than Facebook. Not only ihubbers are buying. People who are in the industry seem to know something and that's perhaps why there are so many shareholders on record.
"The Q3 is roughly the same as Q2, but we'll increase from there."
That's what I remember from Mark's video that killed the momentum of the stock. If "roughly the same" means more than 40% growth from Q2 to Q3, what would "we'll increase from there" mean for the Q4?
Hopefully patience will pay out for all of us.
Warning: Everything I said is only my speculation. Invest at your own risk.
GuardedID and MobileTrust are both on sale for $19.99 in Office Depot during this coming Thanksgiving shopping season. If you haven't tried the products yet, now is a good time.

They hold the shareholder's meeting every 4 years.
Revenues:
2015
Q1 68,661
Q2 76,076
2016
Q1 82,709
Q2 126,890
"Revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2016 were $126,890 compared to $76,076 for the three months ended June 30, 2015, an increase of $50,814 or 66.8%. The increase in revenues was due to the increase in the sales and license of our software and mobile products."
Microsft settled and licensed our software early this year. So I guess most of the sudden increase in revenue was from the OOBA licese to Microsoft because I doubt the sales from retails (GuardedID and MobileTrust) could make that much difference at the current stage.
The next Q will give us more clues. Microsoft Azure is growing and can it make our revenue grow as well?
Most of the people that have installed GuardedID or MobileTrust like the products.
However, if you check up the websites of Office Depot and Target, you can come up an estimate that at least tens of thousand copies of GuardedID and MobileTrust are simply lying on the retailers' shelves.
Yes, simply lying but not selling.
A good commercial can easily change the story. I really don't get why we see not much efforts from the company to promote the products.
Maybe they're working hard on bigger potential enterprise deals and don't have time to provide technical support to retail customers? Or are they waiting until more retailers like Walmart or BestBuy to carry our products? We should definitely ask Mark on Nov. 18.
Mark didn't say changing the law firm or not on contingency. My take is they just need more lawyers to help with 5 more big cases.
Let's look at the volume of the major bear raids in the past 6 months:
2016/04/14 volume: 950M
2016/08/03 ~ 2016/08/05 volume: 502M
2016/09/27 ~ 2016/09/28 volume: 377M
2016/10/25 ~ 2016/10/26 volume: 150M
As you can see the the volume is decreasing on each of the bear raids. IMO, in the past 6 months the shareholder's confidence for the Company was growing and more and more shares were flowing into the hands of true longs. I have also accumulated tons of shares that I can afford to lose.
Any major deal from CSI, once if confirmed can take us to .01
Any settlement, once if confirmed can take us to .02
Microsoft/Intel, once if confirmed can take us to .10
Trust your DD, hold what you can afford to lose and hope for the best is how people become a millionaire.

Thank you! That's what I remember. They will still be receiving royalties after September 2020 although less.
It is just a very minimal increase of 3M shares which I guess was used to pay their contractors or something like that. It's not a big deal and it makes me wonder why people accepted their shares as payment instead of cash.
I think Mark said it wrong in that mail. As I remember, Strikeforce will RECEIVE royalty from ACS instead of PAYING royalty to ACS. I'll dig out their 8-Ks when I have time.
SFOR should have changed some people from millionaires to multi-millionaires within a week. Thanks for Zpaul and CJ's awsome DDs.
Now it makes sense why we have not seen the tv commercial. Walmart was one of the major missing pieces. Now we have it! What will be next? Best Buy?
After all of these, it will be time to hit the tv commercial.
