So question did any one hear how the share holder meet turned out. The jist I got an please correct me if wrong besides the mundane there is a reverse split, possible merger/buyout or I should say looking for options to keep the company going,4 million in debt, updating and becoming current with financials... and I will say at least short term ha ha ha it doesn't look to bad. It moves on little volume so are all the shares locked up? I might take a small position in the am they do seem to be playing the mj trade which is an upside. Obviously they have plans and they seem more open than most with all the info on their web page. Thanks for your guys time.

Ok so what's the deal E O on this. I like what I see and can't believe its so low right now. This stock should be trading way higher considering if even half of what they say is true. My thought as well. If an when they do become current, it will open up buying opportunities to those that can't purchase shares. until that time, even though I'm sure it's a large figure that currently can purchase shares, it will remain a limited option for many or to risky some. My opine is we won't see the big money move in from outside investors until spcl is current and the stop sign removed which is perhaps their plan. It would give them time to load up before the next shoe drops and the big run up.

Agree... when it's boiled down the rest is bs. Fins or nothing. This is becoming another penny bs story. If they don't follow through to become current there will be issues with this stock. I have a hefty amount invested here. It looked good. It does not now. My two cents regardless of the cheerleading going on. Put up or shut up. I'm more than willing to lose my investment but quit the story that they are going to do or might or should or could they have not done any thing as of late. This stock will be a bust if they don't put out updated financials. That is the nuts an bolts of the whole gig. This is a possible huge mega money maker. I like the potential but please stop with dreams. We have a stop and no idea when then they might do some thing about it.

Not sure. This has been dead in the water for 5 years and unless their is a change in boss man I cant see it doing any thing but who knows. Big P should be free soon to legally run things again so take that for what it is but ive been watching this for a long time and ive not seen this much action in a long long time.
