So question did any one hear how the share holder meet turned out. The jist I got an please correct me if wrong besides the mundane there is a reverse split, possible merger/buyout or I should say looking for options to keep the company going,4 million in debt, updating and becoming current with financials... and I will say at least short term ha ha ha it doesn't look to bad. It moves on little volume so are all the shares locked up? I might take a small position in the am they do seem to be playing the mj trade which is an upside. Obviously they have plans and they seem more open than most with all the info on their web page. Thanks for your guys time.
