There is a God!
But anyway that's probably for the best. You need a break in my opinion. I wish you would've averaged down more. You were saying if it went back to the .01s you would buy more. But it never did and you missed the .02s and .03s. With the amount of shares you have, you could've brought your average WAY down. Instead of being thrilled to make 50% of your money back at a much higher PPS, you could already be in the green or close to it... There's gonna be a lot of progress in 2016 but most likely some more dilution so you will prob get a second chance to average down. Happy New Year to you and everyone else. If you've done the DD I've done and know what I know, 2016 is gonna be 1 HECK of a good year! That's all I'm gonna say!

Bro you are wrong on 2 accounts. First of all the "giants in the shadows" didn't just up and leave. Vanis fought hard for the restructuring of the deal. It set us 4 months back but was worth it imo. Now they will only get 10% of net future profits. The "giants" wanted to keep their large position in Fizz without contributing anything. Vanis was looking out for shareholders best interests... If you're gonna talk about this stuff, please don't just make up stories.
Now about your Fruit Water comment... I don't think you fully appreciate how important taste is in the food/beverage industry. Fruit Water is not just a little worse than Fizz. It's MUCH worse. Coke is used to putting out products that achieve HUGE results. Fruit Water was definitely selling, but not at the rate that they demand. So they are getting rid of it. I know that you say that you like Fruit Water, but I really don't think I can trust your sense of taste. You said just recently that you think Monster tastes awful. I think they taste great and evidently so does the rest of the world. It's the top energy drink in the country. Your taste buds are screwed up I think.
I'm invested in MINE because I truly believe that Vitamin Fizz has what it takes to go the distance. Evidently so does Darin Ezra, Ginsberg, Gary Smith, and the rest of the big guys. I trust their judgment over yours. sorry

First of all it's not better at all. I just said that not even the 54 grams of sugar Monster tastes as good as Mango Orange Vitamin Fizz. The diet version certainly is no better. Second of all, even if it did taste a little better than Fizz, it's sold at 1.50-2 dollars higher per can than Fizz. That makes Vitamin Fizz the more attractive option for a lot of Americans who have to watch their spending. 3rd of all Absolute Zero Monster has no B or C vitamins. Finally, absolute zero Monster is not even in competition with Fizz. One is an energy drink, the other is not. So I don't really understand the point you're trying to make. Nice try tho...
I drank a green Monster energy drink today. 1 can has 54 grams of sugar and 210 calories. I immediately followed that by drinking a Mango Orange Vitamin Fizz. I was amazed that Vitamin Fizz not only tasted better but it even tasted sweeter despite having 0 calories and 0 grams of sugar! All the other brands of 0 calorie sparkling water taste artificial and weird. Fizz is just on a different level from all those other brands. We've hit the jackpot! It's gonna be huge some day. Heck, it's already big now. Remember what Darin Ezra tweeted to the idiot bashers a couple months ago? They were attacking Ezra and Vitamin Fizz so Ezra tweeted "If you morons had any idea what's been achieved, you would shut up". Pretty powerful statement from one of the few people in the world qualified to make such a statement. He developed Neuro and his company Power Brands is the largest start up beverage developer in the world. When he speaks, I listen!

A mess? Are you joking? MINE has gone up 300% from .016 a week ago. Anyone who bought in the last week has made bank!
how many shares do you have total?
Great post man. You are one of the few who understands what's going on here. I also love the fact that Vanis bought a ton of shares when this was .06. That is double the PPS we are at now and Vanis was totally comfortable buying at that level. That speaks volumes!

They couldn't make money on Fruit Water because it is an awful drink. Have you tried it? I drank one a few days ago (their orange mango flavor) and couldn't even finish it. It tastes like children's medicine. Hard to make money on something that nobody wants to drink. Doesn't matter how much money you have to back it. Meanwhile Vitamin Fizz tastes like real fruit juice. I'm drinking one right now and my mind is still blown by how good it tastes. That is the key difference between us and the competition. That is why Vitamin Fizz is the highest rated product in history of Power Brands. If you don't understand that VF tastes so much better than literally every single competing brand, you should't be invested here.

I agree that it's a concern but here is two things I quickly found on Wikipedia "Benzene in soft drinks" article that refute the point you are trying to make.
"Other factors that affect the formation of benzene are heat and light. Storing soft drinks in warm conditions speeds up the formation of benzene. Calcium disodium EDTA and sugars have been shown to inhibit benzene production in soft drinks.[2]"
Read Vitamin Fizz's ingredients label. It has EDTA in it as well as sugar alcohols. So VF has 2 ingredients that inhibit benzene.
Here's another quote from the Wikipedia article:
"While there are alternatives to using sodium benzoate as a preservative, the casual consumption of such a drink is unlikely to pose a significant health hazard to a particular individual (see, for example, the EPA IRIS document on benzene[7]).
The UK Food Standards Agency has stated that people would need to drink at least 20 litres (5.5 gal) per day of a drink containing benzene at 10 µg to equal the amount of benzene they would breathe from city air every day.[8]"
Even if Vitamin Fizz did have unsafe levels of benzene and for some reason the EDTA didn't inhibit the benzene production, you would still have to drink over 20 liters of Vitamin Fizz per day to match the levels of benzene you are exposed to daily if you live in a major city... I don't think anyone is drinking 20 liters per day LOL.
Another nice try Obee but I think you're being a tad bit alarmist yet again

What I said was the truth. If you don't believe me you can go through my twitter history @bryceharper90 and look up the date of the first time I posted about MINE. I assure you it will be over 1.5 years ago.
Very good point KU. Yes, Obee please ask him that!
how many shares total do you own now?
Although I am not happy that the share price keeps dropping, I am still holding strong... According to the shareholder letter, the work horse product "has been fully negotiated and is virtually complete except for the extension of the licensing agreement." Vanis wrote in an email to @george323818 that we will have the workhorse product before the end of 2015. Since the workhorse product is cash-flow positive, that should be of huge help in allowing Vitamin Fizz to grow to its full potential without having to dilute more shares. After that we will see the "game changer" account which will happen right after the holidays, according to the letter. That would make sense because we've been delayed 4 months because of negotiating the 100% ownership. The game changer would've been announced in early September otherwise.
I know it's been frustrating for all of us to watch the value of our shares drop. But there are so many good things happening in a matter of just a couple months. The workhorse product should slow down dilution and the game changer will provide a ton of additional revenue. And the best part is that MINE will be getting 100% of every sale instead of around 40% like it has been... I still trust that Vanis is doing what's best for the long term and I still believe in Vitamin Fizz. Just gotta be patient.
Bro you seem to be missing the point. Drinks like Sparkling Ice and Vitamin Fizz are not supposed to be equal to real fruit. They're meant to be a HEALTHIER alternative to Coke and Sprite that have like 50 grams of sugar per can. The big picture is the world is becoming more health conscious. Drinks like Fizz and Ice are growing in popularity long term while the traditional sodas are slowly dying. Whether you want to admit that or not, that's what's happening.
Good post!
First of all, understand that Vitamin Fizz is SO much better of an opportunity than that Honduras venture. Maybe the PRs read the same because Vanis has a particular writing style, but please don't try and compare Honduras to VF. Also it might be a good thing that his family is supporting him. That way he is not as eager to take his salary right away and put everything back into growing the company.
That is exactly the response I expected him to give. Power Brands develops startup brands and prepares them to go to the next level. If you read up on Ezra, he was only working on Neuro Beverages from 2008-2010. He did a real good job with Neuro because they are now a household name, in most stores in the country. I'm sure Ezra gets a certain percentage of Neuro's profits just as he's getting a small percent of Vitamin Fizz future profits. It looks like Ezra has done everything he can do to develop Vitamin Fizz and it is no longer a startup, but a mid-stage brand. We are now in the more than capable hands of ASM. MINE ON!
Great post!
The vast majority of convertible notes fully converted 9 months ago. Since then the price action of MINE has been 99% determined by retail otc traders. It's not the company's fault that half the "investors" sold upon hearing the news of a reverse split. My point is if you're gonna be angry about the price action since december of 2014, you should mostly be angry with your fellow traders
Fizzman I honestly believe Vanis when he says the reverse split was to satisfy our corporate and financial partners. If it was only about selling more shares, all MINE would have to do is increase the AS by another billion or so. Management knows that a reverse split is super unpopular, but in the long run it will help. Legit financial institutions don't want to touch a stock that has 3.5 billion shares. But 35 million is extremely attractive.
I agree that being a shareholder might make Vitamin Fizz taste better, but I promise you I tried each drink with 0 bias. It's not even fair how much better Fizz tastes. Fruit Water and Sparkling Ice are our biggest competition and even those drinks taste lousy. The best way I can put it is Vitamin Fizz is a pleasure to drink while the other brands are a chore. That difference is possibly the biggest reason I'm invested and I believe it will pay off in time.
I think the percentage we get of revenue is very reasonable. Did us shareholders create the drink? Are we doing any of the hard work it takes to distribute it? Heck no! We are just the lucky ones who get to invest in this wonderful product. I think it's fair.
