***NEW INFO***
Okay sportsfans, here's the latest info on 'Mountains of Madness' and it's coming straight from HQ. That's right folks, IR at Innovativ Media. Although you may wish that this would have happened when they said it would, in October, it's at least something for all of us weary travelers.
Yesterday (Friday 10/28), I couldn't take it anymore so I emailed the following to Investor Relations at Innovativ Media Group:
Tom,
Are you still planning on releasing the next episodes of Mountains of Madness before the end of the month, or are we more than likely looking at the end of the year, or beyond? The LovecrafteZine website still has the October projection in print on their webpage.
I am a shareholder of INMG and have been since this was GBGM. I am trusting that you would assure the shareholders that Mountains of Madness will either be on time or a reasonable explanation would be announced as to why we're not on target. As you recall, last year you announced that Mountains of Madness would be ready by the beginning of 2016.
I placed my hard earned money in your hands based on your assurances through your two podcasts last year as you outlined your business plan for Innovativ Media Group and as a shareholder I would hope that when you spoke about the benefits to current and future shareholders that you meant it. (I redacted a sentence here.) What can you tell a concerned shareholder?
Jon B
Guess what? IR replied back today, can you believe it!!!!
Here's their unredacted complete reply (minus my last name.)
Mr. B – the senior officer of the Company is traveling until November 7th but we wanted to respond. Episodes 2 and 3 of ‘Mountains of Madness’ will be available to view in the next couple of weeks and, although we can not give you any details, the Company has been approached by a major content Company about the series and we expect we may now be able to make it available to fans without a subscription. Can’t tell you more but please stay tuned and thanks for your continuing support.
Innovativ Media
So Tom's out of town until the 7th. Perhaps he's been hustling up Pay Per View distributors like Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, or the like. Who knows but apparently he has not been sitting on his hands. It may well be that, although the next episodes are ready to run, they have been delaying the release onto the HPLOVECRAFT.TV website in order to secure a major content company's buyin to 'MoM'. Can't blame the content company for wanting exclusive first showing rights to the series. The last thing they would want is a website showing what they've paid for. So although we are now definitely looking at November rather than Monday 10/31, this is the first I've heard IR mention anything about 'Mountains of Madness'. And it's something positive. So, like IR said, stay tuned.
$INMG
I have a feeling that if MoM isn't released before the Q, there will not be a hint of it on the Q. Tom only has revenue and share structure on his quarterly reports.
That would be nice.
I guess we won't know until Monday, 10/31 EOD. If the next episodes aren't released, I wouldn't look for any explanation from Tom. He'll either deliver on time and PR it on NewsWire, or he won't deliver for October and we won't hear anything from him until he does.
I'm still on board and I have the same opinion about INMG as you gogo. I'm just agreeing with "sentiment" because of the trademark lack of information with Tom. There is more potential for upwards trading when investors are fed a calculated and carefully controlled stream of information. Without it there's just a hope based on what was said months ago.
If Tom used social media and said, "Look, we've got this and that done but we're having some issues with this other aspect of the production. But we feel we can overcome the holdup by doing this and this...", I guarantee the nervousness would subside and perhaps we wouldn't get a lot of new investors, but we probably wouldn't be losing some of the existing ones.
Obviously the newer and larger investors will jump on board when MoM is released.
And, like you, I buy a little when I can. But if MoM gets pushed back again, we will see the pps reflect a lack of confidence in INMG.
Yep.
I can't even guess at this point on Tom. Production delays in this business are common and 6 months is not uncommon. What is different here is the lack of communication.
I'm not holding my breath on the release. Investing is not faith based but DD based. The problem is that we aren't insiders so we have no idea what the situation with INMG is. All we can really go on is what has transpired up until now. These are Tom's announcements and the results:
1.) 8/24/15 - INMG announces plans to produce "Mountains of Madness" and have the first three episodes completed early in 2016. (If that means March or April then Tom and Stephen Sloan are 6 months behind schedule.)
2.) 6/24/2016 - INMG announces it will launch it's first online premium channel, HPLOVECRAFT.TV, due in the summer exclusively for "MoM" and other future web based series.
3.) 8/29/2016 - HPLOVECRAFT.TV released pretty much on schedule (summer).
A web channel is pretty easy to set up and as you can see from the HPLOVECRAFT.TV channel, it's pretty basic. So, that could be "chum" thrown out there to keep us on the hook while the release is delayed even more. The only thing that makes me think that the October release date might be locked in is the HPLOVECRAFTeZINE channel that has the October release in print on the website. So, if there is a delay, we can probably expect that notification will be through that eZine website.
I've got other stocks so this is just a wait and see ticker.
What can I say. He's cheap. I think realistically though, it's probably more along the lines of him exercising his role as Grand Puba as CEO and doing things how and when HE pleases regardless of shareholders. By the way, I contacted Stephen at Sloan Pictures this afternoon to see if we're still on schedule for the October release. No answer yet. We'll see.
It wouldn't be insider info because they've already said October and it's in print on the HPLovecraft-eZine website.
I know, totally frustrating. I just check in a couple of times a week now but the comments are usually the same. It's always "wait on Tom", and I'm usually saying it too. It would be helpful if he could give us a better target date than "October." But he's a scrooge when it comes to PR's cause they cost money. And he's on such a tight budget until 'Mountains' is released that he'll wait for the effect that one giant PR will give for maximum effect. It's super hard to tell because no one's talking. It's all under wraps for now. Which actually comes from Tom's production background, I guess. We'll know for sure by Nov. 1.
It's possible but not probable. When the RS took place the OS was at 111 million. As of August 11 it was at 123 million. So if those were sold into the float we are closer to 18-20 million on the float. Still, the numbers are much better now than before the RS to attract investors once the web series is released.
Happy to help. You could wait for an entry point of when MoM is released and then if/when that happens, buy on the way up. We're still not sure Tom's timeline is accurate. He's been doing everything he's said he would but it's been taking longer than expected.
You will not find any meaningful information about Innovativ Media Group on social media. The CEO, Tom Coleman, will not use it. However you can find information on the company in the 10-Q's and 10-K's and press releases on News Wire.
INMG in association with Sloan Pictures is in post production of an animated web series called "At the Mountains of Madness." It's slated for 30 episodes, each 3 to 6 minutes in length that will be aired on the HPLOVECRAFT.TV web channel over the next 10-12 months. You can get an idea of what the show is about by watching the pilot episode on that web channel for free. The subscription for all 30 episodes is $20. The first 3 episodes (which includes the pilot episode) are supposed to be released this month. This is what all the chatter is about on this board. The series has been delayed, which has not inspired confidence in Tom. However, there are still two weeks left in the month so there's still a chance that the release will be on time.
Don't expect any updates from Tom until the actual episodes are released. He doesn't talk much except through the News Wire releases, and never on social media. The stock has been trading in the .003's and once the series is released it is expected to go to between .02 to .05 depending on the number of subscribers. That's all speculation, obviously.
It may take until the end of the month.
No. He typically has released news on the News Wire regardless of when the Q or K comes out. He's not going to be able to report revenue from MoM until the followin Q comes out. He is good about the News Wire PR's at least. He does want investor traffic so we will see some sort of news when MoM is released.
Yeah, hoping for some release tidbit.
I have a feeling they (Tom and Stephen) will hold off on MoM's release until the period immediately prior to or around Halloween. It fits in with the macabre genre of MoM and also gives them a couple weeks to put any finishing touches on the website and/or series episodes themselves. If you ask me, Tom's on a shoestring budget and the release will be "down to the wire" based on the lacklustre performance of INMG. The only reason not to release at this point is either the first episodes are not finished yet (a money issue), or there is some issue with production between INMG and Sloan Pictures. Remember, Sloan said it would be released in September while Tom indicated (I can't recall where) that it would be in October. So they weren't and still may not be quite on the same page.
So it will probably be at the end of the month. I'm sure it will get done and the sooner the better for Tom from a financial standpoint with all those web channel subscribers ready to plunk down their $20. So it's probably an internal issue between Sloan and Tom. Financial issues could also be considered "internal."
For those of us that have been here since GBGM's name changed to INMG, like SAT, Gogo and others, Tom Coleman is socially "dumb." I don't mean at a cocktail party or on a cruise but I'm talking about Twitter and Facebook. He may have said he'll make use of social media in the past in a PR or two but the facts bear out that he said that probably to get someone off his back, maybe even us shareholders. He's not a social media kind of guy. I've said this before and time has born out that Tom is "old school" when it comes to business. He's the boss and he'll release info when it means something (solid, verifiable numbers for example) on an 8-K, NEWS WIRE release, or on the 10- filings. He will probably never actually use social media to release info on the company. You can look back at the news filings for INMG on OTC Markets and see that they're all NEWS WIRE pieces.
We all know what he said about using Facebook but look, how long has it been since he said that (actually in an official PR) and now? He probably uses social media for contact with his friends but I seriously doubt he'll ever use it for INMG.
But that's fine. We're not being inundated with Tweets. He does something important to the company's growth in his eyes and he PR's it. If we are wondering about a specific direction he's planning for the company, then we'll just have to keep on wondering because he isn't interested in us enough to let us in on any little "secrets." He's stated the direction for INMG in the past and it hasn't changed.
So hang in there if you can. Sometime this month we'll finally see something new in INMG. Hopefully.
It's just my opinion, but it could be a few reasons:
1.) The subcriber numbers weren't coming in like they thought they would.
2.) The webpage is low tech and they couldn't figure out how to auto-update the subscriber number.
3.) Due to reason #2, the geek in charge of the website got mad and walked because Tom wouldn't listen to his great ideas.
4.) Because of reason #1 the number won't reappear until a significant increase in subscribers.
5.) Everyone is too busy to update the number.
It doesn't even matter much what the reason is. When this web series hits the air, most, if not all of those followers on the Lovecraft-eZine to the tune of 244,954, will sign up for the LOVECRAFT.TV subscription. They're already H.P. Lovecraft fans. There hasn't been any really big production on the eZine site, although there are a lot of small things going on. So Mountains of Madness is a pretty big deal. It's got top billing on that eZine webpage too if you look at where the link is placed. That number could easily expand to between 500,000 and a million depending on the advertising and promotion given on the web. There are so many young adults and teenagers that have never heard of Lovecraft or his works that will eat this kind of a series up just like we did in the 60's with Jonny Quest. It will be up to Tom to figure out how to get the widest possible advertisement for his buck but I think he's already got that part figured out.
It would be nice if he gave us all a clue about when the actual release date will be. But he probably won't. He's not a sociable fellow, if you get my drift. He hasn't communicated with shareholders other than the NEWS MEDIA WIRE releases and the 10-Q's and K's. No social media for Tom. Oh well, it doesn't matter.
Come on October...
Makes sense. Someone was playing around, but Tom had already made it known that .05 was the goal.
Well, crazy things happen in the immediate vicinity of a RS. The result was the same anyway. And here were are today. Hopefully the scheduled release of MoM goes off without a hitch
Well, it's easy to look back at a chart and say that it shows this price or that price but to those of us who were here before, during, and after the RS, it was excruciatingly simple. I say excruciatingly because we got burned by the RS. It was oscillating between .0001 and .0002, sometimes below .0001 and no bid for days at a time. When the RS came on April 20, 2016, the stock was at .0001. A 1:500 RS was instituted that took the 4,422,277,485 common OS to 8,844,555 and the pps from .0001 to .05. At the same time, the AS was reduced from 5,560,000,000 to 250,000,000. The AS does not automatically reduce with an RS, so at least Tom did that although if he did the same with the AS as he did with the OS (reducing by 1:500), we would have only had an AS of 11,120,000. If nothing else would have changed, INMG would have stayed at .05 with an OS of 8,844,555. However, two days later, Tom converted all of the Series C Preferred stock into 80,000,000 restricted common shares and issued himself another 12,000,000 restricted common for compensation in lieu of a salary for continuing as the manager of INMG for the next 3 years. That's when the price came down fairly quickly into the .003's. So even with the quarterly revenue of $50K, without any new revenue it would not get above .003, ever.
Fortunately for us, enter Mountains of Madness. The whole point of the RS was to actually create MORE stock so that when INMG actually came through with Mountains of Madness, as well as other production material like New Broadway Cinema, the VOD search engine, and other web based video series like Mountains of Madness, Tom would be able to issue more stock as larger investors came on board.
Well, October is here and we'll find out if the production schedule will stay the same or be pushed out another quarter. Those million share trades that recently happened could very well have been Tom converting some of his stock into cash to finish the project. Who knows. The issued has climbed from 111,000,000 to 123,724,670 (a/o Aug 11, 2016).
I noticed that they took the number of subscribers (it was 120 but that number never changed even though there were new subscribers) off of the HPLOVECRAFT.TV web channel. So something is up. Not sure what though.
We'll see. October is the month.
Personally, I doubled my share count by averaging down. I have continually purchased small amounts in the .003 to .004 range. Although I may wish that I had more when this goes back up, I have still lost money on this stock. So I will not buy any more until there is a solid new revenue stream reportable through an 8-K, 10-Q, or 10-K.
Yeah, me too. Wish they'd update that number.
As sure as you can be looking at the latest 10-Q:
"The Issuer entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement with Innovativ Media Group, Inc. (“Innovativ”) on June 23, 2015, subsequently amended on July 9, 2015, in which Innovativ will convey 5,000 Shares of its Common Stock and certain motion picture, intellectual properties, business concept, certain digital entertainment assets and properties and domain names in exchange for the issuance by the Company of 20 million of its Series C Preferred Shares, Five Million of its restricted Series A Preferred Shares and the Redemption to its treasury of 3 of its Series A Preferred Shares held by affiliates plus the retirement of certain debt. On April 22, 2016 the holder of all the Series C preferred Stock converted the shares into 80,000,000 restricted common shares of the Issuer.
The Issuer entered into a three (3) year Management Agreement on April 22, 2016 with its CEO to serve without salary in exchange for the issuance of 12,000,000 restricted shares of its common stock."
That is a total of 92 Million Common Shares, all restricted, which is good for the rest of the shareholders (that they are restricted, that is.) These are in addition to whatever amount of Common Shares that he may have owned already out of the 123 million common shares outstanding that INMG has issued.
And we've got 7.1 million in the float.
He has at least 92M of the 123M issued, according to the last 10-Q issued on Aug 11, 2016.
The H.P. Lovecraft-Ezine has a link on it to follow the latest PR's and announcements regarding all H.P. Lovecraft and that will allow you to follow @misanthropemike. It's probably better to go through the website link to keep up with the latest news.
Perfectly understandable. The business plan has been coming together slowly over a year now but is starting to accelerate, so things are starting to happen more quickly now. Tom is going to want to capitalize on the release of MoM so there very well may be several rapid fire PR's on his normal PR channels as well as (and I hope he starts using this), social media announcements. The H.P. Lovecraft-Ezine has a twitter account @misanthropemike. We should see the Ezine get behind MoM by using this twitter account to advertise. Tom was talking about using social media and had even set up his @Innovativmendia account, however no one knows about it, whereas the Ezine channel twitter account, at least among H.P. Lovecraft fans, is already established. that's where the subscriber base will probably come from. So even if Tom is slow in communicating through Twitter, Ezine has us covered.
INMG growing pains. Non-auto update on the subscription numbers could be intentional though, although I don't know why.
Run silent, run deep...
You are right on the money chaka.
T minus one month and counting...
Thanks gogoyears. I think we've got accumulation ahead for the next several weeks until the episodes are released in October. INMG could go up slowly on accumulation or exhibit choppy behavior as market forces or mm's try to keep the price down while loading, who knows. It's anyone's guess what will happen once MoM debuts. Sure hope they stay on schedule for October. Have a safe trip!
I need another 400k shares...
Here's something else to think about. The Ezine website is a pretty focused and serious site on Lovecraft. Here's what the editor posts with regard to what the Ezine will allow to be promoted on the site:
ADVERTISE
The Lovecraft eZine reaches tens of thousands of people every day. The magazine’s website has a strong internet presence, and has a Facebook page with over 200,000 followers.
So the numbers are high, and yes, numbers are very important in advertising. But even more importantly, horror and Lovecraft fans trust what I recommend. I’ve worked a long time to build that trust, and I’ve promised my readers that I’ll never betray it by recommending a book, movie, or any other product that I don’t truly believe is worth their time or money.
That trust in me means more click-throughs to your site. With that in mind, please note that I do not accept everyone as an advertiser. I need to believe in your product and believe that if I accept you as an advertiser, my readers will truly benefit and be happy with what you are selling.
If you’re interested in advertising with The Lovecraft eZine, send an email to lovecraftezine@gmail.com . Let me know what you’d like to advertise and what your budget is, and I’m sure we can come up with a solution that works for you.
My readers trust me, and that’s important to you as an advertiser. But my advertisers trust me, too. If you advertise with The Lovecraft eZine, please know that my main goal is to promote you. If you’re spending money, you need to see results from it. I’ll do my best to make sure that happens.
natural, good question. The HPLovecraft-ezine website is the host website for H.P. Lovecraft works of all types. It is featuring the Mountains of Madness link to the series. 244,516 H.P. Lovecraft fans have subscribed (for free) to the Ezine web site and receive updates on the various Lovecraft articles and product, like MoM. H.P. Lovecraft fans are a niche market and closely follow the author's works.
My guess is that every one of those 244 thousand will sign up as soon as the first episode is released, which is projected for October. Here's why. These followers of Lovecraft are akin to Star Wars fans. If a brand new, year long series of Star Wars episodes (one per week) came out on their fan website and the cost was only $20 for the entire series for the year, how many would sign up? Probably most. Their Starbucks bill is probably less than $20 per week!
Not only that, but this is the first complete animated Mountains of Madness story to be produced. There are short clips from other attempts but to my knowledge, other than printed and illustrated written works, this is the first attempt at the entire story as a video. So to those 244,516 followers on the H.P.Lovecraft-Ezine website, this will be a first.

I can't help but think how low budget their web site must be to not have an auto updating number for subscription count. I'll bet it was an afterthought to post the numer. Personally I think its a great idea to be able to see the number get higher and higher.
Typical Tom with his communication style...
I don't think the subscriber number on the website is an autonumber based on actual subscriptions. It has stayed at 120 since it began. It looks like it has to be manually updated. Which means that there are probably more than 120 subscribers by now.
My thoughts exactly, two to four weeks if MoM is released at the beginning of October. The latest Emerging Markets PR staterd that revenue from MoM will show in the 4th quarter or annual (10-K) report. I believe investors will take the stock up to the .02's, maybe low 03's and then when the revenue comes in on the 10-K, which i believe will be published in March, a large group of new investors may be attracted taking this back to .05.
One thing to keep in mind is that when we were at .0001 and .0002 there was no MoM yet. With MoM we were all guessing as to how high the pre-split stock price would go. Today we have 10 times less value of our stock because after the RS, the OS was increased 1000% (10x). So, if before the RS we were at .0002 and MoM came out and the stock went up to .004 which would be reasonable based on continuing revenue from MoM, that's a 2000% increase (20x) which would equate to a PPS today of .10. So my guess is once the revenue is published in Q1 next year, we'll see between .05 and .10. This does not include the subscription revenue from the website or any additional VOD sales to the likes of Hulu or Amazon should they pick the series up.
2 to 4 weeks to load...
Yes, the share structure is optimum right now and INMG has an AS that's double the OS. That's a good position for Tom to be in. His plan is to develop New Broadway Cinema as a major producer of theatre cinema, however there is no timetable on that. It now appears by his comment on subscriber poling that with the help of his business partner Steve Sloan at Sloan Pictures, they will spend more time expanding this part of the business plan. Good idea IMO as further development of what works is part of a good business strategy.
SAT, you should be getting your .12... times three or four when this finally adjusts back up with the MoM release. Good to see your posts!
I saw that too and was curious about it. I don't know for sure but it sounds like he's going to take a pole from subscribers to figure out where the interest is for the next two web series. It may not even be H.P. Lovecraft material if I'm reading this correctly, although more than likely it will be since I'm assuming it will be confined to the Lovecraft channel.
Conservative is good. Always.
The pps certainly stands to go 10 times higher over the next few months depending on the publicity of MoM. If the HPLOVECRAFT.TV subscriptions come in to the tune of 200 thousand or better, that puts substantial revenue into INMG and should fund the remaining of the 30 episodes.
