Stock, thank you for the legal summation. Your detailed explanation was well stated. It would be interesting to hear an interpretation or response from Larry on Jay's & Stocks last posts..Larry?..
I appreciate your response Larry, thankyou. At this point while the legal battle continues I would think "your opinions" are your safest avenue of response in a public forum and I would think that is why you are here..to give your point of view.. but again I appreciate your contribution and hope you stick around.
Gee Smitty..I feel like we know each other..
Hi Larry I appreciate your response but I was hoping to get your opinion on whether you thought the lawsuit between Dimension and TMMI had any influence on future business dealings with Trudef & Trupix products & tech. Essentially your opinion..or thoughts on the matter.
Thank you for responding to the merger questions from others on the board.
I am a TMMI shareholder but am here less for the battle that wages day to day, but more for those infrequent bits of information that provides more insight into my investments.
Smitty - I have a hard time believing you are a TMMI long. Your negative stance on virtually everything said on this board points in the opposite direction.
Why do you have an investment in this company? According to you Ford is "ludicrous and unqualified" "the TMMI product is second rate" So did you pick up some more shares today??
and I'm really struggling with the meaning of this statement..
"If TMM came to you and wanted to take out a commercial liability insurance policy what would you tell them? Get out! would be my guess. LOL"
What does this mean??
I hope your using a stock broker on your other investments..
Smitty, perhaps they are not willing to settle because..
The legal case has no bearing on the marketing of TRUDEF and TRUPIX products.
I assume because Stan Ford has said this and emailed this response to those of us who have asked him that this is true. I don't know but will take his word for it at this point especially since he is a director of a public company and this stuff could come back on him if he is not telling the truth.
That is why I have also posed this question to Larry twice since his mysterious appearance here. Hopefully we'll hear his thoughts on this soon...although at a question a day it might be awhile..
Smitty I guess at Larry's rate of answering one question a day this may take a while..
Hi Larry,
Thanks for taking time to answer questions here. I asked you this question yesterday but you didn't answer me so again... I wonder if you could respond to this quote from Stan Ford
Thank you for your detailed email.
I am sorry that I can only answer your questions in general terms.
The legal case has no bearing on the marketing of TRUDEF and TRUPIX products.
Good question Jay..
I also ask Larry Panik?.
How many shares of TMMI do the defendants hold as of today?.
Thanks Stock. No I am in it for the long run and as I have stated before I DO BELIEVE in the company.
I'm not sure what implication losing the lawsuit would have on TMMI but its obvious to me Stan Ford doesn't believe it will have an effect on Trudef / Trupix or business moving forward.
I too expect something soon
Raytheon is a large corporation and finalizing the statement of work and the legal work takes time for they have to sell the products to their clients.
Similarly the same procedure holds for Videobank.
It would be hard for a director of a public company to state something like this if things weren't already in the works..
Smitty, I have never deleted a post here as I could care less about what you and fraccy spout off about.
Every once in a while you say something halfway intelligent..very, very rare..but that occasional rant where we see that tiniest hint of intelligent life or even a bit of humor from you. That's why I don't have you on ignore. But then you go on and on about stuff that you know isn't true, or you start in on HP suing TMMI and everyone here knows you know what that situation is...and then I regret the seconds I wasted reading your post..I don't know maybe someday I'll put you on ignore. In the meantime please, for all of our sake here on this board, mix in that occasional nugget that allows your presence to remain somewhat bearable..
No Stock I don't think it's him. But I would like to hear what whoever it is has to say. Especially if he tries to stay in character. Maybe it's smitty fraccy trying a new persona out of shear boredom..
Hi Larry,
Thanks for taking time to answer questions here. I wonder if you could respond to this quote from Stan Ford
Thank you for your detailed email.
I am sorry that I can only answer your questions in general terms.
The legal case has no bearing on the marketing of TRUDEF and TRUPIX products.
BigTel I would encourage you to email or call with questions. Go to TMMI website and go to contact us or just [url]
www.tmmi.us/Contact-us
Again its been stated that the ongoing court case will have no bearing on the marketing of Trudef and Trupix
Jay I would hope that you wouldn't think my last post was negative toward TMMI. I am simply looking for some answers that would make me feel like my investment is what I think it is. I would also feel more comfortable in securing a larger position then I currently have. I think most of my questions are reasonable and wouldn't put the company or its officers in any kind of legal jeopardy.
Do YOU know if the current Trudef product is based on fractal technology?
How about Trupix?
Jay are you going to the NATIA? Are you in Monroe La? It would be nice if someone could attend and ask the questions that need to be asked AND ANSWERED! I know it's not TMMI in attendance, but Videobank should have the answer to many questions as well.
As I said yesterday the response from Stan Ford had some interesting information but he didn't address many of the questions I asked.
I do hope we can at least stop the back and forth about the lawsuit though. "The legal case has no bearing on the marketing of TRUDEF and TRUPIX products".
How about answers to these questions?
Is the Trudef product based on fractal technology?
Does RTN still believe Trudef is 3 to 5 times
better then their current technology? What benefits should TMMI expect from the relationship with RTN and when can we expect it? Do they think Trudef is game changing tech? Does anyone think
Trudef is game changing tech? If so why isn't there information confirming this?
Why are the TMMI advisors not speaking about the technology? How about Ted Schilowitz does he think the TMMI products are game changing? Why hasn't he mentioned anything about TMMI?
What about TruPix? Why hasn't the share price reacted to the announcement of its release? Is this product game changing? What does the advisory board think of this product?
Seems to me we are way short on publicity for these "game changing" products. What is the company doing about this?
Thanks Lonewolfe..Yes I think they are playing it close to the vest too. Especially the part about Raytheon and Videobank
Raytheon is a large corporation and finalizing the statement of work and the legal work takes time for they have to sell the products to their clients.
Similarly the same procedure holds for Videobank.
That sounds like its good news but...
No Bill I get what you are saying. Most of us have suffered a long time with this company. I personally choose to look past all of that. I think the new management has taken this company a long way in the past few years and I think they are doing a lot to make the company very successful. I want to believe in the products and the tech. I'm not completely there though as I still have many questions that need to be answered. I think many of us are positioned for a nice windfall if we can just get this going. I do see a lot of pent of frustration from the longs on this board because of that rocky past and I know that is where you are coming from as well. I think we need to stay positive and keep the faith and in the end we will have that last laugh.
Bill..Have you tried calling or emailing the company? I don't think I get anymore attention then anyone else that bothers to ask questions. Someone posted just today (can't remember who) that they called TMMI and had a conversation about the law suit with basically the same response. The case has no bearing on potential contracts using Trudef or Trupix this is from Ford himself!
I spend time reading all the stuff on this board because I want information on my investment. Sometimes its a major burden especially with the likes of Fraccy and Smitty and others who spew constant negativity. But at some point you need direction from the company especially in the last few months when it seems like we are finally getting somewhere and the stock price drops when it should be going up.
I have been encouraging anyone who will listen to try to communicate with the company so we can get some answers. Unfortunately I didn't get as much information as I wanted but at least its some positive info. How about picking up the phone or sending an email?
I received this response from Stan Ford regarding many questions I had recently asked. Unfortunately he did not answer some important questions. He did provide some insight on Raytheon although somewhat vague. I'll let you guys judge for yourselves..
Hi ,
Thank you for your detailed email.

TRUPIX was announced on June 16th and it was disclosed that a provisional patent was filed. (tinyurl.com/prvktzb)
The TRUPIX announcement on June 29th stated the product was introduced to market and that a few sales had occured. ( http://tinyurl.com/ncw77pn)
The web site has a few demonstrations of upscaling using TRUPIX.
Again thank you for your excellent questions and we will continue to release information.

Stan Ford Director

I think its hit and miss with them but that doesn't mean we should stop asking the questions that need to be answered. I do think they read the messages we send to their site. I also think we need to continue to pressure them until our questions are answered. I don't know how much they tune in here but I suspect they monitor this board somewhat as this appears to be where the serious TMMI investors look for information and discuss the company.
Once again I ask all of you TMMI investors to have a say in YOUR COMPANY. Please forward your questions to the TMMI website. I will be sending another message to them myself with the many questions I have.
Flyhigh have you tried asking those questions to TMMI directly? This has been discussed before we all need to continue asking these questions.

I'm with 1Kgwxman, the new regime has taken this company from the brink of nothing and made it "somewhat" relevant. Cavanaugh has given us something to believe in again and with the great expectations of something really game changing I think we are all surprised and very disappointed that the big announcements did nothing but drop the stock.
I blame that on a severe lack of publicity. We have talked about stock promoters and pink sheet newsletters etc. I think.. money better spent then the MZ Group.
My concerns are also with the technology. I am still waiting on an outside source to confirm the tech is game changing. Can't one of our well paid advisors step up with all their contacts in the various industries to comment on the TMMI products?!? If they were also compensated in stock it would certainly increase the value of their advisor status with this company by having the stock where we think it should be now.
If the products are what we think they are this is at least a $2 or $3 stock..isn't it?
Which brings us back to the lack of marketing issue..although like some have said here and I happen to agree with MZ wasn't exactly the type of marketing TMMI needs right now IMO.
Stock was on the money when he said
"MZ is great, but that will not move the stock or help trade millions of shares---I am talking about stock promoters.....penny newsletters and emails---get the word out to other penny investors about the company---we need volume---not MZ"
Again just because you are working with penny newsletters and stock promoters doesn't mean its a p&d.
Just my opinion
FYI - I was speculated the other day about the MZ Group so I emailed Ted Haberfield about the current status..
7/5/2015 4:21PM
We are currently not engaged with TMMI. We are supportive of the team and we parted ways simply due to budget constraints.

MZ North America v4
Nice work newbie - It would be great if tmmi would actually try your plan..I think we would all like to see some serious follow through on tmmi's part. Be great to get some good independent feedback too!
I hear you Mike, I went through all that history too. It leads to an unshakable, inherent mistrust of this company. I also believe in the new management and have always had great hope for the fractal tech and Taylor Kramer's creative genius the products of which this compay is built on.
The dubious history and antics of this company and prior management is not generally known by the masses. Many or even most of us here (on this board) ARE influenced and predjudiced by that knowledge we leads to a lot of negative dialog but this shouldn't affeCT the average investor. The tech should speak for itself.
For most investors trudef and trupix should stand on their own as (hopefully) breakthrough technology. I don't believe word has gotten out to the masses yet on these products which IMO is adversely affecting the stock price. The daily volume proves this out. It seems everyone buying and selling are regular players of tmmi both short & long.
Yes we need proof of quality and especially positive affirmination from rtn and other working partners. We also need contracts. But to get big movement word has to get to investors. This does not make this a p&d.
Mike - Again.. four very positive press releases in two months and the pps is down what 25% ?!? To date I have not seen or heard any expert say this isn'the what it's advertised to be. If TMMI had a larger presence in the market I think we would be looking at .50 pps. I also believe as most here do as well that these are legitimate products/ tech. Again not a P&D.
I completely disagree smitty. Whereas you think this company has nothing special to offer..or you are shorting..and by the way, go to extraordinary effort to try to convince whoever will listen to you of this (to such extremes that you most likely are shorting). I believe the tech WILL prove to be "game changing" and with increased publicity will take the stock to much higher levels. I can choose to sell if I wish or retain my shares. NOT A P&D!
No stock not suggestin p&d. I'm basing that on what I think (and hope) are great tech products from this company. Just looking for confirmation, solid proof and reassurance from experts.
Stock - It would be too bad if we had to resort to that but at this point I'm up for it. This could have spiked way over a buck or more if we had stock promoters working this from before the letter to the stockholders.
Oh I know what you are referring to Stock and I agree with you. The penny stock promoters would be a great help right now. This stock would be bursting at the seams
In fact the last press release I received from the MZ Group about TMMI was in December 2014.
From Subject Received Size 13KB
MZ Group TMM, Inc. Enters Alliance Agreement With Geppetto Avatars, Inc. for Joint Sales & Marketing Initiative 12/9/2014
Since then I have received at least five press releases from MZ including one today for WATT and nothing regarding TMMI
TMMI is supposed to be represented by MZ Group - Specifically
Ted Haberfield Managing Partner, MZ Investor Relations - Ted Haberfield provides strategic management consulting to public companies through integrated investor relations by combining finance, marketing, and compliance. He has served as a senior account manager for 32 global clients. Prior to joining MZ, Ted spent over thirteen years as a financial advisor serving the investment needs of high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, including non-profit organizations and sovereign governments. He served as Second Vice President of Wealth Management at Smith Barne and as Second Vice President of Investments at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Ted has been a speaker on financial related topics at the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI), First Nation’s Development Institute, Guatemala Prospera and other national level associations. He currently resides in San Diego with his wife Danielle and his four children Layla, London, Van, Curren.
I just looked at their website and noticed that TMMI is not currently listed as a client. I don't know if they are too small of a client to be listed or what. I have had correspondence with Ted in the past but I wonder if the TMMI - MZ Group are no longer working together. http://mzgroup.com/
Jay - what is your opinion about the reaction the market has had on what seems to be positive news from TMMI?
Within 2 months we have received four very positive announcements, Ted Schilowitz joining advisory board, the patent filing for the video scaling algorithm and the new TRUPIX product and finally the sale of TRUPIX.
In the past news like this would have sent pps into the .20's at least.
Do you think the short trading could cause this?
Do you think the information is not getting to the masses?
Do you think there is no belief in the product?
Again..I am puzzled by the market reaction.
Smitty I have already heard your thoughts so no need to respond again, thanks
I agree with Bill that someone needs to speak up. Be it one of the advisory people associated with TMMI or a working partner. We need to hear something positive about the tech.
I also want to know if this is fractal based tech as well.
I hear you Bill. What really bothers me is the market reaction to positive news. Within 2 months we have received four very positive announcements, Ted Schilowitz joining advisory board, the patent filing for the video scaling algorithm and the new TRUPIX product and finally the sale of TRUPIX.
I doubt that anyone knows anymore about TMMI (other then TMMI management)then those of us here on this board and most of us here (virtually all of us) believe these were very positive announcements. Each of these positive moves were reported by Business Wire and other outside sources. After each of these announcements the stock did not move much and after the last two the pps actually declined in value.
WTF?
a few months ago
I don't think the pps can stand anymore good news from TMMI. At this point an announcement of a huge contract with RTN might just crush this stock...never the less I increased my position at .07 today. I hope it holds there for another 15 minutes..
If you think about it news like we had in the past couple of weeks would have spiked this at at least .40.
