Thanks Lonewolfe..Yes I think they are playing it close to the vest too. Especially the part about Raytheon and Videobank

Raytheon is a large corporation and finalizing the statement of work and the legal work takes time for they have to sell the products to their clients.

Similarly the same procedure holds for Videobank.

That sounds like its good news but...
