Something about the 200k ask seems strange
Even if the buyer got in at .20 average and sells for .26, seems like a lot of work to risk $40k on penny stock for $12k profit. And why not break it down into smaller increments. Not sure if I really buy the newsletter speculative buy alert for the movement and the volume. Someone else theorized that imlff bounced big in january off supports, and some one or a group saw a similar chart pattern.
If you believe in the long term story, all this movement is just noise.
And nearly all cannabis related stocks are down 50-70% from last run up.
I am encouraged by the last 2 hires....

Searching “corrective action on government contract”
So this was on a law firms website...
“The agency may take corrective action at any point in the process. Corrective action by the agency is a recognition by the agency that they failed to comply with some part of the procurement process, and they are therefore correcting that mistake. The agency has wide discretion in the form of corrective action, and it often includes reevaluation of proposals or amendments to the solicitation. If the agency takes corrective action, the GAO will dismiss as moot the portion of the protest related to the corrective action.”
So the way i am reading this, it sounds like something was discovered during the appeals process that required corrective action but not enough to uphold the appeal if the corrective action was taken. So “intends to dismiss” might mean that if the corrective action is not taken, the govt intends to dismiss the contract and uphold the appeal. So what is the corrective action and is tmps able to fix it?
And if the corrective action is not taken, can tmps rebid on a new contract?

37 Posts today JK?
...for a stock you dont own? And many of your posts are repeats of the same old same old? Why the anger?
Can you at least take down your dd from when you “owned” the stock? You may ultimately be right about what is going on, but the way you are going about it is very “iglowish” (apparently he was more right then wrong about OW*P)
Oh well..its only $$.

Emotions and stock trading
I respect JK and have always found his comments to be professional and based on research. This is the first time i feel his emotions have gotten tangled up with his dd. I was hesitant to invest in lfap because of blairs shady past, but since jk seemed fine with it and put a lot of faith in maxims involvement, i build a position. Otc stocks get manipulated—its a fact of life. Could another mm be manipulating? Does maxim not care about their reputation at all? I am totally confused and not really sure what to do. John if my average cost was under a penny i think i would have sold most of my position once i felt games were being played and his could tank.
Just my 2 cents, no disrespect to you john.
Sam
I am not optimistic this move is real
I hope i am wrong but i think this is a pump to get the price to a point where someone or a group will dump. Par for the course with these penny stocks. Sad to say, being down 90% on my investment doesn’t really help me if it goes to 0.03 or 0.04. Since i actually sold 1/3 of my initial investment between 0.08-0.10, i have picked up a few shares around 0.02, just in case the science trumps the poor management.

The award was announced on 4-18..right!?
This was posted by pp on 4-20:in reply to someone here who asked about the small business designation...
“This is where the problem comes in as allegedly TriStar Air LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of TMPS. And TMPS is not a “small business” , this is where it gets sticky as the Award will be protested and ST can be prosecuted for fraud for making such false representations to the Government. Going to be interesting to see what happens here.”
On 4-26 pp posted that the award was being protested. Tmps filed the 8k yesterday 5-2. I think a company has 4 business days to post an 8k after a material event, so the earliest they could have been informed would be the same 4-26. So how did pp know the same day that tmps may have been informed?
Doesnt sound kosher does it?

Federal contractors guide to sba contracts
https://www.jdsupra.com/post/fileServer.aspx?fName=d410c73f-ec60-4059-a139-00cb862b310f.pdf
The federal govt targets a percentage of their contracts to small businesses. The contract tri-star won was as a small business. If anyone wants to read thru the document link attached, since it mentions the dept of defense, i think the rules apply. I also glanced thru the document and i think it says a determination is made within 15 days if the winning bid business qualifies as a small business.
Sam
Just a few observations on sp and contract
-is it possible that the chance of the contract being contested is why the sp was so much lower than most peeps thought it should be (in addition to the note conversion)
-the fact that someone a few days ago said the contract was being contested-maybe he really did not know but got lucky in guessing (remember a broken clock is even correct twice a day) In his attempt to bash tmps.
-i dont see how tmps filing the 8k yesterday validates that the note will be extended. What i do think is that with the navy re-evaluating tmps and the decision, johan might be motivated to extend the note or do whatever it takes to take away any doubt about the financial stability of tri-star/tmps.
Should be an intereresting trading day....
Sam
Rob can you clarify the 8k for me?
——————
Seems no one is actually reading the 8-K because it's explicitly saying:
* It's not really $121M any time soon
* We need to dilute heavily to get cash now (hope JG Wentworth not still in BK)
* We need to fix the planes and that's going to take a lot of time and a lot money; we don't know how much so don't ask
* We need another billionaire to pay off our first billionaire who is breathing down our necks
* What financials filings are you talkin' 'bout Willis
* And, finally, sorry if you're still Long after we do all of the above
—————
So i cut and pasted the 8k. Seems like i am having trouble finding what you stated “It is exlicitly saying”
Maybe the reason the sp has not responded is that the 8k has not been released to the major financial outlets?

Not trying to give you investment advice...
“I am underwater and can't sell at the current price levels,”
LT2W...i think most of us are underwater. Sounds to me that you wont sell not cant sell any of your shares at this level. Investing is always about learning from one’s mistakes. I used to say the same thing when i was underwater in a stock and many times i held on too long. At some point, i asked myself—if i sell 10% of my underwater holdings, do i have somewhere better to put it where it might make me money, and if the stock that is underwater takes off, so i make a little less. This strategy has paid off handsomely for me.
So at one time i owned 125,000 shares of tmps—now i am down to 105,000 shares. I sold mostly in the 0.13-0.15 range and invested in a stock that has made me money. Yes my average cost has gone up a bit, but so what?
I have learned valuable lessons from some posters her, and just sharing my experience with you and anyone else who reads this.
Good luck to all.
Sam
“Another fantasyland nonsense debunked”
Stockfan100 i applaud you for your patience and professionalism in responding to certain posters here.
I choose not to respond to claims that have no basis and remember a quote from mark twain....
“Never argue with an idiot—they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience”
To return to said topic on the r/s—if the science is really there, maybe they can find a company to sign some sort of agreement for a percentage of future profits, and advance them some working capital. If there is no revenue in a set period of time or the company goes under, the $$ becomes a secured loan or something like that. Is that fantasyland in the other direction.
I have no clue whats next. Given whats transpired the last few years, anything is possible.

Any concerns about ceo’s past failings?
https://southfloridagaynews.com/Local/the-rise-and-fall-of-the-florida-agenda.html
Thinking of investing but this is a red flag to me. Thoughts?
Sam
Lets think about omega and tmps together
So our ceo resigns or is pushed out for a reason. Could be we did not get the navy contract or terms of the contract dictated some internal changes. Others here have posted what a huge demand there is for air to air refueling and that tmps and omega bid on the contract. If we merged with omega, i would think one of the mcevaddy brothers might be the new ceo of the merged company? Can omega and tmps see the opportunity to work together?
Seems like plenty going on behind the scenes here. Guess its just a waiting game now.
Sam
Scott terrys connections? New role?
So this is purely conjecture, but it seems that some posters here have discussed scotts connections in the field. Is it possible they got a portion of the contract and scotts role has to be more hands and given the size of the contract, the ceo’s role will evolve? A little strange that he “resigned” and is still an advisor in some capacity.
Or they did not get the contract and scott was reassigned.
Sam
500 to 1 reverse split calculations
So if you own 500 shares - after the split you own 1.
The share price times 500 would be the new share price.
So at 0.05, the 500:1 price would become $25.
Remember the filing says up to 500:1, so maybe it would be less.
Hope this helps.
Sam
If a letter from hirsch, why not today?
so with the sp drop in half and the announcement of a possible rs, owcp mgmt has to realize the panic it would cause. If things are not as bad as they seem, why not release a sharehlders letter now? Its sad that management is so insensative to shareholders who had supported owcp for years. Now without any information from the company, we are left with selling at panic prices or waiting and hoping..and we all know how that has not worked out in the past.
Hate to admit it, but iglow was right about a lot of things.
Sam
Why would any new investor buy owcp?
Sad to say, but nothing about the company or management team elicits confidence that things will turn around. I have soured on this stock and probably will lose a ton of money—my average cost is 0.62/share. There are plenty of medical cannabis companies with better financials and leadership. Many on the board laughed at me when i trimmed shares at a loss at 0.16-0.20 to reinvest in stocks that could help me make back some of my losses. Now its just a waiting game and hope that the science actually works and will move the stock.
On a positive note, one big announcement could move this big time, but i am not counting on it.
Good luck to all-this has been a very frustrating ride...

Farm bill treats cbd as hemp. LEGAL!
“I don't really get how the Farm bill affects InMed? “
Any part of the cannabis plant with less than 0.03% thc is considered legal hemp, once the farm bill is signed.
This should open the floodgates with legitimizing cbd products and many large US companies have stated or implied they are not interested in partnering with cannabis companies that work with schedule 1 products.
It remains to be seen if this will extend to bio-identical/boisynthetic production of cannabaloids, but why wouldn’t it.
So—to answer your question—a company that might be inmeds unannounced partner might feel more comfortable announcing or further pursuing the partnership, and/or other companies might now be interested in partnering with Inmed.

Preferred stock conversion per 8k
Unless I am reading this wrong, the lender can accelerate conversion of the preferred stock to common shares if they want to since the charges are considered a “triggering event”. This conversion would cause dilution.
I wonder if this is the reason for the jump in volume on Friday.
Sam
“The aforementioned charges brought against Dr. Baruch are considered a “triggering event” (a “Triggering Event”) under the certificate of designation (the “Certificate of Designation”) governing our Series A Convertible Preferred Stock (the “Series A Preferred Shares”). Subject to certain beneficial ownership limitations of the Series A Preferred Shares, at any time during the period commencing on the date of the occurrence of a Triggering Event and ending on the date of the cure of such Triggering Event, a holder of the Series A Preferred Shares may, at such holder’s option, by delivery of notice to the Company, specify a future date upon which such holder shall require the Company to convert all, or any number of, Series A Preferred Shares into shares of the Company’s common stock at an adjusted conversion ratio as specified in the Certificate of Designation.”
“We are invested in a great company”?
So what’s so great about Owcp? I guess a great company can be a lousy investment. Most of us I think here are underwater, some big time. I appreciate the need to be thorough with the research, but it’s always tomorrow, next quarter. I have gone from thinking that I found a gem in Owcp to just wanting to break even.
I hope, the “cheerleaders” are correct, but I see lots of,other companies in the sector making real progress and Owcp seems to,be “running in place”
Taking a loss and investing the capital in stocks I think will actually go,up, is better than losing everything.
Just being realistic given what has occurred in the past. Why would I think the future is going to be any brighter?
Hope I am wrong—still holding 65000 shares.
Good luck to all
Sam
Feeling that something big is coming-cherry?
In response to your post, my answer is no. The company has done nothing in the past 2 years to give me any confidence. Great science-questionable management imo. Sadly I have trimmed my position by 40% little by little at a loss, so,that I can invest in mmj companies that communicate with their shareholders and set realistic timelines. At this point in time, my expectations are very low and my goal has shifted from making a ton of money to reducing my loss. The mmj landscape is changing quickly and I feel that Owcp is being left behind.

Woudenberg appointment PR just out

“During the next year, Inmed will be making an important transition from a preclinical to a clinical company” (Adams).
And according to a credible poster in the Facebook group, woudenberg last company is not our unannounced partner. He seems to imply that it’s a much larger pharmaceutical company.

When does patience become stupidity?
Hard to keep believing in OWCP with little or no word on what is going on with their research. There are so many opportunities in the cannabis sector, and keeping a large portion of my portfolio in Owcp and waiting, gets harder by the day. Have trimmed my holdings by 25% so,that I can invest in companies that communicate with their shareholders and will help me make back some of what I have lost by selling at this ridiculous price.
Please give us some kind of update, even if it’s not good.
Good luck everyone...

“All but announced the cmo”-really?
I love the enthusiasm and agree there is a reason they can’t announce the 2nd cmo, but what am I missing? Why is it a slam dunk that it’s lilly? And eric’s Exact words at 1:54 of the interview were “we are working with a third company”. So yes it would be great if it is Lilly, so please tell me what I am missing that this is so obvious to some. And no one in the investment community seems to have figured it out based on the stock trading sideways with low volume.
Sam
Adams interview yesterday-partner selected?
https://www.youtube.com/embed/a0BIF4tLkz4
Go to 1:54–Adam’s is speaking about the upstream process-“we are working with a third company”
I think the Lilly rumor was started on the Facebook group by a seemingly well informed member. If the third company is Lilly or any high profile company, I would think the market would react positively.
Good times ahead!

More Inside Selling--Garner and Hossain
https://m.canadianinsider.com/node/7?menu_tickersearch=In
Did garner sell his entire position? Could he be leaving the board and if so why? His choice or pure conjecture--do they need the board seat for a possible partner?
I believe this is Hassan's first sale and about 12% of his total position.
Some peeps,on other boards question why insiders would sell if good news coming--but when the insiders sold in Jan after a big run up, peeps called it a pump and dump--so I am not that concerned about Hossain's but if garner sold out--this may mean there are some changes-news coming.

"All shares sold today, someone had enough"
2,250 shares x .065 = $146.25.
Not very convincing imo.
Hey, it's no fun watching this go down and down, but In pennyland, one big announcement can make up for a year of frustration. I have over 100k shares and at this point, it's like being "all in" .
we all make mistakes with stocks--the people who make $$ learn from their misjudgements and don't repeat the same pattern. I have a hard time taking some profits on the way up--always looking for a home run--and when they announced the transfer of the planes ownership and the price got up to high .20s, I should have taken some off the table.
Feel free to comment, but don't take it personally if I don't reply. We all have our opinions--and let's see how this plays out and which "camp" was More on target with their assessment.
Carry on...
