The award was announced on 4-18..right!?
This was posted by pp on 4-20:in reply to someone here who asked about the small business designation...
“This is where the problem comes in as allegedly TriStar Air LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of TMPS. And TMPS is not a “small business” , this is where it gets sticky as the Award will be protested and ST can be prosecuted for fraud for making such false representations to the Government. Going to be interesting to see what happens here.”
On 4-26 pp posted that the award was being protested. Tmps filed the 8k yesterday 5-2. I think a company has 4 business days to post an 8k after a material event, so the earliest they could have been informed would be the same 4-26. So how did pp know the same day that tmps may have been informed?
Doesnt sound kosher does it?
