TNI,
We are certainly primed to get this train stoked and moving down the tracks!
Should be another interesting day!
Happy Hump Day!

Patience is key.....I'm still holding....8.7MM shares.....
Liking the run we're having so far!
GLTA
~50MM shares traded? Holy Moly!
Yes we are past the 2 year mark. Filed July 26, 2012.
This is the patent related to the method of presenting advertisements in a media stream.
It was updated on January 30, 2014 and one of the interesting points is that it has been given an international classification as well.
We can hope that this thing comes along soon!

Patience is key for those of us holding a ton of the stock. I find it hard to believe that the company is a sham given their desire to file the patent.
My $.0014 worth at this point.
AIMO.

Just like I don't jump on good news, I don't dump on bad news. I like the company, the potential, where they have been, believe in where they are going with the new applications and that potential is what brought me here in the first place. I got in much heavier than I had planned as I averaged down, even purchasing a little more last week. I'm now ~8.5MM shares averaged just below .008.
Staying long because of what I believe the company will do, not what their share price is right now.
GLTA!
Heading out for a few days, so maybe my luck will change in Vegas on Sunday when I arrive. :)
Hey, It's only money and I can't take it with me.
Sitting here trying to imagine what this board is going to look like in 30, 60, 90 days from now. Forget about the PPS, I may burn up my RSS reader app!
Can't wait for the day to call my broker and say 'Stick It!'
Sorry, it's been a LOOOOONGGGG work day today!
Happy Monday, oh wait, it's Tuesday....but my conference call has been going since 8pm last night....I think it's time for a nap.
GLTA!
Trying to decide if I want to move from 8M to 10M shares held.....Hmmmmm.....
To the bitter END or END of the rainbow, whichever happens, it happens!
sort of like my guns...you'll pry these shares out of my cold dead hands!
:)
Happy Tuesday TNI!
If it's any consolation, every single thing I own went down today with the exception of a single blue chip and it was down until just before the bell.
Market looked horrible, Dow, Nasdaq, OTC, etc, at least from my viewpoint all tanked today.
But hey, I'm not ready to sell yet so it's just one of those days!
It's certainly frustrating to know the potential and to see the stock so low. I can only imagine the frustration of the exec's and employee's of STTK. We're all betting on a home run, but there's still many innings left.
I certainly won't be selling at a loss just because of the movement downward. I want to see what the future brings with the product announcements and patent. Still hope every day to see that status change on the US Patent office website every day.
GLTA! Don't panic, pump the brakes!
WOW...that purchase got filled a little faster than I thought it would....just rounded up with another ~350k to put me at even 8M shares....
Just couldn't sit on the low prices any longer.
Happy Thursday all!

Too bad we couldn't have gotten a mention in this article. I did send the author a note just to mention Radioloyalty and to watch them as an up and coming player in the market.
Hey, couldn't hurt right?
Happy Hump Day to you all!
BI
TNI, and just for the record, this is pretty much what was stated in the 'Going Concern' section from last Q as well. Just different #'s.
I'd like to think that this is simply MH being honest about the future of the company, as would any startup. If they can't get financing, revenues don't increase or just whither away, then yes, they would have to shutter....
But I simply don't see that happening. If they wanted to just bleed the company, then why put the efforts into the partnerships, new products, etc.
AIMO.
BI
TNI, I think that the ongoing concern is there for any startup company. While I could say it doesn't bother me, it does only slightly because I look at this as a startup. Any startup will continue to have 'ongoing concerns'.
It's all just part of being a startup.
As for the debt, I don't see it as an issue. While it would be great to have no debt, seeing the large picture around the products, including the patent, makes me comfortable that STTK is headed in the right direction.
Having been involved, as CTO, in a startup before that was $25M in debt after the first 12 months and knowing what it takes to do product development before income starts coming in, I think that the debt is actually very reasonable.
I look at as positive that their debt is actually this low, knowing that they are trying to upgrade the plane while it's in flight.
If they were $15M in debt I wouldn't have ever invested, that's why I checked them out as thoroughly as I did in the beginning.
Personally, liquidating the company now would be an issue, however, once they have the patent approved, they should be able to sell that for $15-25M easily. Tack on the additional products set to release soon and it easily becomes an acquisition target for some of the other streaming companies that really want the user base, the advertising patent, the radio stations and all the rest of the technology and the sky's the limit.
Just my opinion, but where my head is at after reading the 10Q.
Take care,
BI
TNI, it may be you, me and a couple others that have this plan so we'll just commiserate together and when we meet up in Vegas sometime next year after it hits, first few rounds are on me.
I personally was very happy with the 10Q today. The next several weeks, couple of months will be very interesting as new products hit the market. After reading the 10Q in detail, I truly believe that the company is being positioned for an acquisition. Patent, new products, growing user base, Musician user base, radio station growth, streaming channels of custom music and it just goes on and on.
Discovery of STTK is coming. I personally believe that.....and when it does......well there will be a lot of very happy people, us included.
Have a great week!
BI
While looking at the stock price daily could cause one an ulcer and frustration. I wouldn't recommend it for STTK. If you are in it for the long haul, as several of us are, then you know what you own. It's easy to lash out and be frustrated.
If I wanted to flip and make some ready cash for beer money, there's better stocks to do that. I'm looking to flip for early retirement sometime in mid 2015. Holding 7.6M shares can do that if we reach any reasonable acquisition price after the product releases and the patent approval.
It's too easy to bash. Too easy to look beyond the immediate and difficult to look to the future.
I for one am holding for the long term and if cash free's up, I'll still add some more. Who knows, maybe I can round this thing up to 10M before the end of the year.
Don't bother bashing my views, because they are my own, nobody else's. It's all just my opinion and my view of what I own with STTK.
GLTA and Happy Tuesday!
1234, keep that cool weather around for another month....be there Aug 10-12 for a couple nights of R&R at the craps table....
I choose to hold until adequate valuation has arrived. I'm very confident that the patent alone is worth $25-35M. The fact that it was Published in Jan, makes it appear to be ready for full approval. I still look every single morning to see if the status has changed.
The entire product portfolio could be worth another $100M easily. The last half of this year will bear bountiful fruit for those of us that are long.
I personally don't see OperaWorks interested in purchasing. A licensing deal could bring in some income that would wipe out the debt and put STTK in good standing with potential financiers for short term operating capital instead of toxic financing.
I believe in the management team, what they are doing, how they are doing it and I'll be riding off into the sunset sometime in 2015.
GLTA!
I'm with you TNI, I'm betting on .50-1.00....but hey, I'm a gambler, we'll see what the future brings!
Happy Hump Day!
Probably someone dreaming.....
Calm before the storm!
Or at least that's what it seems like. Everyone watching and waiting to see the news....and waiting for the rainbow that leads us all to the pot of gold.
Happy Tuesday STTK'ers!
Nice to stay green again today despite the low volume.
Hey 1234, can you get those temps down a little....I'm headed there for a couple nights in early August to burn some vacation....although I am sorta used to the temps since I'm in DFW.
Happy 4th!
Nice positive day today! Glad to see the news is getting out and people are paying attention....
Happy 4th to you all! (Yes everyone...).

Agreed WT519, that dilution let me grab a few Million more shares and average down so that my shares are now averaged down to just under .0086.
More news will definitely be fantastic to the SP and a potential buyout by OW would just be the cherry on top.
Now....GO USA! Beat Belgium!
GLTA!
Yep, just a little over 7.6M shares all purchased between 3/31 and 6/28.
Now I'm truly going to just sit back and watch.
GLTA!
LYN, me thinks you need to add a few more $ to that last post! :)
Definitely headed in the right direction. Now to sit back and watch the fun!
I knew there was a reason I felt like this was the right play back in late March when I made my first purchase of a mere 225k shares, only to build it up to 7.6M.
I see beach property in Costa Rica in my future! (Hey, I'm a realist, but it's ok to dream!)

It seems to me that people watching are waiting for news.
Read through the posts here a bit earlier......don't imagine we'll see any real movement until there is news...(IMO)
I'm sitting tight on ~7.6M shares now.....go big or go home for me.
GLTA!
Time now to go put out the Flag and get ready for the 4th celebration!
AT least one of those was not a short sale...I know since it was mine.
:)
Thanks,,,,I know I just said earlier this morning that I wasn't putting anything else in....but as I said, I wasn't expecting this sale this morning, so I managed to average down another .001 against what I had previously....
I certainly hope these cheap shares aren't around for much longer either.
BI needs a vacation!
GLTA and have a terrific Thursday!
Yeah, I found some spare cash when an ETF I had sold this morning just after the opening bell. Picking up another 1.7m or so......
I have already averaged down to just below $0.009, but based on my total investment at this point, I'm unwilling to put any more cash into this stock, no matter how much I like it.
If I didn't have my limit already invested, then certainly I would continue to average down. In fact I did that at $0.0039 a couple weeks ago with a little over 1M shares added there.
If you believe in a stock, certainly averaging down is always wise when the opportunity presents itself, but you also need to know what your limit is to losing it all. IMHO, that's just smart investing.
I'm with you on this one. I didn't buy ~6m shares to play for a few $. I'm playing for several $100k at the least.
