Yes we are past the 2 year mark. Filed July 26, 2012.
This is the patent related to the method of presenting advertisements in a media stream.
It was updated on January 30, 2014 and one of the interesting points is that it has been given an international classification as well.
We can hope that this thing comes along soon!
