Whats up with the additional 600,000,000 shares outstanding?
Any discussion of the Central America PO he discussed on the CC.
@VegaBiofuels: Feel free to send questions for the shareholder con call to info@vegabiofuels.com. We'll do our best to answer them all.
One of the requirements to move up to QB is to maintain a pps over .01 for at least 30 days.
This is huge news regarding our JV partner!

A lot of people loading up in the 20s
Amen bro
How do you figure we would have a 60 billion dollar market cap in two years. I will settle for 60 cent pps in two years.
Someone buying on the ask and yet they lower their ask? Must be nice to want to lose $.
Jist if the emails?
Yup. We need to get to and stay at .01 so we can get off these pinks.
Someone has been c#%k blocking us at .0038 to .0040 for weeks now
I'm agreeing with you. Some days a 10k ask has been on the L2 while buys were being made and it would stay there. Always seems to be nite or etrf.
How is the L2 being manipulated
Yes but why would the not change
A million shares were bought and the share volume on the ask stayed at 750000 and 300000
We need to stay over .01 for a month or so before we can get off the pinks correct? As well as be current with our filings. I think it will be hard to do that prior to any earnings being announced after Q3.

@VegaBiofuels: Was great meeting everyone at Weedstock. #biochar business expanding. Hired national sales director. Details coming.
From Vega Twitter
@VegaBiofuels: Weedstock Conference went great. Presentation was well received. Lots of great contacts/leads to follow up. #wolfofweedstreet streamed live
Building a smaller version = less yield at a cost of 5 mil. And 6-8 months to deliver a unit.
Concerned Long - was doing some math around their 50,000 ton a year contract with ECEM. Agri Tech is building them a smaller version of their Torre-Tech 5.0 machine (http://www.agri-techproducers.com/default.html) "Joseph J. James, President of Agri-Tech Producers, LLC(ATP), is pleased to announce that ATP is helping one of its operating affiliates in opening a pilot torrefaction plant in Allendale, South Carolina, in early 2015. ATP, with the help of its equipment manufacturing partner, the Kusters Zima Corporation, is in the process of manufacturing a smaller version of its standard machine, for the pilot plant."
There 5.0 machine produces 5 ton per hour (http://www.agri-techproducers.com/upload/New%20Torre-Tech%205.0%20Spec%20Sheet%20Corrected.pdf).
Running 24 hours a day for 365 days a year (which it will not do) it would generate 43,800 ton in one year.
This would not allow them to meet this contract or allow for any additional contract to be filled.
What am I missing here.
VGPR long (for now)
Gimme a V
I don't think there is much financial upside to a buyout. Too many OS.
Mine works fine on phone app
Does anyone know what other companies in the US manufacture biochar? What differentiates VGPR? Who are their competitors?
There is no such tweet
My 1.5 M shares are locked.
How close to a dollar do you think this company can get with close to 1B outstanding shares
New to this stock and board. Can some one clarify the Bio/Regen stocks. Is it better to buy into Bio now or wait for Regen?
Good points. It may be cheaper for companies to purchase the cell encapsulation from nuvilex vs recreating and going through their own phases for approval.
What do we need to know about this?
The patents referenced in Dr Rabes presentation were filed between 1997 and 1999.
Valid questions. I also posted a question yesterday to see if any of the DD Kings had any info around their business model post approval. No response. It concerns me a little that they have a physician as their COO. Hopefully they will be working on an appropriate organizational structure to manage the post approval company. I am long and also think this could be a double digit company in the long run. 20 30 who knows. Should Google really have a 400 B market cap? Or Celgene a 59 B. Only time will tell.
Stay long!
Curious if anyone has any insights into their business model once they are FDA approved with their first marketable treatment.
On that we can agree!
A short 2b is a year when you are trying to support results of a 44 week median survival time and doubling the one year survival rate.
I am long with 610k shares and adding every week.
So? I am unclear if they are going to do a Phase 2b or go right into Phase 3. If 2b than that will add another year +. As I see it for Phase 3, 6 months to a year to get set up, a year + to run the trial, and 6 months to a year to formalize the data and submit to the FDA, and another 6 months for approval if all goes well.
3 years
That would be a 120 Trillion Market Cap. I don't think so.
Just the first time I saw a reference to a 2b trial. Pushes time to market out another year.
Of course I want them to do it right.
