DAIO Seems like they could have years of growth with the markets they're in. Really good balance sheet to scale up the business. The next 2 quarters are seasonally strong.
ZYXI The notes on the 1st quarter are bullish. They raised $1 million which is enough to fill their backlog of orders. They plan on hiring more sales staff. They continue to pay off their credit line and only owe $2 million now.
Brokerage Firms, OTC Markets, and Dark Companies. A few brokers accept OTC transfers. http://www.nonamestocks.com/2016/10/brokerage-firms-otc-markets-and-dark.html Too bad the main one that accepts charges $20 a trade but if you need a quick transfer of a big position it's the best option.
GLXZ Completely agree this should be a really big quarter. They're doing a lot of hiring. Operating leverage is great on this stock. Over 90% margins. Over 90% recurring revenue. This is a great business. Once this quarter is reported the PE will be much lower(probably single digits) and will pop up on screeners.
SMID Really set up to have a great year. Increasing private sector infrastructure spend plus significant increases in government infrastructure spending before you even factor in any additional increases proposed by Trump. Still a fairly low PE and a good balance sheet.
PTE.V PTEFF Thanks for sharing the interview. I'm actually up 260% so definitely a good investment but not a 10 bagger. The people that got in the last private placement are up over 10x. That definitely was a good quarter as you already mentioned. The new $6 million placement shows that they are funding major orders. I agree it's just getting started. They are the market leader in a $5 billion market that's just starting to get attention from commercial buyers.
PTE.V PTEFF I've been invested for a while. Huge market and they're the main company. There is a government regulation starting in 2018 to require their products in government run multi family housing projects that should boost growth even more.
ZYXI Sounds good to me. Shouldn't be trading at a annualized PE of 4. Each quarter should get slightly better since their revenue is mostly recurring and there is so much demand for their devices they can't fill all the orders. Plus they should be able to pay off mid 6 figures in liabilities each quarter while still investing some back in the business.
SMID Nice to see the rapid expansion mentioned. My guess why they maintained a small dividend is so management with significant stock can make a few extra grand so they don't sell any stock into the market. That or they just want to keep up a history of paying a dividend.

Interesting career. You became a analyst after posting on message boards. Did that help you land a job or did you go a more traditional route through top schools?
AMS Thanks for sharing and I agree it looks undervalued. Adding it to my watchlist. http://seekingalpha.com/article/4022769-american-shared-hospital-services-ams-ceo-ernest-bates-q3-2016-results-earnings-call?part=single Bullish conference call.
SMID I've seen several infrastructure funding 2017 articles for state and local governments here lately. Should be a monster year. Federal government infrastructure spending is going up plus state and local plus hurricane rebuilding work in the Carolinas plus the private sector is the best it's been in years. Potential uplist also.
EUO.V EUCTF That's the net cash stock I'm in. And one on the watchlist is USNU. TNXP Nice news on a positive Phase 3 trial.
Nice reviews on the Rocky game. https://itunes.apple.com/us/developer/tapinator-inc./id605667245 Rated a average of 4 stars plus there's over 550 reviews which is about the same as some of their other games which have been out months or even years. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/rocky/id1042770650?mt=8 Plus looks like they got up to #50 in the new section of the app store.
Maybe that's the sports game section. It's still listed there now.Looks like #SuperMarioRun & #RockyMobileGame broke the @AppStore this morning! $TAPM pic.twitter.com/T6Vt3sTe6B

How I Made 100x My Money
In Just 5 Hours Very cool story by Evan Bleker at NetNetHunter
Hi There,
Want to know how to make 100x your money in just 5 hours? I already knew that trick at the age of 13. Let me explain...
When I was 13 years old my mom used to drive my brother, sister, and me to school and back in a big beaten up station wagon. She was a stay at home mom and taking care of us was her only job.
One day my brother and sister and I were being exceptionally annoying so my mom lost her cool. She looked at us with a red hot face and told us that she was "going on strike" — she would no longer drive us home from school, clean the house, or make meals. We lived in the suburbs of Vancouver, Canada, and if there is one thing you should know about Canada you should know that if you don’t have access to a car then it is VERY hard to get anywhere.
The second thing you should know about Canada is that, outside of the major cities, the transit service is terrible. As a result, we had to wait 30 minutes after school to catch the bus to go home. Half of the time the busses don't come on time and, if there is any weather abnormality, they don't come at all. Transit routes are also terrible. Instead of taking us straight home, the bus drove us to the mall where I had to wait 1 hours and 45 minutes before the next bus would come. My mom had given us the logistical equivalent of the death sentence.
One day I was walking aimlessly through the mall when I decided to take a look in the local K-Mart discount retailer. Being a 13 year old kid I naturally made my way to the video game section. As I got closer I began to notice neon cardboard signs, and then some big black number on those signs in bold print.
80% OFF VIDEO GAMES
Trembling with excitement, I went up to the clerk and asked her if there was some mistake.
“No,” she said. “The signs should have been changed already." My heart sank. I couldn't believe that I had been hanging around the mall all week and missed it!
"The video games are actually 95% off.” I nearly wet myself. Peering through the glass, I could see all my favourite titles… Batman, Mario Kart, Metroid, NHL 95…
I pulled out my bank card and started loading up on game titles. “No,” I said, “Not one NHL 95. I want ALL SIX of them. Yes, give me those seven copies of Zelda, as well.”
In the back of my mind I had already hatched a plan. I would load up on titles and then take them across the street to Willow Video, where I knew they had a robust buy and sell business going on. I would pocket the profit, then go back to K-Mart to buy more.
5 hours later, my jeans were stuffed with nearly $1,000 in cash, I had picked up a few of the best games, and was wearing a new coat. I'd made an astounding 100x my initial investment... in just 5 hours.
My parents were worried sick when I finally got home. I was 6 hours late for dinner. As soon as my mom saw me there in that new jacket, carrying a bag full of video games, she knew she had failed. She hadn’t taught me the lesson she wanted, but she did teach me something very important. While I hadn't even heard the term yet, it was that day that I knew I was a value investor.
I'm Doing The Same Thing Today
I don't hang around the mall much these days — I don't have to. But, I'm every bit the opportunist that I was when I was 13. Rather than picking up video games for dirt cheap, I've turned to bigger fish — deep value stocks... net nets.
It's crazy what the market will offer up for next to nothing. While my video game find was a great score, in many ways net nets are better. For one, you can put a lot more money to work buying and selling dirt cheap stocks than you can buying and selling video games.
When I sign onto Net Net Hunter and look through our Shortlist, I feel like I'm walking down the sidewalk picking up $10 bills every few steps. It's found money. It's the California gold rush before the word got out.
But as cheap as those video games were — ...95% off anything of value is a major buying opportunity — nobody ever paid me to buy video games. Not like you can actually get paid to buy net net stocks.
I bet you never looked at this side of net net stock investing before. Sometimes I'll come across a net net stock that's so cheap it's not just trading at a discount to liquidation value — it's actually trading at a discount to net cash.
Net cash is the amount of cash the firm has left over after all debts, expenses, and prior obligations are paid for. In 99% of cases when dealing with ordinary value stocks, nothing is actually left over for shareholders. But every so often with net nets you find a stock that's priced below net cash per share. In effect, when you buy it, you receive more cash from the company than it costs to buy the shares in the first place. You are in effect getting paid to buy shares.
MCUJF MPH.V I'm long too. I really like the diversification of this deal. If they can keep growing close to the same rate it's very undervalued.
ZYXI https://t.co/8nNM9MKu1b Seeking Alpha article. Plus another article. http://runstocks.com/2016/11/20/new-stock-pick-zynex-inc-otcqbzyxi/
ZYXI Hopefully it's mostly debt and not equity. I'm not sure why they'd be doing it unless they're starting to have problems with their lender or their suppliers. Maybe it's just a backup plan.
ZYXI I bought some. Forward PE around 4 or less. Good insider positions. Good recurring revenue. Revenue growth close to 40%. Bad balance sheet though. Catalysts would be continued strong earnings and revenue growth, a debt refinancing, or their blood testing device being approved.
GLXZ What I like is it has over 95% margins and over 95% recurring revenue. Just a 15% increase in revenue increased EBITDA by over 50%. And with the debt refinanced they'll be able to grow revenue much faster.
GLXZ .02 EPS for a .59 stock http://seekingalpha.com/news/3224486-galaxy-gaming-reports-q3-results 68% EBITDA growth. Over 95% recurring revenue. Over 95% gross margins. They just restructured some debt so they should be able to grow even faster going forward.
SMID I was holding long from the low 3s thinking it was worth $7. Now with this monster quarter plus hurricane rebuilding work in the 4th quarter plus increased government infrastructure spending next year I think it's worth $10. I think it can do .70 EPS next year and deserves a PE around 15. There's a good chance they'll uplist too.
Yahoo wasn't loading on mobile for a few days for me but it was working on the laptop. It's now working on mobile. Hopefully yours is fixed too.
ZYXI It had a dispute with a insurance company over a 800K payment plus it was in default on some debt although it paid off a good bit this quarter. Good recurring revenue. Looks really cheap at around a forward PE of 5 or less if they can keep up decent growth. I'm not in yet but I'm considering buying some.
GLXZ They got that debt from making a acquisition in 2011 or 2012. They were still able to grow decently when the debt was taking up 90% of earnings. Now with it taking up less than 50% of earnings it should be able to grow faster.
Agreed. Bigger quarter than I was expecting. After this we have hurricane rebuilding work plus the FAST act plus more potential infrastructure spending due to Trump. He was promising a trillion in spending when he was campaigning.
SMID http://seekingalpha.com/news/3224509-smith-midland-reports-q3-results SMID Revenue up 19%. EPS up from .24 to .34 PE of 10 Good balance sheet.
GLXZ Over 95% gross margins. Over 95% recurring revenue. 68% EBITDA growth. PE of 13. They just now have the cash to ramp up reinvestment. http://seekingalpha.com/pr/16667582-galaxy-gaming-reports-qminus-3-financial-results

SMID They put in precast concrete in South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. They should get a boost to their 4th and 1st quarters from rebuilding work. Not really a direct road rebuilding play though. My guess is after this people will start building sheds out of concrete or brick instead of wood or tin.
