SMID I've seen several infrastructure funding 2017 articles for state and local governments here lately. Should be a monster year. Federal government infrastructure spending is going up plus state and local plus hurricane rebuilding work in the Carolinas plus the private sector is the best it's been in years. Potential uplist also.
