I question that, because if finalization of the transactions was held in abeyance by mutual consent, I suspect it would technically skirt the reporting mandate since it actually had not yet occurred. Top echelon executives often rely on word of mouth for personal and corporate integrity. Many things can happen without a need for official reporting. I may be right, you may be right, but I'll wait and see without forming a definite opinion. I just like the company, the staff and the stock, and maybe that tends to blunt my skepticism.
We don't know that they haven't, only that they're likely to be subject to NDAs so nothing has been disclosed yet. I don't savor being blindfolded any more than you, but I can deal with it for now.
Hey, there, one wall at a time, huh! Let's build the most urgent one first and let our grandkids built the next (LOL)! Besides, we can get along with the Canucks & Quebeqois for a good long time yet. I'm sure they view us as just as pesky. A few whacks of spirits and you'll have Allouette in 2-part harmony.
A wall can work to solve the problem of our southern border fence.

If you don't mind my saying so, I'm kinda liking your opinion!
Oh, for crying out loud! Don't you YET understand you're looking at an illusion? Please don't evaluate the company based on the rise or fall of the SP by a few hundredths of a cent! The daily share price is what MMs are deciding it should be, and NOT what it would otherwise be if they weren't interfering! They blunt the price movement, and usually it's to the negative (to keep it DOWN).
Awwww, I sure hope you're right. This is exasperating! I haven't been green since I laid my money down! (LOL)
Because the MMs are sitting on it, Silly! They call it "stabilizing the market." It'll move when they ALLOW it to move, generally not before. They spend most of their time and effort keeping it lower than it should be.
I'd think so too, as it certainly should. At the same time, I doubt it, if the MMs have any say in the matter.
Congratulations, my friend! Many happy returns of the day to you! (but I think you should know we're all getting a piece of her. )
In the interests of national security, they can send Sergei Brin and GOOGLE back to the Kremlin too. Despite widespread use, they have more enemies all throughout Europe than friends, not, I suppose, without reason IMHO. Damage done. We don't need any more. #BVTK
Make no mistake, SO IS GOOGLE! Nothing to be lost by scrubbing your machines and avoiding it like the plague. Oh, and watch out for that eyeball when inputting passwords! #BVTK
Why don't you ask the MMs, the ones with all that OLD money, the "hit men" of the market who are hired to create illusions that fool the shortsighted?
I don't have many shares so I'd like to see it hit NASDAQ before considering a sale. I think it'll move fast once in the dollar range.
Oh, MY! That's pretty fast, isn't it?
No, not the market. The "Artificial Market," AKA MMs.
Then connecting with Bravatek is a fast-track way of addressing the deficiency without having to work out a patch in-house.
(LOL) I'll take your word for it before things start melting again!
I'm sorry, it's not you, it's me. Reading "NY philharmonic" and "brown note" left me baffled as I couldn't pick up on your meaning, but I'm a dud with innuendo anyway. I'll piece it together in time :).
Could you phrase that a little more agriculturally?
Well, I thought about it...and thought about it...and thought about it...and my mind melted like hot wax. I'm running failsafe mode now, will wait to see what happens when it comes to pass.
I like your thinking! Actually, was thinking along those lines as well but didn't feel brave enough to say so.
I for one and glad to learn of successful deals, small OR large, and understand the character of his notification to us shareholders. If your personal expectations were "undershot" over this achievement, I'd be inclined to feel they might endure being adjusted, but that's just me and I don't control what anyone expects.
Doesn't that just lend credence to the idea that this debacle is the handiwork of the MMs? Price is being PUSHED down. Nothing wrong with Bravatek. It's all a charade to dupe holders into dumping.
I doubt it's Tom or the company's fault, nor the market nor our associated business entities. I believe it's the MMs whiplashing us for their profit, to the loss (detriment) of shareholders. Don't forget, they have REAL L3 and we do not. We're just being suckered, and they base their next moves on how many shares are sold when they tumble the SP.
Who said the Financials were going to be garbage? Was it Tom?
I'll be realistic AFTER it hits the fan, not before, thank you. If Tom makes us as wealthy as we hope, I might just sit in the warmth and savor it! Just for spite!
As has been intimated several times before, Tom's strategies and tactics regarding the negotiations he is involved with ought not to necessarily be disclosed to the general public prematurely. I'm sure the timing of information release is subject to that discretion as well.
My recognition and faith in his business credentials makes me willing to assume he has reasons for releasing or withholding information at any given time, especially if to do so can meaningfully impact the company, the share price, or benefit to shareholders. I don't feel that placating persistent demands by impatient investors who are not privy to his undisclosed reasons ranks high on his priority list at this crucial time. If so, I support that.
He is CEO for a reason. I'm holding because I trust him. We will hear all we need to hear at the most advantageous time. JMHO.

Personally, I'm reluctant to question the mechanisms involved in share price appreciation because they are far too complicated and convoluted for me to understand. Frankly, I have no business background. But if Tom succeeds in getting this to NASDAQ we're probably looking at a much higher price than $1.00 per share. Most posters have mentioned $4.00. I guess we shall see.
ROFLOL! Oh, pick me up off the floor! No, don't bother, I'm used to it down here by now (LMAO!)
No matter WHEN I sell out, it immediately goes higher for three months! Whut should I dew!?
No matter WHEN I buy in, it immediately goes cheaper for three months!
Peoples' perceptions can be tricky at times, and the one who's inadvertently fooled first and most often is the person(s) themselves, because in their research and analyses - or DD - they're filtering through myriad contingencies (unverifiable possibilities?). I respect everyone's take on issues posted here, but always with prudent reservation.
"Generally a single line in a filing can reveal a lot...if folks are willing to look for it." "Can" and "does" aren't always the same, and what is "it?" Seems like looking for an expectation?
"I look for it." But do you find it...or do you find what you wish to find?
I just want us all to make bank here. #BVTK GLTY
Um, you didn't REALLY think you'd see anything like a spike without the MMs breaking its legs, did you?
You have your investing style and, I'm sure, a plan(s) for pursuing it to advance your bottom line. I respect that, as I do with most people with whom I disagree because I feel their methods aren't for me.
Whatever works for you is your best course of action. Your knowledge of the market and, more importantly, your experience, will combine and lead you to one decision as opposed to another. It's a learning curve that starts and never ends. Your 'market' may be my 'market' (we're in the same stock here, after all) but my experience(s) with past investments have taught me differently than others - at least my view of them and how I react to them - and I follow my own lead when it comes to such matters. Unsought feedback regarding when (or why) to buy or sell, how to view a certain company, or CEO, or BOD, is just static; I neither give it or accept it. But since it's posted, we can't ignore it.
It's largely a matter of how do people think, what are their points of view, and how would they meet contingencies of market forces as they arise in response to catalysts and SP fluctuations. We just don't think alike (most investors don't), so my way of doing things is different than yours. I didn't say better or worse, just different. And....
I made NO MENTION of a reverse split (did I)?
Let's just see how this plays out, shall we? It may sound puzzling, but I believe we can BOTH make money here, neither of us at the expense of the other. Best of luck to you with ALL your investments!
Just echoing T.C.'s planned agenda according to his numerous statements. A good thing for investors, no? Sorry if I offended. No one really knows how fast this can rise when all the irons currently in the fire turn red - then white hot. I'm just not ruling it out, why would you? I made no timeline. GLTY, sir.

It never lasts long, it just never stops long enough for the SP to get on its feet!
How will it ever get near Nasdaq if the MMs won't take their stinking foot off it's throat? This is absurd! They blew all the steam out of this morning's news.
She sure can!
Ah, yes! Wednesday 8/9. So you caught that little detail too? I don't think it's a coincidence. There's a reason for everything in the business world. #BVTK
