As has been intimated several times before, Tom's strategies and tactics regarding the negotiations he is involved with ought not to necessarily be disclosed to the general public prematurely. I'm sure the timing of information release is subject to that discretion as well.

My recognition and faith in his business credentials makes me willing to assume he has reasons for releasing or withholding information at any given time, especially if to do so can meaningfully impact the company, the share price, or benefit to shareholders. I don't feel that placating persistent demands by impatient investors who are not privy to his undisclosed reasons ranks high on his priority list at this crucial time. If so, I support that.

He is CEO for a reason. I'm holding because I trust him. We will hear all we need to hear at the most advantageous time. JMHO.
