I question that, because if finalization of the transactions was held in abeyance by mutual consent, I suspect it would technically skirt the reporting mandate since it actually had not yet occurred. Top echelon executives often rely on word of mouth for personal and corporate integrity. Many things can happen without a need for official reporting. I may be right, you may be right, but I'll wait and see without forming a definite opinion. I just like the company, the staff and the stock, and maybe that tends to blunt my skepticism.
