The D is gone. Let’s see what, if anything, happens.
Why do you want them?
Anyone know when the D is getting dropped?
Who knows what the price is? Need to wait until the D is removed...
That is correct
KPMG as auditor is no longer on the OTCM so you are right that it should be removed unless they give an update.
Actually I think that unlikely considering the float size. Hard to imagine it dropping that much. Could be wrong.
You could be right...I do hope not.
Well tomorrow / this week we find out what the future holds here.
Either they announce what is going on here or...we know the other option.
Most times value drops after RS but, when NVOB did it, the value did hold for a while. Are the Guerrero’s different or the same as NVOB people?
I would like to hope that the stock will have more than just to Monday to get things announced.
And I do find it weird to say the least that they did a reverse split one the float is so low.
I was expecting that they would flood the market with shares thereby diluting the value of the stock and then pocketing money so I’m curious why they did it this way
But you liked him before… What happened beyond the obvious shocking stock split to make you so angry and sure that he’s full of crap?
I know nothing. That is why I am asking. What photos? Would you share links?
Nothing.
What photos on Facebook???
What do you know about him and/or his family?
Well, depends on what they do:
1) nothing until they do a split and add shares, make money and we all go to poor house?
2) uplist thereby creating more value?
3) get audited fins and make some money?
Well that sucks
?? What is the daily list??
Why is anyone buying this stock?
Why is anyone buying?
Millions lost here
They did publish year end financials on OTC Markets.
News on company website
Not greys...just dead
Not guru....just reality
Whatever the case may be, no one is going to be doing anything with this stock for a long time, if ever again.
It is dead. Likely to be dormant permanently. Anyone who buys shares now is pretty much an idiot.
Flippers won...dreamers lost
How many millions of dollars were lost here??
Why are people buying shares???
You’re joking right? There are a lot of bag holders! There are a lot of people with hundreds of millions of shares at .006 and above who are stuck.
I will add a little flavor to this based on what I have learned and that is that the real owners of the company offered to be bought out by Harry but that never came to fruition so they are in the process of reclaiming the company. I do not know timeline but it is in the process.
There is apparently one shareholder who holds more than 50% of the common shares and he/she was not on board with Harry....
While I appreciate your point, I will say that until they are ready to announce financial… Something with material value… I don’t have an issue with them giving operational updates via the website.
Global PoleTrusion Group Corp. Announces Potential Project with the Regional Management of Mines and Energy in Arequipa, Peru
North Randall, Ohio, April 4, 2018 – Global PoleTrusion Group Corp. (GPGC) has entered into an agreement with the Regional Management of Mines and Energy (GREM, acronym in Spanish) of the Arequipa Regional Government in Peru to assess the energy requirements of newly formed communities built around the mining industry. In the first phase of this project, one of these mining communities has been selected for GPGC to conduct an engineering study for the installation and operation of a 2 Megawatt (MW) solar plant.
Due to their remote locations, the regional mining communities (with population sizes ranging between 500 and 5,000 people) do not have easy access to electricity or the infrastructure required to grow. After visiting three high priority mines, GPGC met with Miguel Sacapuca, Regional Manager at GREM. They have selected the San Cristobal mine as the first site to begin the project. This location has a population of approximately 1,000 inhabitants composed of miners and their families. They currently rely on diesel generators to provide only 3 to 5 hours of electricity per day. Delivering a reliable source of energy distribution for the community will help run their school, water treatment, sanitation and health services.
GREM is in the process of allocating funds for the 2MW solar plant. GREM and GPGC are also working together to obtain an environmental impact study. The engineering plans and cost study are expected to be completed by GPGC at the end of June 2018, at which time more information will be release about this project.
Going to the greys??
Ok...I see no reason to overpay. It will hit .0001.
