Float has not changed according to Fundamentals tab on Etrade.
Just sold shares I've been holding for years. Stock will probably skyrocket now. Good luck to all still holding.
Webpage is gone, just like the money I put in here. Live and learn.
Does anyone know why the sister company has completely disappeared from my etrade account?
I've been following this company since inception. Bought when it was $.60 cents per share and float was 74 million. I have continued to buy shares and have averaged down to almost nothing. I've done this because they have followed a pretty typical course for a development company in my opinion and the upside seems huge. I don't believe it's a scam or I wouldn't be in it. I think the payoff will come in about 4 more years after - 1. Growth in revenue and earnings. 2. Current filings and audited financials. 3. Reverse split ( I'm guessing 10 to 1). 4. Up listing to a different exchange. 5. Institutional investors. None of this will happen overnight, but again I believe the long term potential is huge. I don't usually post, but had a little downtime so I decided to share my opinions. Good luck to everyone -
I've been holding for a couple of years. Still holding, but a little more optimistic with revival and communication from Atwell. Good luck and Merry Christmas!
I stay dazed by all of the back and forth here so I'm just waiting to see what happens. I remember in the past, though, that the folks now touting emails from someone who owns Compania Minera used to say that Compania Minera was out of business. I can't keep up with all the changes in direction. I hope this is a real company with real profits and that folks who've bought this stock will see a profit also. Best of luck to all.
Thanks cjstocksup. Best of luck to us all on this one.
I just read the latest 10-Q. This does not sound like a scam, but a startup company that may or may not make it. They've used stock for raising capital and paying for services. That has caused some dilution, but the lions share seems to be held by vendors who must believe it will someday have value. I'm not trading this stock. I've bought a large block cheap and will hold it to see if the company succeeds. Since the CEO has invested personal funds, I'm betting on him. Just my opinion.
I saw the link to the Nevada SOS and number of shares available. Also saw agreement with Singapore marketer to exchange services for shares. Isn't it reasonable to think that a cash poor startup would do this? Isn't it also reasonable to think that a vendor would believe the shares would have future value before they would accept them? I know this company has little value right now, but it seems to me to have outstanding potential. My wife taught me to bet on potential. I was broke when we met and after 20 years we are very comfortable. She always talks me that she saw my potential. LOL. I hope I don't have to wait 20 years to see this company's potential.
I'm with long term believers. I think press releases are real and have been adding for months. Could sell now and make a profit, but plan to hold. I've already been laughed at, but my sell point is not before $3.40 - even if it takes several years.
Everyone can laugh but my price point to sell any of my shares is $3.40. I have purchased a lot at these low prices and recognize that it might be 4-5 years before its in that range, but this has the potential to be huge and I don't want to be like the folks who could have bought Walmart, Apple, etc. before they were worth anything. In my opinion this has "fortune" potential. Good luck everyone.
I've been following this conversation for months and I remain confused. I understand that press releases always have a disclaimer about forward looking statements, but I don't understand how the claims of mines, contracts, revenues and profits can be patently false and not somehow catch the attention of some regulatory agency. Surely there aren't laws that allow people to make such false claims with impunity? I've believed the press releases because I've assumed that there is some mechanism in the market to prevent obvious fraud, even in penny stocks. I confess I don't know which side to believe so I'm hanging on to what I already own.
I've held this stock for years. I'm grateful I was able to sell my 1250 shares ( down from 10,000,000 ) today. I lost $ 950.00 after holding this for years. My opinion is that the reverse split will just make room for more dilution. For the sake of those buying and holding I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think this company will ever be legitimate.
Quietly holding large number in at .002 - much higher expected. Also heavy in associated company. Gold mining companies seasonally run up 71% of the time during July through September. With gold prices rising this year these companies look like great moneymakers for those of us holding. Surprised sister company not getting more attention. Just my very humble thoughts.
I agree this is a good stock. Had large position at .002, then I admit I took some profit at .015 when I sensed a downturn and have begun loading up again at these prices.
I appreciate silky, Computerbux, Chrion and others. You folks are teaching me and I'm grateful.
I believe this is a .08 per share stock and hope to have a good position if and when the market agrees with me.
Best of luck to all.
Oops. I meant to acknowledge Big Investments. Chrion Capital is on another board that I follow.
Doesn't ARSC now have majority share 50.1% of HFCO. Isn't that where ARSC 's value will lie ?
I agree with you Loyalhound. It looks like collusion to have a seller and a buyer come together on such a large block of shares. Maybe even the same person with 2 trading accounts. Certainly appears suspicious. I bought this stock based on P/E ratio and I still think it has that value and when gold becomes bullish again, maybe other folks will see it also.

i believe that the next 90 day period will be very good for both companies

Above is his response to my email sent through AGCZ website. I had disclosed to him that I own shares in both companies and my question was related to both. Told him that I followed a message board on IHUB and that people stated that his company was a scam. Basically asked him for news that would establish the company's credibility. Above is his response. Not detailed by any means, but I was encouraged that he took the time to respond at all.
I don't know the man, but he replied to my question the same day. I interpreted that as a prompt and courteous act. It also gave me some reassurance that there is some substance to the organization. He responded to my concerns about the low PPS and offered his opinion that the tide would turn in the next 90 days. Time will tell.
I emailed this company through it's website yesterday. I got a prompt and courteous personal reply from Mr. Talbot. Boosted my confidence that my investment here is well placed. Still believe that a bullish market for Gold will benefit us greatly here.
Old timer here. Used to own a lot of shares then saw them shrink to nothing in the reverse split. Have bought back up to 250,000 shares (much fewer than my previous position), and feel that's a good compromise between hope for some profit in the future and risk of loss if this isn't what it seems to be. Best of luck to all the faithful and the newcomers. May Mr. Petty's dreams come true and we get some return on our investment.

I agree that we have to go by what the company reports. In 2009 when gold was high, this sold for .35 per share. I don't know how many shares were outstanding then. It's been severely diluted since those days. I bought here because the P\E ratio is so low. If the PPS goes to a P\E ratio of 15, then it would trade at .0135..... That's where I value this stock, but would be absolutely giddy if yahoo is right and this goes to .08. Regardless, I think when the market turns bullish on gold again, we'll see outstanding returns here. May have to be patient, though. Good luck to all invested here and with NWGC.
I just added another 73,750 shares. Just weighing in to add my voice to Hockeypond in support of this stock. I may be even more optimistic. I see .30 per share potential here. Time will tell. Even if it doesn't reach that height, there's little downside here unless they start diluting the shares which I hope doesn't happen.
For what it's worth Hockeypond, I'm following your strategy. Quietly accumulating shares at what I see as discount prices. Don't expect to retire when this goes up, but do anticipate a very nice return. May not happen until the market becomes more bullish on Gold, though. I'm seeing this as a long term play, not a quick profit.
I have several other small mining stocks, and they are all following a similar trend. Even the largest miner on the board (Barrick Gold). Is following this trend..... Down to 15.70 from the mid 50's. It too will go back up, but not until gold comes into favor again which in my opinion is bound to happen with all of the currency instability in the world.
Just my thoughts.
If that many had been traded, my 2,000,000 would have been sold.
I bought 75,000 more the other day, but gave .004 for them. I sill think this is a .30 stock within a year if the price of gold goes up like I believe it will. Best of luck to everyone, but especially those of you who have a sincere interest here.
I'm disappointed about LFBG and disappointed that I own 5,000,000 shares of nothing. As much as I wish it was different, it looks pretty dead to me also. Very clever application of the video Sharktnk. Thanks for adding some humor to this unfortunate situation.
I took a beating on the reverse split and held onto my resulting 1,250 shares of little value. Agree with the current signals and have been buying again. If I get fooled this time it's with eyes wide open, but I think it's a great buy at this level.
I'm holding also. Waiting for price of gold to rise, then this should rise also. All gold mining companies have been very low the last year or so. I also have Barrick Gold (largest in the world). It is starting back up and I think the small producers will also.
I invested in this company and AGCZ because their long term price per share (over the last 6-7 years) has essentially followed the price of gold which seems reasonable to me for a mining company. If they are scams, why has nobody noticed or thought that for the last 5 years? I thought a scam would not have that longevity.
I think this is a $0.30 per share stock. I just wish a bunch of other people believed that.
I'm not a financier, just a guy who's held 15,000,000 shares of ARSC stock for several years just hoping to see some movement and truthfully surprised that they are still on the board....unlike I Voice. I don't understand why they have to keep getting some other company involved to produce the Hydra Cell. I'm leaning toward the school of thought that my shares will never have any value and the recent press release for AFLB reinforces that to me. No mention of ARSC and nothing that supports adding value to ARSC's shareholders. Only AFLB shareholders seem to matter now. Seems like a stock scam to me. I hope that I'm wrong.....I will only benefit from this if I am.
I've got 15,000,000 shares and thought that was a lot. Got them at the minimum thankfully. Movement would be exciting, but it's been 3 years so I'm not quitting my day job.
I've just joined this site in the last week so I've missed much of the history. I did buy a lot of this stock when it was cheap because the Hydra Cell concept was interesting. I've watched it do nothing for several years, but I'm glad it's still registered so maybe there's some hope it will become viable. If not, then I'll be disappointed, but it'll cost me less than 1 house payment. Thank you to everyone for all of the discussion.
I don't know what to believe about this company, but would certainly be excited to learn something real about it. Have wondered the last couple of years if anything was ever going to happen with it.
This company looks solid to me for a penny stock. Price has followed gold market for the last 5 years. Looks very oversold to me and still going down. Will keep buying at these prices as I believe that gold will be going back up over the next couple of years. Opportunity for big returns on this stock with small risk.
