Good morning. I recently placed an order on the Sinister-CBD website to support the company that I own stock in. When I didn't receive it promptly, I contacted Mr. Armenta and he responded the same day that the lockdown in California was causing delays. Certainly bad luck for a new business, but not his fault anymore than the job my son had lined up after his college graduation in May falling through because of the Coronavirus is my son's fault. This morning I received an email confirmation that my order had shipped from California yesterday and it provided a USPS tracking number link which is functional and legitimate. People on this board that keep referring to this company as a scam have some other agenda. I don't believe that a scam would have systems in place to (1) purchase product online using PayPal (2) process the PayPal payment and provide a receipt (3) respond promptly to customer concerns with a valid explanation (4) provide shipping details including a USPS tracking number link. Whatever you think of this company's past or whatever concerns you have about the share structure somehow limiting your ability to get rich on one stock - this company is not a scam and in my opinion Leonard Armenta has been and is doing an outstanding job for shareholders who are willing to give him time to build the business. My opinion!
I have been in contact with him within the last 24 hours about an order I placed on the Sinister-CBD website. He responded promptly and professionally. He did say that the lockdown of so many things during the launch was having an impact as to be expected, but he gave no indication that IGEX would not be moving forward as planned. Sadly for all who invest, this is a difficult and tumultuous time. I'm grateful that I'm not dependent on the money I have in this stock because it may take time to go up, but I have no doubt that it will be profitable as the entire economy comes back to life. Just my opinion.
I assume others have also done this today. I went to the Sinister-CBD Website and purchased 2 boxes of the Hemp you can feel coffee. Paid through my PayPal account and got my receipt via email. I really can't believe that a scam company would be selling products on the Internet. I can't predict what will happen in the near future with this company, but at least now I know it has sales and revenue. It may start slow, but it is bound to grow. If (I hope when) the Sinister Labs merger is done then it will book over 200 million in revenue a year. Sounds to me like it will be worth a lot more than .0004 - I still don't think Sinister Labs would let IGEX put their images all over this site if there wasn't a solid plan to be part of the same organization. Just my opinion. Based on my purchase today, I know the company has $59.98 in revenue at least (shipping was free). Good luck to everyone in this volatile market - even those who insist on trashing this stock.
Thanks for posting this Mnyman. I hope the rumor is true. I have been in this stock since 2014. Have averaged way down and now own a large number of shares. I really believe it's the real deal and will be a great play at some point, but like others, I'm so beaten down with bad news lately, I'm ready for some sunshine. LOL. My big account is down in almost every position. I would love to see this make a big move north. I've had a little communication with Mr. Armenta (nothing major) and he strikes me as a very solid guy. Good luck to all.
I side with Dunwifit on this. Of course, I own 30 million shares so clearly I want him to be right, but I also don't have any reason to think this is a scam or that Leonard Armenta is not doing everything possible to turn this into something awesome. Your information is not accurate. This merger has only been on the table since October 2019 as far as I can tell. Also, note that the SinFit branding is all over this iHub page which I don't believe for a minute would be happening if this was not legitimate. Why would someone as successful and well-connected as Scott James ever allow that if it wasn't real. I have had minimal contact with Mr. Armenta because I don't want to bother him, but my interactions have left me with the impression that he is an honorable man doing his best to make this something great. All of the personal attacks on him I think are unfounded and just mean. If/when the Sinister merger is announced, this company goes from zero revenue to estimated revenue in excess of the 180 million reported for 2018. 2019 numbers are not available, but I think it's reasonable to believe that the 2019 numbers are better. Based on that alone, I value this stock at 2 1/2 cents per share. Not posting to argue, just sharing my opinion. Good luck to all the shareholders on this board. I'm hopeful that our faith in this company will soon be rewarded.
I appreciated this post so much. This is a business and things take time to come together with many moving parts. I have never understood all the childish posting on this board. There is no evidence that this is a scam. There is a lot of evidence that Leonard Armenta is working to build something that a year ago had no value at all. The market took a big hit last week because of the Coronavirus. There has been 1 US death from the coronavirus. The US is expecting 31,000 deaths from influenza this year and that doesn't even make the news let alone sink the market. All of this just goes to show how ridiculous human nature can be at times. I own stock here and I support the company and yes, I'm hopeful that my investment pays off, but if not, there are other opportunities to be found. Good luck to everyone and I hope we can somehow elevate the conversation here to one of sharing information and supporting one another's goals.
I am very confused by all of the negativity here. I recognize that things are not happening as fast as OTC traders want, but there has been a lot of progress made since Leonard Armenta took over. I don't understand why anyone would sell shares this cheap for any reason, but especially with the prospect of what this could turn out to be. Also, my logical side tells me that everything that's been reported here has been done in a widespread public domain. I can't believe that anyone out to defraud investors would do it in such a public way. I tend to believe what Mr. Armenta says about what he's doing and look forward to the day when it comes to fruition. Many people who once supported this stock now seem to be turning against it and I don't understand that. Maybe they will be proven right, but I don't think so. Thanks for continuing to post positive reinforcement here. I'm glad I'm not completely alone in my opinion on what I believe is going to be a great opportunity.
On my iHub banner on this page, IGEX lists Sinister Labs, LLC as a subsidiary. Does anyone else think this merger is already done and (as Dunwifit keeps saying) they are just waiting to announce everything at a meaningful and strategic time? I just can't believe Scott James would allow blatant misinformation about his outstanding company/products/reputation. Congratulations to Leonard Armenta for what I feel is an outstanding list of achievements in a short period of time. At some point, the market will agree in my opinion.
I have been in contact with Leonard Armenta....seemed real to me. Way too much information in the public domain for this to be a scam in my opinion.
Thank you for your voice of reason. Here for long term also. Been called a sucker for being in this, but still a believer and holding plenty of shares. Good luck to all.
I just saw a short piece about another stock that estimated the CBD gummie market to reach 6.9 Billion by the year 2025. Sometimes investing or in the case of the OTC "speculation" is about POTENTIAL. I see lots of POTENTIAL here. It may not be realized in a day or a week or even a month, but I believe it is there. I've been married 25 years and my wife insists I still haven't reached my potential, but my net worth has changed from being measured in hundreds to hundreds of thousands so I'm getting there. I believe IGEX is on a similar path.
Here, I'll sell you some 6's 27,000,000 at $.06. Come and get them. I believe the day is coming when someone will want them. Good luck to all long shareholders.
I agree that there will be short term gains here and a lot of people will take those. I don't blame them. One thing that I really like about this is that Sinfit has an existing product line with distribution systems in place. Adding MyoCore sports and it's products in addition to whatever is planned for Sinister-CBD, I believe this company will be a going concern with increasing sales and profits. Based on Sinfit's 2018 sales alone, if it sells for 1 times sales, it's worth roughly 2.5 cents per share. The new website looks very professional and legitimate to me. I think it's almost time for the doubters to change sides. I'm grateful to be sitting on 27 million shares here. Good luck to everyone. I've been entertained following this board and look forward to watching many of you celebrate good fortune soon.
I'm right here with you. Haven't sold any and planning to see this through. I still believe this is moving in a favorable direction. If we lose, we lose, but I don't think that's what's going to happen. Someone sent me a private message yesterday telling me I was a sucker and a fool. Maybe so, but time will tell. Like Cat Stevens sang.....I may be old, but I'm happy....win or lose. Good luck to all here.
I first saw that about 3 days ago. I don't know when it actually started.
I sent Mr. Armenta a message today through LinkedIn. I don't expect a response from a busy CEO, but thought I would share it here to give my point of view.
"Mr. Armenta, I am an IGEX shareholder. I know you are probably too busy to connect with me, but I wanted to at least reach out and thank you for your hard work and efforts toward making IGEX a viable company. Please know that for every negative person there are many rooting for your success."
I'm sorry to hear that about people being so hateful to Mr. Armenta. He has been in this job just a few weeks and from my standpoint is doing everything right. Be reminded, creation of Sinister CBD and merger with Myocore which is an entity with actual sales and revenue and great potential. I firmly believe that Sinister Labs, LLC is next and look forward to that transaction when it is complete and not before. Those are my stock opinions and now here's a personal opinion. If a person is feeling strong negative emotion tied to the performance of a stock.....especially a penny stock, they probably should not be risking their money in the first place. I learned that lesson a long time ago. Best of luck to all who hold shares in this company.
I understand nervousness because days slip by without definitive news. I do want to remind folks though that the IGEX twitter feed has had the Sinfit logo on it for weeks. There is confirmation of a subsidiary called Sinister CBD. Myocore has been merged in and for my own peace of mind, I googled Sinister Labs, LLC and there Google tag lists parent organization as IGEX. That's an awful lot of coincidence to say that this deal won't eventually be announced. I remain supportive of this stock and hope it plays out favorably. If not, then I'll be disappointed, but I'm not there yet. I still think great news is coming.
I focus on my own strategy and still have a lot to learn about how trading works.....I've always mostly done long term investing for retirement. I'm asking this of the people who are better educated on how the OTC works. Are all these 10,000 share trades back and forth somebody's way of manipulating the stock price to keep it at a certain level so others can get in low? I assume mostly just MM's would do this to try to control the price, but I don't know.
Years ago this stock was for a company that was promoting an online trading platform catering to the Asian market and had an office in Indonesia. That floundered and the company was dormant for years. Then last year, Jason Black cleaned up the shell and started looking for a partner that wanted to go public without the expense of a new IPO. Thus, the reverse mergers. Hulogix fell through, but what is in place now is even better in my opinion. Lots of evidence that IGEX will be a great company going forward, but the market has not accepted that yet....probably because of the past history. When things start to happen here, I predict it will move up quickly and considerably. I'm not sure why some information still has headquarters in Indonesia. The company is domiciled in Colorado per current filings. Overall, I am very optimistic about this stock. I have put my money where my mouth is, I own 27,000,000 shares - 2 million from over 5 years ago and the other 25,000,000 accumulated over the last few months. Obviously, I hope that I am reading the signs correctly here. If not, I'm grateful to say that the loss won't hurt me. Wouldn't bet on the OTC if I couldn't afford it. I wish everyone good luck here and especially appreciate all the people who post their positive thoughts about IGEX. I don't understand the negative posts.
It might surprise most to know that IGEX once traded for 70 cents per share in 2014. It had no revenue and the price ran up based on speculation. I don't think this will make 70 cents with the current share structure, but with real business making real sales and profits, I think this is a great stock to own right now. And yes, I do have some of those 70 cent shares, but thankfully have averaged Waaaaayyyyy down. Good luck to all shareholders here.
I agree. I forgot about the CBD part. IGEX, Sinister CBD, Myocore sports......all done deals. Finally, Sinister Labs. i don't understand why there is so many negative comments here. All I can figure is that they are intended to manipulate other traders. 27 million shares well in the black, but holding to see what happens.
I got the impression that they wanted the Myocore deal because it opened certain foreign markets that Sinfit wasn't already in. I don't know how import/export licenses work, but it seemed to me that was the main value they saw in it. I could certainly be mistaken. Regarding dumping, volume is still well below 10-dat average. I would think if the company was dumping the volume would be really high.
Thank you Jfed23 for sharing this. I note that the statement is the under the deal IGEX ACQUIRED Myocore's intellectual property, manufacturing and distribution agreements. ACQUIRED is past tense indicating the deal is done. I for one am celebrating this morning that Mr. Armenta is leading this company in a great direction toward an outstanding future.
Market Makers signaling
Long time shareholder here.....back to 2015. Holding 27 million shares long to see how high it can go. I might trade 2 million as it goes up just because I like even amounts like 25 million. I'm strange that way.
The last time I looked, the float for IGEX had not changed. It is probably a stupid question, but I'll ask it anyway. How can there be dilution if there is no increase in the float? When I think about it, I have to assume no dilution since no increase in float. Please let me know if I'm looking at that wrong.
Thanks for posting that update. Sinister CBD now a wholly owned subsidiary of IGEX. True that Sinister Labs merger is not yet completed, but I can't imagine that Scott James would be allowing his "Sinister" brand name to be used unless this was on track. I appreciate Mr. Armenta keeping us informed and look forward to the closing of the merger and further action on his plans for the future. Thank you.
Some posters have been asking for confirmation from Sinister Labs that the merger was still happening. That tweet is that confirmation....probably done in response to some of the badgering on social media. I have accumulated a large number of shares here over the last 8 months. I believe this is going to be an outstanding stock to own in the future. I don't intend to sell when it goes up because I think it will be even more lucrative long term. Scott James and Leonard Armenta appear to be skilled at development, marketing and distribution. All of that spells profit to me. I am grateful to Jason Black for his part in bringing this deal to IGEX investors. Happy New Year to everyone. I'm excited about this company and look forward to how Sinister Labs intends to move to the next level as stated in that tweet.
I guess I'm grumpy tonight because I don't normally post as openly as I'm about to. I have owned IGEX shares for a long time. I started adding in the spring because I saw Jason Black cleaning it up and it became current. I was disappointed when the Hulogix deal fell through, but business deals fall through all the time. The video of the veterinarian talked about how they had purchased shares cheap and had already raised 1.2 million dollars selling them. If anybody did us wrong it was them. Mr. Black then stepped back in and kept forward momentum. He found and initiated a deal with a viable LLC that will benefit from going public and us old shareholders will benefit from having a going concern. I LIKE THAT! Mr. Armenta has a personal relationship with Sinister Labs and has accepted the responsibility of closing the deal and leading the organization. I LIKE THAT! I am grateful to both Jason Black and Leonard Armenta for their involvement in IGEX and the opportunity they have provided for me to own stock in something worthwhile after all these years.
My only concern for the deal is that the people involved get sick of all the petty crap they see on social media and decide it's not worth it. If the principals are reading this, please hang in there and ignore the noise on your way to building a strong company.
For those people posting all of the negative information, if you don't want to invest here, then go away. I don't understand the purpose or satisfaction gotten by trying to spoil something for someone else.
I am sure there are things here that I don't know, but I do know that the Sinister Labs logo remains on the IGEX twitter feed. It is probably copyrighted and probably wouldn't be there if this was a scam.
Maybe I'll get proven wrong and if I am, then I'll accept my losses and move on. I want to personally thank all of the people posting who are supporting this company and believing with me in what I think will be an outstanding investment in the near future.
Best Regards
The last 3 trades of the day totaled $42.05. Good Lord. How can that be anything but price manipulation? I'm going to wait for news and stop fretting over the trading and price since it doesn't make any sense. By the way, 1 trade was only 65 cents. How do you even execute that? LOL
I may be wrong, but I'm guessing the people bashing this stock are doing it to accumulate cheap shares. Probably own more than most of us, although I own a bunch and am feeling very excited about the company's prospects.
Hello IGEX. So everybody has an opinion and I can't resist voicing mine. This has always been a speculative investment. I've been accumulating shares for about 6 months and have accumulated another 1.5 million today. Would have bought more, but like to spread my eggs to lots of different baskets. With speculation comes the possibility of high returns. I own enough shares to ensure my retirement if this company proves to be legitimate. Of course, I wouldn't be accumulating shares if I didn't believe that it is. Lots of panic today (I felt a little myself) when the big buildup yesterday did not yield an announcement of the closure of the expected sale. I personally don't think the people involved would be saying the things they are saying if they weren't true, so I look forward to a bright future here. If this climbs to 15 times historical earnings, it will be .025. 15 times projected earnings comes in around 4 cents. That's enough potential to make it worth some risk. If I'm proved wrong, then I've learned a lesson. One of many over the course of a long life. I appreciate the thoughtful posts and have grown fond of many of the people on this board. The constant negative posters not so much. Good luck to all - even the naysayers.
Hello everyone. I don't know the exact news outlet, but I have been seeing IGEX news releases on my E-Trade account. Hopefully that means he's communicating via widespread means. Good luck everyone. This stock is feeling very fruitful to me. I hope people don't just start taking profits immediately. If we hold for true value, it may actually turn out to be a real investment.
I don't understand a lot of what gets posted here. I just read the filing dated 10/31/19 and didn't see anything about increasing the authorized or issued shares. The numbers are all the same. Jason Black was given shares in lieu of salary and expenses. The numbers are consistent with him valuing the shares at a value of $ .001 per share which is at least higher than the current price. I'm sure he hopes the shares will ultimately be worth a lot more than that or he wouldn't have been willing to accept them and assume the risk. What I see here appears pretty legitimate for an OTC pink company that is remarkably current on their filings. All just my opinion. The filing mentions the LOI for a merger which I hope will be completed by year end.
I don't usually reply to posts, but I think what you said is misleading. The float has been at 1.418 billion for months. If 280 million shares where added in the remote past, I think the effect would have been felt months ago and is not necessarily relevant to the market today. I'm no expert like you, just my opinion.
I appreciated your post Chuck. People are posting that the CEO is failing and that nothing is happening. I guess it's all about perspective. From my perspective, an incredible amount has been accomplished in a short period of time. Reverse merger, filings, financials, current pink on OTC, website, regular twitter updates. All of this in what is truthfully a very short period of time in the life of an organization. I don't know where this stock or company will wind up. I own a lot of shares, so of course I hope it grows considerably, but I have no expectation for it to happen overnight. I see so much positive happening here that I don't understand all of the negative comments, but everyone has their opinion. One of the great things about America is we all have the right to be wrong.
I don't know how relevant this is, but I've noted the number of followers on the Hulogix twitter feed increasing each day. Started the day today with 189 and now is up to 224. I don't do Twitter, but I've been following the posts on their website.
Hello Redrock. I read your post and don't have any answer except, "I don't know". There are positive signs though in that the person who they have hired as "Comptroller" is a real person with the credentials that she has listed. That is encouraging. My gut tells me that they are putting too much energy into promoting this stock to believe that it is a scam. The online reviews for Dr. Hughes and his staff are overwhelmingly positive. That doesn't mean that they couldn't cook up a scam, but it just doesn't fit with that type of caring personality.
My theory has been that they are a group of people who've come up with some good ideas and want a way to capitalize on them. They probably want to be rich and so they decided to take their ideas public and merging with a shell company was a way to do it with very little capital. The website leads me to believe that they intend to keep IGEX active as an "umbrella" for other ideas that may not fall into the Hulogix mold and would be other subsidiary companies.
Clearly, this is a start up and is a purely speculative investment. I am in it long and have been for over 5 years. I've stayed in because I bought into the previous hype of IGEX being the "E-trade of Asia" and didn't want to write off the rather large investment I made at that time. I have added several million shares recently to average down to a level that makes me think I will at least break even if this company starts showing some results.
I'm not a particularly savvy investor and I know that, but this seems to me to be moving in a positive direction.
I do believe that if this is a legitimate group of people (and I believe they are), then this stock could ultimately be worth the equivalent of several cents per share at the current number of shares outstanding.
There's my thoughts from a fellow long.
Hello everyone. I've been following this board for years, but rarely post. Mainly out of embarrassment. I bought my first 500 shares at $0.70 per share. Went through dilution and averaged down then watched previous management lie dormant for years. Recently, I've added millions of shares because I'm thinking 5 years of patience is about to pay off. I appreciate reading all of the comments by people who know a lot more about trading than I do and I look forward to watching as the excitement here continues.
