I'm in the same boat as you Art. Remember they kept using the word IMMINENT to keep the excitement up when talking about Bayer UNTIL FDA said no to OTC clearance, the Bayer deal disappeared. Management left us as bagholders. [TOP SHELF PEEPS]
When I started buying this 10 years ago, the share structure was nothing compared to what it is now, now some call this the laughing stock of the BB Stocks. Hard to argue based on the track record of management. We're still wait for the CE MARK? This not only cost us momentum, also not delivering sales to the bottom line and that hurts worse. EMBARRASSING.
I wish I was as smart as the many eyeballs watching this, seeing all the mishaps but not getting frustrated because they have very little SKIN in the game. They have just enough to keep it interesting. Just wait until the sales are PROVEN at the big box stores and around the world. Remember, this stock has never sustained a run up expect from May '17 thru Nov '17. Then the market really got smart and dropped it back to TRIPLE ZERO'S.
They will never be able to fool the market ever again, the market knows better... (wish I did).
All I have to say is SHOW ME, don't tell me. Still here. Still love the products.
But after almost 20 years their track record really is HORRIBLE. The market knows better, obviously, and is acting in accordance with all the BS thats been flying around here the last 3 years.
I just dont trust this management team. I absolutely love their products. Management isn't creative, and after almost 20 years, they still insist on continuing to market to US, the people subscribing to a newsletter.
Good things might happen if they get off the wallet they pretend not to have from the way they stumbled onto the sharestucture that has made this the laughing stock of the otc for the last 10 years.

Just embarrassing that were still trying to talk them into an "adult" marketing campaign instead of these childish BOGO promos. If they never try, we may never see this flying off the shelves the way we all know they should be seloong like crazy. We'll never know until we give it that "college try"!

For all the people who have been watching this stock for a long time - YOU ARE VERY SMART. Stay tuned into everything this company is doing but just dont start buying until you know for sure these things are selling like crazy. Management likes to tell "Whoppers" like - Dr. Scholls is IMMINENT.
I lost hope in management when that deal never happened. I honestly think they kept using that phrase to prevent people from bailing. Thats just a horrible way to operate a company that mfg world class devices. The company deserves a much better management team.
Once that happens, sales will snowball, and everybody will be talking about the products, and that would be a more appropriate time to immediately buy what you can afford. You know whats up here, and you've done very well by resisting the urge to buy it. IMO, management is lost and in way over their head.
Management's been inept. Hanging on by threads IMO. They still have never really tried to market, instead they PRETEND to market with emails to all of us watching on this thread. Wouldn't it be wise to market to the masses instead?
I hope things pan out with FDA clearance, and that it opens doors to big retailers. If its properly introduced to the masses at big box stores, people will buy it. When they realize this is a WORLD CLASS product they will not only be buying more, they will be talking about the most amazing way to heal using the loop. This is where the magic begins.
2020 will be the make it or break it year for BIEL.

I will never understand why people never try. Just by trying, you could easily stumble on to something that could open another door.
No matter how good the products are, until an adult grabs control of this EMBARRASSMENT of a company, the TRIPS are making this its new home. We may never get to see its true potential because of scared little children who PRETEND to have a business experience, but wont try anything to market this.

The market see this for what it is. If they would have TRIED to use public relations professionals and exposed this to the world after 02/17 I seriously doubt we would be trading under 1/15 OF A PENNY! We need to pray for a miracle and get a completely new HIERARCHY in terms of management. the current team has failed over and over again and never seems to make any progress. Dont they have any PRIDE in this line of products!

I have concluded that this company is ground zero for the biggest failure to even try some form of marketing, considering how great this product works.
Its just a damn shame they couldnt even try. Maybe that's the families decision to continue making money selling shares, instead of risking some success when trying to launch.

I agree with recovery rx. It should easily become the SOC once the doctors in the OR get to see or hear about it. Shouldn't the marketing dept at BIEL be making an effort to introduce this to hospital administrators with a small box of samples along with a letter.

If the company started to discuss how to use on their YouTube Channel, people would be able to experiment on there own like we did, AND people will be discussing between themselves on there own experiences using it. Thats where YouTubes value kicks in - having people discuss their own sucesst using it.
YouTube Channel IMO has not even been tapped into yet. They could do so much better with a real effort to spread the word. YouTube is a heck of a tool for marketing, and fairly inexpensive if you have staff that is educated with how to use it.

Allow a few more weeks, maybe a month or two. The key at this point IMO, is being certain they hire the right CEO.
I honestly believe that if this gets mucked up too, game over. Not because the product didnt work, but because their EGO's are bigger than you'd ever believe. At that point, im sure there will be plenty of interested partners looking to extend a lifeline but at a mucher cheaper valuation because mgmnt couldnt perform - for over 10+ years. Thats the only track record they will be valued at.
Reality is what it is. Hopefully they will be able to hire the right person with vision to take us all retailers and an active adertising campaign. Keeping this a secret certainly didnt work!

Sad but very true Patient Investor. What would it hurt to put just a little effort into any type of grass roots marketing effort? I have come to the same conclusion, and this will be pointed out over and over again once it happens. If they get muscleskelital/back FDA clearance this time, dont expect the product to fly off the shelf for the exact reason PI pointed out - NOBODY EXCEPT maybe 35,000 investors is aware of it. We've been trading money among ourselves for years (embarassing to admit).
If they weren't so pathetically lazy, and/or feeling sorry for themselves they would have created a marketing strategy setting us up for this EXACT POINT IN TIME. But instead of WORKING on a marketing program, they continue to pay for the most ignorant strategy - another radio interview featuring a CEO who still cannot pronounce the KEY word Opioid [O-PEE-OID]. I think by now everybody here whether they admit it publicly or not knows this has now gone from what we all intially thought was have the patience to SAC IT OUT over the run and be rewarded richly, to become the biggest gamble we've ever taken. And thats okay if we see progress, but the progress we've seen has now been replaced by the share structure. Seems they've STUMBLED upon a sure way to make money and add to their shareholdings at the same time. Did they forget we had our eye on a much bigger picture, that seems to be slipping away. All this happening as 26 people die in an Ohio county within a 24 hour period from Opiods.
Talk about getting lucky, lucky enough to have an EPIDEMIC fall right in your lap, but still cant take advantage of even discussing this on evening news and the fact that this is being reviewed by the FDA for OTC clearance. Would that open the door to the next talking point - Smart Insole, Allay, Recovery Rx... etc? This is a form of marketing - its called making an EFFORT.
Would it be a good idea for Keith Nalepka to contact MLB.TV, maybe go into the studio with some products and discuss it, you know, starting up a new talking point with athletes we have an "IN" with. Keith knows Oral, Oral has ties all over the MLB, why are we not trying to lead the baseball conversation to pitchers whos arms are always very sore after throwing in a game.
Why do we not have compression sleeves with the Actipatch logo prominently branded along with Recovery RX logo & Smart Insole Logo & Allay logo?
Why because they have NO CLUE how to market a world class product. Even if they were doing it and the sales haven't skyrocketed yet, we would at least be in the cat burd seat, in a much better position to take advanatage of the well expected FDA OTC CLEARANCE we still haven't received yet.
This is taking a very long time (FDA OTC clearances), and during all that time think of all the impressions we could have made along the way.
We should be trying to discuss this product on every sports show on TV. College level sports and all pro sports. Contact the NHL, NFL, NBA, MLS and send them a letter with some sample products and see of you can get some studio time. Wouldn't it be awesome if they became regulars on these shows or even on just one of these sportshows, having the products become much better known. Now that weve brought up all these MISSED OPPS, try harder and show us that there still is a heartbeat at BIEL. Show us that there really is a bigger plan instead of pretending to work so hard, that you forgot to renew a CE Mark, that really hurt the company this year. Last year everybody was saying next year - 2019's gonna be their breakout year. Looks like we should start discussing next year again... 2020's gonna be their breakout year.

But the products truly are world class.
Bayer got what they deserved. They made a HORRIBLE decision to buy Mostanto.
Then Bayer comes sniffing around BIEL after they get two clearances in 02/17, and the NHS was announced January 2018. They thought they might have missed the boat, instead they made an even worse decision in walking away from BIEL.

Just curious what everybody thinks BIEL (AW) will do if WalMart says yes for a price point similar to what people on this board said CVS suggested near $20 +/-?
It's a very realistic possibility, pretty much how WalMart plays.
What makes it even worse is that it took a SHAREHOLDER to FIGURE IT OUT. IMO, had he not noticed this, how much longer would we have been strung along? Its not like ANYBODY at the company had a clue, if they did, whoever knew should be fired. This is after he made several other well documented mistakes on the way.

We have the most brilliant mind in all of BB stocks. He spends years trying to get FDA approval, finally gets it for Smart Insole in Feb 2017, then starts talking with Dr. Scholls, who some suggested that they make a change inthe product (not know for sure but this has been speculated by many).
HERE IS THE BRILLIANT PART:
Not only did he take the Smart Insole off the shelves, but he still hasn't brought them back on the shelves, and even worse - because he is such a great strategist, he wont even discuss what they're up to with the same shareholders who've been making excuses for all his mishaps for years.

I want a do-over with a new "SEASONED" CEO. Someone who can admit when they make a mistake or two, and sharp enough to understand that when you make too many mistakes you get replaced.
Someone who knows that 4 eyes are much better than two, and an empty board of directors gives every investor a sick stomach. We need a WE man NOT a ME man.

If we continue to make excuses for our CEO - EXPECT MORE OF THE SAME. AW is CEO and everything else for the company. Who else should we blame? The guy who just retired last year? Furthermore, I dont believe this was overlooked - too coincidental for me to digest. There seems to be a pattern surrounding these mistakes? They must be benefitial somehow.
3 FDA clearances and we trade in the trips, the market has spoke. Maybe the market doesnt believe in these repeated mistakes either - hence trading in the trips .000!
I dont believe what they spin, because that spin only benefits their family and never seems to happen - i.e. both Keith and Andy used the word imminent when discussing Bayer, who was in their office alot last year - which was immediately after the NHS announcement in January last year.
To the point made in an earlier post, seems he isn't learning from previous mistakes.
The product line is incrediblely awesome, the management running this is out of their comfort zone, CLUELESS IN FREDRICK.

Try to look from the opposite perspective? Something they tried to get clearance finally happened, then because Bayer supposedly made a suggestion for a redesign they take it off the shelf, AND NEVER MENTION WHY TO SHARHOLDERS?
Seems we have a problem here, and while we have the problem as shareholders, not getting info, the CEO slow walks this as they continue stumbing into money thru the share structure. And the saga continues...
In the end the truth will always come out. It might take a few more years, but in the end, the truth of why it took this long to get this product line to market will be known to all of us. I can't wait to read about it, hopefully it all works out, it feels like we are financing his trial and error education as CEO.

Did anybody else notice that one of the products that received FHA clearance in Feb 2017 was not mentioned. Has anybody asked Andy how he plans to sell a product that seems to have disappeared? Is it even tangible anymore.

Why make this so complicated? World class products deserve a dream team of marketers, instead of the inevitable just hope for tomorrow... like we've been doing forever.
Its been too obvious for too long when a company acts in this manner, not sure what to do. I remember his fancy language he used in a Presidential update after the 2 FDA clearances in 2017.
He said they had to hire a consultant to help them decide on what to do with all the companies that have called, wanting to get in on these new products (Trading near
.004 at that time). Now after all the dust has settled, I wonder who that consultant or group was and how did they help, as we are now back to TRIPLE 0's AGAIN? I don't remember seeing the follow up to how that worked out? He says whatever he needs to say, kinda stringing us along, because he knows we know these products are amazing. So he keeps the upper hand.

Ive been in and out of this since 2010. It looks like they used to operate under the license of the government patent 6630507... is this still the case? Does anyone understand how that worked? Why?

Did his case ever get heard. Is he in jail yet for his work in the mortgage industry?
If they get the FDA clearance and this runs, look for them to quickly do a reverse split on the run up. The volume will probably be easily over 1B in volume, maybe even 2B in volume, considering the current share structure.
I had this conversation with the PR guy, Paul over two years ago, just before they got the 2 OTC clearances on Feb 2, 2017.
Then they decided to hide smart insole (genius move - NOT), especially the part about not talking avout why for over a year?
Pretty obvious marketing is certainly not their strong suit.

I think AW thinks that once the FDA gives us OTC clearance for the muscleskelital/back pain all the big box stores will hop on board.
Maybe/hopefully, they already have deal(s) contingent they get FDA clearance. Who knows, BIEL seems to be as secretive an N Korea.
My take is that he thinks we will be golden once the we get the last clearance for a
Actipatch. Hopefully this happens before EOY. Finger crossed.
I would think that after the SEC ruling, someone at that agency would keep an eye on the way this ticker trades.
What happens to shareholders "IF" AW or the daughter did sell offshore? Are the shareholders S.O.L.? Not that the company cares about us.
How is the company going to handle money flow if they cant dilute shares? They need to generate money for monthly expenses, and payroll? Just not sure how this unfolds.
If IBEX really does have money from loans to company, could they lend that money to BIEL for an advertising campaign in just one major market at a reasonable interest rate at 2%.

I agree AW did a fantastic job getting us this far on the cheap. This is different now. Since 2017, weve had three clearances:
1) Smart Insole (removed from shelves altogether, has not been heard of since)?
2) Actipatch for Knee
Began a soft rollout at CVS, a gear atfter it was approved.
3) Recovery RX
My only hope for this product is that it will immediately be in the hands of doctors.
They should be able to immediately see the difference in managing inflammation and pain, which I hope also catches the attention of the hospital Admins.
4) During the time the above had unfolded, one of our long time members discovered that something was up with the CE Mark. Sure enough, a couple months later we read that we had to hire the guy who just retired to help us renew the CE Mark.
All this time, 2 1/2 years after the initial two clearances, sales have went down, and WENT DOWN HARD? This was puzzling because all of us longs know how unbelievably well their products work? What the heck is going on. SABOTAGE? This is why we need seasoned professionals. This product deserves that chance.
If Andy could put aside his ego, realize even for a few minutes how close this really is to richly rewarding everyone involved, (YES, INCLUDING SHAREHILDERS TOO), it simply takes a man of real character and substance to realize that with the right CEO, with a seasoned marketing team of professionals, this product line has the ability to generate profits beyind your imagination, even with this ridiculous share structure obviously intended to shield/benefit his family.
