The ind 15376 was issued back in March of 2013 for Hema. They havent even worked out the protocol for doing the safety tests yet. It looks like they are at least 6 months away from fda approval.

Actually, the pr says that the FDA is currently reviewing protocol
submitted by the company to do the safety studies. They have not started the safety studies yet.

This last pr sure sounds like they are still a few months away from fds approval at best.

Dont cheat yourself, without FDA approval it will probably go to .0001 before to much longer.

The first one was KBR, remember when they were suppose to be working on the epc. So what exactly was CCC group working on if anything. I thought it was strange there was no news on CCC group web site about Bion.

This company files a new IND. and not even that causes the pps to rise.I dont even think fda approval will cause this to move up anymore.

Sure hope the board makes some kind of statement about this, to keep the investors informed of what is happening.

Agree with what everyone is saying here. We been waiting since May for a update and this is what we get. This was nothing but a Fluff pr which probably did more damage then good. Between this and the way RGBP started trading, I am really getting a negative feeling about this company.

I found that very strange also, you go to ccc group website and there is no mention of any project with Bion. You would think if they have a agreement that there would be some mention of a project of this size and scope.

That's why the stock price is so low, there have been so many false press releases nobody believes anything anymore. When the shovel hits the dirt at ground breaking, that's when people will start to believe.

My understanding is that a form 211 has to be filed by the market maker before a ticker symbol can be issued by finra. Does anyone here know if this has taken place yet?

Your absolutely right, everyone who invested in this company has a right to know about information as critical as FDA approval or denial. I am sure the majority of people on this board believed we would hear something about fda approval or denial in March.
