I'm not positive but There are situations where they don't have to wait to uplist.
I could be wrong?
I don't use auto correct, that way everyone knows I never won any spelling bee. LOL
Thanks!
Yes, it's confusing, but only Registry Mgnt. has shares, Egan just controls all the llc's, plus a trust and his and hers. Registry shares are owned direct, Egan and other llc's own indirect. I had to lay all the form 4's side by side to reaffirm what we have thought forever. That said I don't know the public float but anyway it is damn sure less 10%. Which is good, if it's under 5% even better!
I should add my game used to be 004 for the triple but I've stepped it up some but I'm still a little light this time.
LOL! Yep it's been a bich for 5 years. There's been so much wash rinse repeat going on here I think my cloths are about wore out. LOL!! Some can't grasp it.
Absolutely
If they let Egan keep almost 20% of the company for a clean shell we better get ready for a big RS. Which they did not he in total has 4.9% counting all LLCs and Trusts and his wife.
That is incorrect only one LLC kept shares.
I don't think you overlooked anything for five years.
Form 4
Egan only directly owns 150000 shares but he directly/ indirectly owns 22,074,000. All those LLC indirectly own shares together, which is the 21,854,000, which Egan indirectly owns.
Spouse + Egan + Trust + LLC = 22,074,000
Look clear to the right on those form 4 for the LLCs you find only one owns shares.(Registery Managment)
The total the Egan has both directly and indirectly is only 22,074,000 counting all shares held by all LLCs
The LLCs DO NOT each hold 21,854,000
Up and away again, just like clock work, one of these days I'm going to put RJDG on my clock so we can all get a count down on lift off so we get our boats full in time. I'm riding slightly light again this time. Damn it!
Yes, that's what I was thinking too, good bad news kinda thing
Don't forget they're test data was bs too. I would guess if they want this could really not go to Evolves liking. I don't remember but did their test data claim they could find knives? I think it did, but it was a cooked up load of BS.
The only legit sell order I see today is CDEL with 22K at $15. LOL
Possibly something would happen if a FBI field office got involved, but the FIB office in DC is probably trying to figure out how wash this away or how to pin this on a conservative.
The worst thing IMO is Evolv's junk systems will make it harder for Pat to convince people that their system works. I see a lot of trial periods going forward. This kinda news if very good for Pat 1 but bad at the same time.
Thanks for posting Doug
Yes very nice, although Pat should be finding them but then again I guess that's what trade shows are for.
There's no reason IMO that Pat1 should ever lose a sale against EVLV. EVLV is Pat1s best advertisement. Just show them.
Reminds me of those Ag Universities doing research on no-till and funding by the chemical companies.
Yep, it's unbelievable how even something like playing with lives can be thrown aside for profits and sales. I have been impatient with Pat1 on more than one occasion but this kind of BS can't be tolerated by potential customers.
Pat1 has been slow and steady ahead and in the end hopefully it pays big for their descisions to produce a good product instead of this crap.
I always question any study by any university because results can vary depending on where or who the funding is coming from and they always go for grants first.
Well Surprise Surprise! Boy I got to get back up to speed here. Thanks Doug!!
Need to break 65
Well, your not alone now talked me into it this morning. Back in again at .55 GLTU
Those boys have had this stock well in hand since 6/17 IMO. What few millions are left don't matter squat at this point. I can't remember when I got here but it was at .005, I just kick myself for not buying more. There's only one left I'm sure that was here before me and if memory serves he had around 4mill shares. Posters don't matter players do and we're seeing it through, it's just a matter of how many we still hold when it happens IMO.
Almost looks like a million share buyer would double the price at this point.
Had to read that twice, but I agree. Now let's go take that ATH out on your chart. LOL!
Thanks, I bought some more last week, I think our day is getting closer.
LMAO!
Good to see they looked at other products and choose Pat1. Word of mouth is a powerful advertiser
Right here
Still holding tight here. Keep the info coming it makes it easier too. Thanks
Oops, sorry Grouse, I talked thru you. You and I are on the same page here.
They need LNG for heat and to power generators, cars don't come into play for NG only crude. Not our interest being we're here.
I can’t lie fellas it’s nice that I didn’t Dump. ?? lol come on 7 figures. TGLO!!
I know I was just bs'n, someone is tossing them out there but I guess I won't blame them, I puked up a few on the last run but no more I'm riding it and it's hard to set here with massive gains after 4+ years of patience, but I'm seeing this through to no merger or merger either way. I like betting on black on the roulette wheel but our odds are way better here, IMO
Blue sky? When this breaks out its going into orbit! LOL
Whoa, didn't know that, thanks.
So if you would have bought TGLO 8 years ago for .001 and sold it today for .29 that would be a 29,000% gain. I see nothing too. LOL!
Agreed, I'm a little short for the trip and going to be happy with what I got right now, either way, I think the days of reloading might be all over.
LMAO! I just ran over my cordless grease gun yesterday with the rear wheels of a 42,000# tractor and whiles it's a little broke up the damn thing still greases. Dewald made in the USA go figure? lol
Now back on point, only one way forward here IMO because thanks to the terds inflation will keep driving interest up, can't spend your way out of inflation and apparently the terds can't see throught the punch.
LOL!!
