I totally agree with that sentiment. I was and still am excited about vega having acquired a distribution company. Would be nice to see a chain of countries from Ecuador through central america to have dealings with. drop off biochar on the way down, load up on imports on way up... nice business opp. Wish I knew what company they got and what their capabilities are concerning method of transport. Time will tell.
I am sure Ecuador has some coal burning plants...
lol, noticed something of that nature last time I saw the Beach Boys in Branson, MO. Just wanted to also mention that while i'm sure its been mentioned to death, the hammer is a wonderful reversal and if confirmed tomorrow I'm back in again.
while i don't care for the WWE I do like the Rock. but always will be a fan of the WWF and Andre the giant. Ever since the Princess Bride he's been my favorite Frenchman and wrestler turned actor.
may be at least partially responsible
which i've done, and why I was felt led to ask. they haven't any proprietary product or method of manufacturing biochar so i was hoping there was something inside the company I had missed. guess not.
2 min without a down paint. tomorrow may actually be good as opposed to the overall plan of 2 months to .02 that I originally thought of when i first invested. have to mention that the lack of the science and logistics concerning this company does astound me. bio-coal reduces volume by a huge amount while increasing energy output by at least 30% which makes it easy to ship opposed to coal. wish someone could help me understand the microbiology aspect of biochar outside of just seeing enormous corn plants next to those supposedly only not using biochar. have background in chemE so get as technical as you like, or direct me to studies/dissertations/programs whatever that helps me to get a grasp on why i shouldn't sell first thing in the morning.
does anyone know much about torrefecation/bio-coal or bio-char? been in VGPR for a bit from my understanding of bio-coal but they seem to be pumping their bio-char aspect which to me doesn't seem to be anything special (i studied chem E not microbiology) made a good bit with them jumping in april, thought i'd make more until this self imposed confusion on their future. if anyone could help i'd appreciate it.
yes, thank you.
is torrefecation only being used on their bio-coal line? doesn't seem to help with bio char and as such are they not just selling charcoal from cheaper base materials to mix with soil? ( still holding from bio coal understanding, but trying to understand the bio char aspect of the business as thats whats being pumped.)
lol, that didn't cross my mind. :) forget mmj. illegal drug trade always creates more profit.
Uses in Ecuador
In the agricultural sector, Ecuador is a major exporter of bananas (first place worldwide in production and export), flowers, and the eighth largest producer of cocoa. It is also significant in sugar cane, rice, cotton, corn, palm and coffee.
good point
lol is tiresome I know I'll not move on until I see the next financials, and determine from that. this pr stuff is irrelevant except for when shares become unrestricted and join the float. do wish I had a time table showing that. ah well.
acquiring a preexisting export company that already knows the ins and outs of international trade law, already has contacts in the target area, and (assumption) the properly licensed vehicles for border crossings seems like good news to me. I was somewhat surprised by the lackluster response.
why the mmj hype post on there? if I was a corn or soy grower I'd be all over this and thats a heck of bigger market than mmj...
glad i didn't go with my instinct. like on 'seinfeld' episode when george started doing the opposite of his instincts, his life improved (got the yankees job.) that sloppy FITX flag headed south at the pinch, instead of up like I anticipated. So just wanted to say thanks about talking about minimizing risk for the millionth time. I think it might be beginning to stick.
thanks for sharing
dangit off by .0004. well hopefully my targets will be a little low too :)
so break .095 and let it go to .12. would be about 30%. I'm happy with that and minimizes risk as I would have tried .085 up to .125 47%. of course even if I did take the risk and it failed to get through .095, that would still be 11%. lol... does coin flipping ever get much use in your decisions?
seeing a close at .0110 then .0145 for a high close next week which should cause it to hit somewhere around .0170 for a high of the week. this is sans acquisition info.
it has a nasty chart anyway. .0154 i could see happening today, maybe all the way down to .0086. I'd like to see VGPR begin reforming a channel around .0120-.0130 to last until whatever ducks they're waiting for to get in line for their acquisition announcement.
I didn't mean to say anything you mentioned to be in err, that part of the article stated that if a stock is in a downtrend and a rising wedge forms, it would be a continuation pattern of the downtrend. either instance is bearish. opposite for the two falling wedges. will keep in mind though that short term trends trump long term, especially considering my trades are normally only 1-10 days long. Thanks for the insight.
Even though this article will focus on the rising wedge as a reversal pattern, the pattern can also fit into the continuation category.
Bah. Figured I'd have something wrong. why I wrote, sort of a self imposed quiz. Thanks for correcting me.
while waiting for LT to clear this up: I really believe you can only get a pennant after a run up (or down if its a bearish continuation pattern). and neither pennants or wedges have flat bottoms that I know of. but the main thing is that both wedges and pennants are continuation patterns. NBRI has been steadily declining since the beginning of march except that fluke couple of days around april 7/9.
that looks more like a descending triangle to me. bearish break out of bottom. but thats from my understanding of the difference between triangles and wedges, and where they're located on a given chart.
thanks. was under the impression it was a 3 or 4 bar pattern, now to find it on more charts to see how well it predicts things. appreciate your time in finding information.
yeah still in it. didn't get up to my new target yet. thinking it won't till friday or monday.
heh good point. Shall look at it as the highest close for VGPR ever, well at least since 11/9/2012. and standard MACD is nearly perfectly converged for the good.
tight trailing stop triggers
cool. channel is wide enough that i could play it while waiting too.
Is MINE in the same kind of pattern development VGPR was in? with that run, retrace, channel?
e-trade isn't an MM
ah. now your skepticism at least makes sense.
did you read the 8k? it isn't unsecured. for each $250k increment, it must be secured by series C preferred stock of appropriate size to be determined at the time of each block of borrowing.
