while waiting for LT to clear this up: I really believe you can only get a pennant after a run up (or down if its a bearish continuation pattern). and neither pennants or wedges have flat bottoms that I know of. but the main thing is that both wedges and pennants are continuation patterns. NBRI has been steadily declining since the beginning of march except that fluke couple of days around april 7/9.
