5 billion shares. Hardly any revenue. And millions in debt. That's why it's in trips. Down 99.999% on the year. Terrible financials, insider's tanking the company to line their pockets. Will be bankrupt and finished soon IMO. Simply a flippers stock now. Buy at. 0001 sell at. 0002. Rinse and repeat.

DM'd the Tauriga Sciences' twitter. Said it never materialized and was before their time, and I would have to contact Jason of Bacterial Robotics about it.
Hey just did a copy and paste job with the bottom paragraph. No biggie lol
This guy's first post and it's negative. Imagine that.
Without SUNWorks, this stock would probably be in the triple 0s. This whole cell has been one giant mess.
It's kind of hard to make an "invention" off of "existing technology". They have a hard battle to prove the cell is new and not just an "improvement" IMO.
Maybe the reason they took so long with the prototypes, had to keep changing things to meet a patentable requirement?
Never invest with money you aren't willing to lose. The stock market is just a big online casino. For INVESTING, not trading/flipping... the Big Boards are just sitting at the black jack table flat betting, you may go up or down a little and can get on some streaks. The OTCs are just putting your money on 7 and hope you hit a winner, but most of the time you are going to lose.
I think it is doing well considering there hasn't been "decent" news in a month. After that money runners spike, it could have easily come crashing down. There has only been a gradual walk down. Anything above .12 is a healthy shelf to sit at IMO.
On 2/20/14 We were at .09. He has bought at .012, not a very good fake job there.
Will be tempting to sell off first thing before the crash from the failed patent IMO
First .0001 close?
Second attempt to go to .17 this AM.
We need real news with dollar figures. Until then I see sideways trading.

Have to read both sections.
Well I've never gotten a return call from him. Only email.
I would email him. Have gotten quick responses in the past.

He had to pay $210,000+- up front in taxes (could be more, basing on 40% tax rate, with California it could be 50%) on the initial shares, plus the tax on the growth when selling them. Taking that into account, he barely broke even with the sale.
Edging on a breakout. Been suppressed for awhile now.
He received 26,250,000 shares converted at $.02 which equals to be $525,000 in capital. Given the federal and state taxes in California, I will just give a very conservative 40% tax rate which would mean he would be paying $210,000 in taxes on the initial conversion of the shares.
He sold these shares to pay taxes and other bills most likely IMO.
What is the tax in California on receiving all those shares? The state rate is pushing 50% isn't it?
Stock bashers doing reviews now.

This happened in February. The dilution has already occurred.
Good to see bacterial robotics dumping shares. I'd rather them get rid of a lot now then later IMO.
With all the new faces here, some fluff news about a new installation would probably drive the price IMO. Before we just had a bunch of longs who could care less about a couple million dollar installs. Dollar signs in PRs seem to stimulate the flippers more.
$119,000 in notes left. That's why we are seeing the pps where it is. Figure they should almost be finished. Guess we will see in the next financials.
1% isn't a downtrend IMO

Cell partnership or 2nd acquisition news would be nice tonight.
It's over it already. Pending news is causing a lot of pressure to get in.
It's working for me. I'm running through a vpn and tor proxy which may be pulling off of servers that have not been propagated yet.
You're the only one that cares about saving the world here. I'd set the rainforest on fire if I could make a buck doing it. I strictly invested in SLTD for the potential. The stock market is not a place for morality and feel good stories.
Run in over IMO. Should stay in double digits anyway.
