No not yet.  There isn't a RS until they have some sort of revenue generation or inroads to UI.  At least that's what they promised so long ago and that is how it's stated on the S1.  Soooooo the throught is this will move IF TPT executes and is on path to any sort of possibility of uplist.  So imo it won't happen until then.  However.  They do have a lot of shares they have to release to pay some debt and get UI minority acquisition.  Not sure what will come. I'm betting no RS until something big occurs.  That's just my imo.  Good luck.  

Any rise in SP is welcome and means something has come to fruition.   But yeah.  I hear ya.   Gotta set my expectations...

This is a false statement as usual. Company dilutes and sells into the bid.  Simple as that.  And let's not forget 'when you could buy' you waited for that penny claiming you got the penny shares on its way down ... waiting for those diluted shares.  

And to claim this company is going Nasdaq as you have been claiming for years without mentioning the company's quote about the reverse split is once again disingenuous at best... pumping at worst.   Outed again and again and again.

I don't know anymore.  The OS keeps increasing so that drives any sort of target down.  Anything over a penny would be fine for me. Hoping for 3-5 cents prior to any RS but again... no news no nothin.   Their debt is / was heavy but they are using shares to pay it off.  Good for the books.  Not so good for us current holders.  

I look at revenues and the OS. A market cap equaling its revenue then dividing by the OS. Imo  

The company did.  Page 31 of the S1 filing. 

But they aren't even close without any UI minority acquisition or any sort of revenues ...

Totally hear ya.   I'm glass half empty here but I'm not empty.  

I do like the little percolating bubbles.  I will say if they get that minority acquisition. (IF) then that is something big for me.  

I'm not saying it will uplist but IF it does, they explicitly state there will be a RS with it. AND afterwards there are 100s of millions of shares that will again flood the OS.  Doesn't mean there couldn't be a run before it.  But just letting you know.  10s and 100millioms of shares will be wiped out and then heavily diluted after the RS.  It's in the S1 and quarterlies.  

I would assume they'd want this to rise so they don't have to dump that many shares.  I mean they did allocate 2 billion for the equity raise for only $600K.  

But I also assume that wasn't going to pay for what's coming in December.  Gosh I hope this is flying by then and have their financing. It would have to be a spectacular opportunity from a fiancers view to pay off a legal debt.  But they are looking for $40 million (per the quarterly) to get everything going.  I'd assume that would be to pay off any sort of debt.  

I don't know man.  We are close to something.  But the market ain't having it. Usually the volume and sp rise is an imminent indicator.

It was just my opinion.  I work with a lot of govt related projects and they def revolve around who will be in office and how / when certain projects are funded.  Right now I'm waiting on one and it hinders on the election as certain priorities change with each admin.  I think UI has its funding with Charles' connections.  But if you read Charles linked in link I sent... it talks about how this aligns with the Biden Harris admin goals which may offer more incentives (similar to the Tuskegee situation. :(

I hope this does pull through though. And yes. I see alignment with vume as a supplement to this construction project after it is complete and the sports come. So I can see value there.

I agree that the UI project is moving forward.   I was referring to the TPT minority acquisition endeavor of UI maybe waiting on the election results.   Of course it's all a guess.  

To me I have to ask why UI woood give up a minoroty stake in the first place to TPT.  I get the app and all.  Maybe that's the big part of it.  Not sure.  

So.. if the UI endeavor is to move ahead... I'm wondering if it has some linkage to the presidential election and its outcome ...

Kenj. I know where you stand and I think you know where I stand.  It's been 'updated'. That's it.  And it's full of holes.  I surely didn't say it's done and my comments all morning echo your sentiment.  

I still think things are coming but again I question the when part and if this goes back to EM.    The company has a lot of shares that will need to come in to the OS to pay for thing (not just development).  I see that why a certain M person keeps distracting and deflecting.    Nevertheless they are 'working' on it.   2 years ago there wasn't any vume ppv.  And the app has been 'updated' a few times since its initial debut.  I won't say it's great but it's good to see they are 'working' on something.  

iOS required an app update.  

It has some new tabs about the user and user account (although I didn't delve too much on the older version).  

But the organization is still the same.  

There is an about us at top.  But if you press that then scroll down to the bottom where you get a Contacts link and another Anout Us... they lead to broken muvi links.  

Nice try what ?  There is nothing to justify.  I'm here for the company but it has yet to produce.  Case in point.  The 'Upcomong Wvents' still has Jberg fight from September.

That's not 'coming through'.  It's an app update still with many bugs. Yes it's slow progress.   Praising a half baked solution is not a good look especially when they promised so much by now and haven't produced.  


While the app update is welcomed, it's not 'coming through'. 

Looking for a positive PR on UI and or Vume Live release.  Something that shows ST3 can be execute.  TPT has inroads but still not there yet.

It’s all about financing and closing on some of those things. I don’t put too much thought into the app or vumeliveppv … it’s there. Serves a small purpose.
