Cosmic Chi, Excellent post. And I agree.
MB25, If you really feel that SVFC is a scam, and that it is gonna end in Bankruptcy, why don't you just sell your shares? .0001 and .0002 is better than nothing. Even at ,0001, ten-million shares would still be a thousand-dollars, but that is better than nothing at all.
And I would ask gempicker the same question. Wouldn't it be better to recoup what you can and go on to the next trade? Thanks in advance for your reply.
Well then, I suppose that you should go ahead and sell your shares now, while they are still worth something!
The most appropriate reply. Thank you.
I'm just really curious about something. And this applies to gem as much as it does to you or anyone else who feels as you do. Why don't you sell your shares for .0001 or .0002 the way that Sal did? I believe that you told Sal that he had made a very wise move. I mean, .0001 or .0002 is a lot better than nothing at all. That .0001 can be a sizable amount of money for folks that have many millions of shares. That or take the income tax write-off.
I won't be able to reply right away. I am limited to one post per day. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Apparently they do have a working website. It is a new website for Regen Medical. However, if you click on the Press tab, it takes you to a recent press release that might be very negative for SVFC.

You are absolutely correct, and I love it!
In a first, more Americans support gun rights than gun control, poll finds
Sorry if this has already been posted:

Excellent post. And I love that quote by Mark Twain. I suppose these constant attacks against our Constitutional Republic are nothing new.
So their idea of freedom is to deny other individuals of their freedoms and also to force a corporation to bend to her will. And these nut-jobs think that gun owners are the only ones with "issues."
Great article, thank you for sharing that with us. I've already forwarded it to a liberal fellow that I know who wants to buy a handgun
Roughly one year ago, Lil' Jon made the comment that we had all made the mistake or error of getting into this stock too early. A lot of people laughed at that. But I seriously doubt that they are laughing any more, especially when you could buy shares of this stock for as low as .0002 yesterday or the day before.
BBW, sorry if this is a foolish question, but does SVFC have the option of repaying YA in cash instead of shares? I cannot post more than one time per day, so I cannot reply. Thank you.
He will never live this down.
Wow, we REALLY do need more of that, a whole lot more of that. I personally believe that the entire country should be that way. Federal, State, County and city should be the same. And for any politician who tries to create a law limiting a citizens right to keep and bear arms, well, they should be introduced to the medieval torture rack
Yep, they are all some of the biggest hypocrites in the country. And let's not forget Dianne Fienstein. She and her husband both have those really hard to get California concealed carry permits.
Your story said: "the NRA has launched a campaign to make Bloomberg the face of the gun control movement and label him as a billionaire “elitist” bent on banning guns."
Umm, that is just the truth. I'd love to see the no good @&$(:- prosecuted for violating the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
BBW,
I realize that this is laziness on my part, but whenever I get into reading that legal jargon I sort of get lost. My question is this: This $40,000.00 that Dr. Andrews is being paid per month, that money is being paid to Dr. Andrews, in exchange for his leading and conducting an Investigational New Drug or IND Study to determine if SVFC's product or service is a real and valid treatment plan for Osteoarthritis of the knee. Is there any mention as to how many months SVFC is willing to keep paying him $40,000.00 per month? I would think that it couldn't just be an open ended thing as far as time is concerned? I know that we are talking about really big money if that IND study is successful, but if it isn't, we have just paid one man almost a half a million dollars per year with absolutely no return on investment.
And thank you in advance for your reply. And if you don't reply, then I will take that as a non-verbal way of saying "look it up yourself, you lazy piece of..."
LarryC
P.S. For the record, I do think that their study will show that SVFC's method is a succesful way of treating that disease state or condition, but I do not think that will guarantee that the FDA will do the right thing. I just don't trust the FDA. Now, if SVFC has a joint venture with a large and established pharmaceutical company, or if a large pharmaceutical company simply buys the company outright, then I could see the FDA giving this a green light.
It's just a mirror. I agree with Gem and Toe, some very big things are in store for this company. SVFC.
I'm kind of anxious to hear more regarding the potential of opening a facility in Abu Dhabi (sp?). SVFC
I think that one there might sort of kickstart other clinics outside of the U.S. and its Big Pharma ownership/control of the FDA. I still think that outside of the U.S. might be where SVFC initially spreads its wings, so to speak. Just a thought.
Those who are terrified because some students "might" have a firearm, should be told what Sigmund Freud had to say about a fear of weapons: "A fear of weapons comes from a retarded sexual maturity."
Dear ONEBGG,
Thank you, but I am not new here. I just changed my user name to plain old Larry from LarryC213. I feel very lucky to have found this forum. Lots of good people here.
Wow, that really is amazing. It is great to see such a large voting block getting interested in the shooting sports. I would bet that most of these women also carry concealed. Bravo! I'd love to see all of these ladies join a group such as GOA and/or the NRA. Of the two, I personally prefer the GOA, but that is just my opinion.
I wish that this communist would just go away.
I am curious why none of the recent news regarding SVFC is listed in the section titled "Recent Intellicell Biosciences, Inc., SVFC News."
I find it quite odd that any kind of negative news makes it that list, post haste. Whereas any positive news is treated as though it does not exist. Isn't that strange?
I will not be able to reply to any comments...because I am known to post things such as this. SVFC.
Is it possible that they are being bought? Perhaps that is the reason they are not talking. I don't know. I agree with everyone else here that the current PPS is very discouraging.
You wrote: "Allowing early interactions/negotiations with FDA"
I don't understand why there should be ANY negotiations with this corrupt, out of control, power mad government agency. There should be a simple written list of steps that a company needs to follow to bring a new drug or procedure to the marketplace and it should be the same for everybody. In my opinion. There should not be any negotiations. If it passes the test, then it should be allowed to go to market. And it should be the same for SVFC as it is for ANY other company.
Great volume to start the day. Hopefully it will be a never-ending stream all day. SVFC I can see that the section that mentions recent news has still not been updated. Jeez, I wonder why
Dr. Victor mentioned his desire to open a facility in Abu Dhabi, on his Twitter account about a month ago.
I believe that using this technology for animals has been discussed on this board, many months ago. I can see this type of thing being used on really valuable show and race horses, rare zoo animals, etc. and then eventually on everyday house pets. There is no telling how many directions this company and this technology will eventually take. SVFC. And if SVFC doesn't do it, some other company certainly will. In my opinion.
I love BOOM, the BOOMER the better. SVFC
I think that (zero volume) is the problem. I think the market makers may lower the price to create some liquidity. IMO. That is, unless they actually put out some relevant news.
I must say that I am kind of shocked that the Chief actually said that. Perhaps there is some hope for that city, yet.
I found this information last week.
I found this on the University of Saskatchewan website:
How long does it take to get a patent?
The length of time that it takes to get a patent is highly variable, depending on the nature of the application and the country in which patent protection is being sought. However, the process is generally quite slow.
Currently, the average time from filing an application to receiving a granted patent in the United States is approximately 5-6 years .
The average time in the European Patent Office is approximately 3.5-4 years.
The U.S. Patent took 869 Days.
The next bit of data is for the IP.
From and including: Monday, December 12, 2011
To, but not including Wednesday, July 16, 2014
Result: 947 days
It is 947 days from the start date to todays date.
Or 2 years, 7 months, 4 days excluding the end date
I'm just curious about something. When you first come to the SVFC page of iHub, There is a box with a lot of data in it. It currently says "Previous Close 0.0015."
In another section it says: "After Hours Last Trade Last: $ 0.0016 ? -0.0001 (-6.25%)"
Not all of that can be accurate.
shivas38,
Thank you, I thought that it was a very good article, and that it was well written and informative. As far as reader impact goes, I really do not know. I would hope that it will be a very positive one. I am glad that you thought that it was good. Good luck to everyone today.

INTELLICELL BIOSCIENCES, INC. (OTC: SVFC) SUB PENNY STOCK TO WATCH!
SVFC is a Sub Penny Stock on Watch!
Intellicell Biosciences, Inc. (OTC: SVFC) has seen a massive increase in trading volume in recent weeks after the stock hit an all-time low of $0.0012. Investors are speculating that this was the stocks reversal point and its nothing but green sky's ahead as SVFC has a huge gap to fill from here.
SVFC is a pioneering regenerative medicine company focused on the expanding regenerative medical markets using adult autologous vascular cells (SVC's) derived from the blood vessels in the adult adipose tissue. The Company has developed its own patent pending protocol to separate adult autologous vascular cells from adipose tissue without the use of enzymes. IntelliCell will also be seeking to develop technology-licensing agreements with technology developers, universities, and international business entities.
According to some there is a massive demand for this Stem Cell technology and the major Orthopedic Sports Doctors have long known that the stem cells from fat, which is really soup cells from the blood vessels of the fat, would become the greatest sports medicine in the world. Up until recently sports players went oversees and to the Caribbean and Latin America to be treated because of the success of the use of these multi potent cells including Bartolo Colon and several others. Because of IntelliCell's invention, people can now receive this medicine in the United States.
OTCMAGIC HAS A MONSTER PICK COMING! (Subscribe right now)
At the beginning of November SVFC announced that it has supplied its cellular product, stromal vascular fraction cells for the successful treatment of a patient with Multiple Sclerosis.
The pr goes on to say that "It is important to note that by "successful," the company is declaring that these cells do not cure Multiple Sclerosis, but of the 19 patients with MS that ReGen Medical has treated using IntelliCell's technology, each have gained anywhere from good to significant quality of life improvements.
Dr. Steven Victor, CEO of IntelliCell Biosciences, commented, "The patient mentioned in this release, was the first clinical case we treated for MS with IntelliCell's SVFC technology. If not for our beneficial treatments, this patient would be restricted to a wheelchair and lose total sight in one of her eyes. Previously, this patient had been unsuccessfully treated at some of the most respected Medical Centers in the country and received little or no improvement to her symptoms. By utilizing IntelliCell's paradigm shifting medical solutions, we have dramatically improved the quality of this patient's life. IntelliCell is confident that the future of medicine will entail utilizing cellular therapy for previously unmet clinical needs, and we expect to establish ourselves as a market leader in this emerging industry."
Conclusion: SVFC has seen some important developments in recent weeks that make this both a really exciting story and possibly an excellent trade opportunity in the coming weeks and months. The stock recently hit an all-time low of $0.0012 coupled with a massive increase in trading volume. While SVFC is very cheap here they are quickly developing the type of loyal following that can catapult these subs to record gains. The Stem Cell Sector is a sector responsible for many highly explosive moves in the past.

Since the judge has made it perfectly clear that IR did not have the right to announce that it was going to be auctioning off the SVFC assets, I would think that it would be SVFC suing IR, both for actual damages and punitive fines. With all these companies suing IR, that company might not exist in another year.
Mine shows that 9,519,507 shares were sold at 16:02:16. At a price of .0015.
