I don't understand why there should be ANY negotiations with this corrupt, out of control, power mad government agency. There should be a simple written list of steps that a company needs to follow to bring a new drug or procedure to the marketplace and it should be the same for everybody. In my opinion. There should not be any negotiations. If it passes the test, then it should be allowed to go to market. And it should be the same for SVFC as it is for ANY other company.
