Are you basing your opinion of massive dilution and fraud on real data, ideas of conspiracy based on bad experiences, or some sort of theoretical probability? I'm genuinely curious.
My .02? I'd say that the .03 spent to bring it down to .0001 means just about nothing.
It doesn't need to be a 10 bagger to make my car payment for a few months. And I figure, if all of my research ends up confirming this company's legitimacy, I'll be holding a few million lottery tickets. worth a few cents a piece. Not a bad deal if you ask me.
It's not like there aren't any 000's in the history of Pinks that haven't been legitimate and valuable in the end, in lieu of a reasonable expectation that it's a scam just based on the fact that it's a 000 Pink.
We'll see what transpires in the end though. I'm still guessing that the export document I uncovered isn't a worthless piece of info. It's actually something pretty interesting. I'm not saying this is a sure thing, I'm saying, out of all the 000's, I like this one the best.
MXAM
Fact: Pembina Limitada has actively exported some amount of gold worth at least 40,000 dollars, a minimum of 3 separate times in the last 12 months. This fact was sourced from this website: http://www.cei.org.ni/exportadores.php?empresa=Empresa&dpto=Managua&producto=Producto&sac=C%C3%B3digo+SAC&lvl=16&lvl2=26&form_exportadores_buscar=Buscar
Use Google translate, and search for the company.
Fact: The Attorney for Maxam is a well known and well respected lawyer.

Fact: Directors and investors involved have a history of being completely legitimate.

These are facts to back up my opinions that Maxam, like most other pinks, looks pretty trashy. But out of most of the super trashy pinks, I feel as though this one has the most potential to be a winner, and has the greatest chance to at least get some momentum behind it in the case of news.

Would you mind listing your source? I'd love to see something that substantiates your claim.
I mean, it just might be my opinion, but I'd say it's pretty ignorant to assume that the insiders, who hold billions of shares, would be in such a tight spot that they would sell off a few million at a time. And even more hilarious, should your claim be true, is that they didn't even make the effort to stir up any sort of promotion to get a reasonable volumes of shares out there, at relatively significant price increases. But yeah, it's probably insider dumping.

Unless Nicaragua is extremely corrupt or obsequiously buying in to misinformation, Maxam has gold. The only questions are, how much, when will it be refined, when will it be sold, and what will be the price at which it gets sold for.

This is the actual site that has the records of companies actively exporting. The qualifying factor to get on their list is 3 or more exports in the last year.
As I said in a previous post, Pembina is actively exporting gold. So there's a good chance that it's only a matter of time until a big "We've got gold" announcement comes. Or preferably a, "We've got a consistent revenue stream now, and are confident that gold prices have struck their base, so we're going to keep moving forward like a freight train until we get a full plant going." The latter would be nice.

There was a paid promotion, I think whatever entity paid for the promotion, it was around 2500 dollars. It definitely concerned me when it happened. It did garner an absolutely massive response which was also fairly surprising, but promising for someone just angling to make a few bucks.
On a side note, contrary to conventional wisdom, Pembina Limitada is actively exporting gold out of Nicaragua. This is an absolute and confirmed fact. Unless of course MXAM is the most incredibly well done, and extremely elaborate scheme in history to make a few hundred grand. Nicaragua keeps a list of companies that actively export out of the country, and if you can find your way to the search bar, Pembina is listed under companies actively exporting gold.
This Pink appears, on paper, to be lopsidedly toxic. But hey, I figure it's money that would be tied up either way, so why not stick it out and see what happens. (And while I'm sticking it out, Vehemently defend and support it)
You're exactly right. The average company that starts out with absolutely no organization, no plan, no business strategy, and no money usually explodes in a matter of 12 months. Especially when they're a gold company that didn't even have anything to mine initially. I mean really, it's been a whole 12 months. If I was an owner of absolutely nothing trying to turn it into a fully reporting company, I'd have done it by now. It's pretty hard to understand why they aren't shoveling out buckets of gold.
In fact, they probably don't even have a plan, strategy, land, and I bet they don't even have an investor. They're probably an easy 50-60 million in debt, and couldn't even break their way out of it if they wanted too. It's a pity this was all sarcasm.

Do you think they're stockpiling the gold that they're buying / mining to make a more exaggerated profit margin? I suppose that would be a sound internal investment on their part, but then the question can be raised as to where exactly all the funds are coming from to be able to afford these gold purchases, or mining operations. Unless of course Comanche Capital has enough faith in Maxam to fully fund everything that is currently going on, which I suppose is a possibility.
I would have felt a lot better if they didn't post estimates and posted actual profits. Although it is nice to see more information on Hayes, materialized revenue is a far better indicator of future success than someone who is potentially going to be successful.
The switch from being a company that has done essentially nothing for a number of years, to being a company that's consistently pumping out solid revenue, is not exactly a fast paced switch. The length is extended when you're hoping to build a solid foundation underneath your company, by following a plan that is intended to gradually bring progress and growth.
Charging into a remote foreign area, and diving under mountains of debt is not the path that Maxam has decided to journey down, which is promising in itself. A month without news isn't the end of the world, especially for a company digging itself out of a hole by traveling to Nicaragua, executing a plan, and getting support from Comanche Capital.
I want you to name a single triple zero penny stock that has reasonably solid financials. People don't buy triple zeros because the company has solid financials. They buy the stocks because they have the potential to have solid financials. So your comment isn't even relevant.
It's like picking up a lottery ticket that has far better odds than the lottery, and has far better odds to at least hand you your investment back.
To break it down realistically, it's pretty ignorant to say that this stock is going to bomb, and everyone is going to lose 75% or 66% of whatever they've put in at this bottom. But that being said, anyone with visions of 7-8 figure returns filling their heads is probably going to be disappointed unless they announce 40-50 million dollars in revenue for the last quarter, which is highly unlikely, unless Charles Hayes believes in this company that much..
But in my opinion there's more of a chance of this heading "To da' moon" than it tanking. Put 3-5 thousand in, and smile when you can pay off a chunk of your house, put that big down payment on a new car, or just take your girl out to a nice night on the town, because those are the kind of respectable gains coming from any big news. This stock is being well watched, and it's only a matter of time.
On a side note, to put it into perspective, if this stock hits 3 dollars a share without an RS, that automatically creates 3-4 multi billionaires, and the world, in general, simply doesn't work that way. Not for a struggling gold company based out of Nicaragua buying and selling gold from the natives, anyway.
One might say the financials are horrible. Then again, another might say that the financials are incredibly insignificant, and have nothing to do with the company as it moves forward. Those are financials from the company's previous two years, which have been almost entirely inactive. The fact that they had the foresight to post bad financials from previous years is probably a way to magnify any sort of gains they make in the near future. Rapid, solid progress is always the best way to drive up share price in my book. I suggest people keep watching.
Like I said, it's pretty reasonable to think it'll at least triple on solid news.
But unless they announce that they've already got major investors, and a fully functioning 6 figure a day mining operation, we're not going to see a massive run.
Still, a quick triple shouldn't be bad in anyone's book.
Being entirely realistic, if anyone starts loading up now, there's an incredibly good chance that this stock will run with enough liquidity to easily triple 4-5 grand on news of groundbreaking/reasonable revenues, whether or not the revenues exceed expectations. It's simply a given, with all the loading people are doing in hopes of a massive run. Is this going to turn out to be a Chinese nutraceutical company and run into the dollars? Unless a magician pulls a rabbit out of his hat and magically makes 23,000 ounces appear, then I sincerely doubt it. But there is definitely a nice down payment on a new car, or lots of extra dough to re-invest on the horizon.
My thoughts are, why in the world would they have anything to keep quiet about if the only developments within the company are those involving breaking ground in Nicaragua?
Could they have a potential investment on the table that they don't want to ruin? Who knows...
