You're exactly right. The average company that starts out with absolutely no organization, no plan, no business strategy, and no money usually explodes in a matter of 12 months. Especially when they're a gold company that didn't even have anything to mine initially. I mean really, it's been a whole 12 months. If I was an owner of absolutely nothing trying to turn it into a fully reporting company, I'd have done it by now. It's pretty hard to understand why they aren't shoveling out buckets of gold.
In fact, they probably don't even have a plan, strategy, land, and I bet they don't even have an investor. They're probably an easy 50-60 million in debt, and couldn't even break their way out of it if they wanted too. It's a pity this was all sarcasm.
